Kristen was a wonderful host, we could tell she really cares about what she does. Everything was cleaned and stocked very well. It is located only a few minutes from some very good eats! We will definitely be staying here again!

I needed somewhere to stay while I did an internship rotation for Children's Hospital and this was by far everything I expected!!!! Shelby was the best communicator and was very responsive to my questions. I have to say I think Shelby must be a natural talent at interior design because the environment was tranquil and peaceful. it was just as described, clean and evergreen. I would 100% recommend staying at this location to anyone who needs to stay somewhere in Colorado springs. the area had lots to explore which as a student I wish I had time, but if you ever need an area that has lots to do around I do recommend this location as well. Shelby was an amazing host and this place definitely deserves all the five stars.

I love staying here. Fun hosts. Beautiful place. Walking distance to a couple of my favorite restaurants. (105 Social and O'Malleys). Easy drive into CO Springs.

Geordan’s place was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet, cute, and very close to stores. It was exactly what my husband and I needed for visiting family for Thanksgiving. We will definitely be back again.

The basement apartment is just as described. Valerie is a great host and is great at communicating. She also has lots of little things to make you feel at home and in case you may have forgotten something. We had plenty of space and could easily cook meals. We love how close it was to the Broadmoor where we had a conference and that we could just walk up the hill.

This place was the perfect location for a getaway. The bedding was super soft and cozy and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Maybe I overlooked it in the description, but fyi-the kitchen had a George Foreman grill, air fryer, microwave, Keurig (with great flavor selections) and I think I saw a pressure cooker. There were books and games for entertainment. The host was very cordial and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

The views are perfect! We saw a deer one morning. The pristine downstairs apartment has access via outside stairs. Jacque is wonderful and responds very quickly. The location is wonderful! The photo of an entire house is misleading- (it’s not the whole home-It’s also has no oven/stovetop )

I had an amazing stay at María’s Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. María was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail. We enjoyed our stay here! The host was extremely responsive and proactive in providing instructions and checking in to make sure our stay was going well. For a downstairs unit it had a lot of light from the windows and aligned with the photos and descriptions. Would recommend to others for a CSprings stay!

We walked into a beautiful place to stay that felt very welcoming. Our stay was for 30 days from late Jan. to Late Feb. We got a fantastic winter rate $$. The living room is cozy with a couch and an electric fireplace with a large tv. The kitchen is full size with assorted appliances to use. Loved the welcome basket and coffee. The booklet provided was great with all the local places to shop and eat. It also included all the instruction booklets for the appliances and heaters which came in handy. The bedroom is large and has the best most comfortable bed ever, with the best pillows and bedding. The bathroom is a game changer, with a full size walk in glass shower. The laundry room had a stackable washer and dryer, with a place to set your luggage and shelving galore. This place was well thought out. Loved the location being in a private area. We enjoyed going out each day and exploring the area. I would highly recommend staying here. This place is a lil hidden gem!

The place was lovely and just as described. The only issue we had was that the sofa bed did not work. I think one section was broken. However, we were busy and never reported it, so didn’t really expect it to be fixed.

Lara is a wonderful host. All of the beds were comfortable and the living room was great for 6 of us to play cards. We used the fireplace and our cast iron skillets to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great space for the week. My partner and I and our friends had a very cozy space for the week. It is definitely a shared space overall. We had a couple of small things around the house (wifi, post-shower moisture, squeaky intake vent, missing kitchen misc) but the hosts were very responsive and attentive and quickly remedied anything problematic. If you are just looking to do some exploring in Colorado Springs and have a very comfortable place with hospitable hosts to come back to, highly recommend.

We felt very welcome and comfortable. It was easy to access grocery, restaurants, and local activities including hikes and site-seeing. The kitchenette was fine to meet our needs since we mostly ate out.

This was a wonderful, extremely clean, well kept home. The hosts were responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved the stay and felt right at home. Highly recommend for fur babies as well. Beautiful surroundings, the winery around the corner was such a great spot too! Take advantage of the hot tub 😊 we had no trouble with our stay and everything was clean and cozy!

We are so grateful we found this Airbnb!! Franka was super thoughtful on everything!! We loved the view especially from the hot tub! So peaceful, private and quiet! We were able to sit outside under the deck to look at a huge thunderstorm and listen to the thunder and watch the lightning! 10/10 definitely recommend and will be returning!!!!

Not only is Tiffany an outstanding host, this listing was just as spotless and beautiful as the pictures on the site. Bed was extremely comfortable, and Tiffany went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Truly one of the best airbnb's I've visited. Would highly recommend!

We would absolutely stay here again! Cheri was an excellent host, and the space was beautiful and comfortable! Loved the fireplaces. She even had a decorated Christmas tree there for us to enjoy!
