The Boathouse

This was an excellent air bnb. Clean, spacious & very comfortable. We have two small children who loved the backyard. The bathtub was a great size for small children, and the shower was fantastic. Lots of little touches too - like different milks in the fridge - which made it stand out. Would definitely recommend.

5/5 stars We had an amazing stay at South Kalgoorlie! The house is spacious, and was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The location was fantastic, close to the town center and all the local attractions. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with plenty of recommendations for things to do and see in the area. The house itself was beautifully decorated and had a lovely cozy feel to it. The beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a storm. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kalgoorlie. We can't wait to come back! Thanks again to our wonderful hosts for making our stay so special!"

Allison was really nice, she proactively recommended activities and was always responsive. I enjoyed the stay and can recommend to spend some time in Kalgoorlie at Allisons and Carls place. Especially the garden invites to sit down and relax.

Kal central Modern house Aircon in every room

Great little unit. Yes it’s on a busy street BUT we had zero issues and once inside you can’t really hear the traffic. The aircon’s work amazing (our week there was 40+ most days) “Main bed” was super comfy can’t comment on the spare as didn’t use. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make meals, we were there for 9 nights for hubby’s work so I cooked every night. I always travel with a chopping board, fry pan and sharp knife cause you can’t guarantee they will be available, well Jai has the kitchen WELL stocked!!!! Outdoor area could do with a bit of a weed but is a great size, fully fenced and our kelpie had a great time lazing around. Would certainly stay again if we need to head back up there before our house settles.

Great accom option with AC, private rear entertainment area, functional kitchen and comfy lounge. Big plus is dog friendly with no restrictions etc and a dog friendly sports oval across the road 👍

Winor has been a fantastic host during our long stay. He responds very quickly and supports you for anything you need during your stay to his property. Highly recommended place and would love to stay again when we visit kalgoorlie.
