This is a beautiful cottage with a huge hot tub me and my partner had an amazing stay here with all the amenities you could want and more it was so clean and felt right at home here 5 stars from us we will define be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property is spacious and well equipped. The garden is secure for children and peaceful to sit in. The bedrooms are comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The location is ideal for exploring Severn Vale, the Malvern Hills, the Cotswolds and other surrounding areas.

Great little classic cottage. Very quirky and really pretty. Ideally located to the pub opposite and walking distance to the swan pub/hotel which is great and right by the trout farm which is worth a visit. Showers are really good and the separate bothy annex is a really nice addition especially if you have geusts that cant go up the stairs very easily. Thanks again cant wait to come back. Love Bibury

We had a lovely weekend at the Kozikot, Simon & Amy were perfect hosts - responsive, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The photos do not do the cottage justice, it is spacious and rustic, with all you could possibly need. The hot tub was also already warmed and was a lovely addition to the weekend. Definitely recommend staying here, we even enjoyed a breakfast at the Ashleworth hub which is also ran by Simon & Amy - perfect end to the stay!

Absolutely stunning place to stay. we were really taken back by the quality of facilities, fixtures and fittings, it's clear that no expense has been spared. The house is extremely comfortable and the beds and pillows were the comfiest we've ever used outside of home. The surroundings are breathtaking and the outdoor space is just incredible, we didn't want to leave. Host was very helpful, supportive, kind and good at communicating. we would absolutely recommend and have no doubt about returning. We took a 1 year old too, who was very well catered for with an available cot, high chair and baby bath. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

We loved the cottage ,so clean and comfortable and the garden/stream /swing and animals were a real hit with the children. We were made to feel very welcome -homemade cake ,lovely coffee ,bread and eggs ,such a nice touch with Easter eggs for the kids . Thank you Tracey and Dave .

The cottage was beautiful and so peaceful. We sat outside every morning listening to the birds with a cup of coffee and in the evenings, we had so many options- from a cosy seating area and outdoor fire, to the lounge with a fantastic stove - or the hot tub once we’d gotten it warm. We visit the area a lot and the location is great! There are walks on the doorstep- and within 20 mins you can hire bikes and canoes/paddle-boards! Coming back to a serene private retreat after an active day is just bliss. Beds are very comfy, kitchen is well equipped and Meng kindly left the essentials (tea,coffee, hot chocolate, milk and eggs- as well as oil and spices!) We would definitely stay again! The cottage was beautiful and we (toddler + dog) had a lovely relaxing stay. The use of part of the garden and an attached field was brilliant for our dog. The cottage is lovely and cozy and makes for a delightful base to explore the Cotswolds.

We’ve just come back from having a lovely long weekend away. The location of the accommodation was brilliant, it was very clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook with, the bathroom and en-suite was clean and spacious. Linda was amazing and she came over to make sure we have settled in and everything was ok. We would recommend The Farmers Arms which is just down the road or The Hunters Inn which is about 10-15 minutes drive for food. We would definitely book here again as we have only seen a small percentage of the area.

Perfect little find for our trip to the Cotswolds! The cottage was lovely, very well laid out, nicely designed interior finishings and felt very homely. Fantastic location, great information on locally places and walks supplied. Great amenities and even provided a small gift and card after I’d mentioned the occasion for staying was my partners birthday. 2 nigjts almost wasn’t enough, would recommend anyone to stay longer and take it all in!

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

A comfortable and cosy little house with lovely views out over the valley of Blockley, near lovely walks and the village centre with its delightful cafe and shop. The nice touches were appreciated - good quality linen and towels, beautifully clean throughout, a well appointed kitchen, wood for the wood stoves, local information, clear instructions, easy parking. Suitable for four fit adults. The steep narrow stairs are not suitable for infants, young children or the infirm.

The bungalow is clean, comfortable and provided all that we needed for a short Easter break. The living area was equipped with all the basics, as well as with free Wi-fi and Netflix, although no other channels were available. The tv was small (32"), especially when seated on the sofa or armchair. During our three night stay, the local Forest School and Oakraven Centre had children attending courses, so there was something of a mini 'Rush hour' in the morning and evening. It was not a problem but required wariness for walkers and opposing traffic in a single track road. The woodland walks locally are good and plentiful, Lorraine providing good guidelines to other attractions and trails. A beautiful area.

A real gem being close to the centre of Cirencester (5 min walk) yet very quiet. The space was tidy and felt well looked after. Ideal place to relax if you've been exploring. Would recommend without hesitation.

Loved Little Pippins. Cosy with it's wood-burner, comfortable Superking bed, well equipped kitchen - and gorgeous views over Avening. Great location, friendly & helpful host.

The best things about this property are really how peaceful and quiet it is, whilst being surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house itself, whilst small, has everything you need. Very well thought out, with great little touches. Kind hosts. It was lovely sitting outside in the courtyard, reading with a coffee, whilst the sun was coming down and the owl swooping by.

Fairytale cottage in the Cotswolds. Anne's place exceeded our expectations. It was by far one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed in. Every detail is well executed and thought out. Decor was simply beautiful and the cottage was very old world charm. The hilly area made for some great views and beautiful neighborhood walks. I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it. We hope to come back the next time we're in the UK!

We had the most amazing stay to celebrate our Honeymoon. The cottage was beyond our expectations - felt like we were living in a fairytale. Martin had left lots of useful information about the local area which we used to plan our days and get the most out of our time in the Cotswolds. The cottage itself had everything you could possibly need for the most relaxing, peaceful stay. A trip we will never forget! Thank you for letting us experience a little cottage life with such breathtaking views all around! We cannot wait to visit again!

We had a great weekend in the cottage. It was cosy and comfortable in a quiet, tucked away location. Kevin’s garden is beautiful and will be stunning when all the perennials come to bloom. Had a great nights sleep in comfy beds and the wood burner was easy to light and quickly took the evening chill away. The cottage had everything we needed and the nearby pub The Red Lion was that good we went back a second night. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
