We had a lovely family time, despite some dodgy weather. Great space for the two young grandchildren (and the dog!) Katie was an excellent communicator with very quick and helpful responses to any query. Really appreciated that she could be flexibie with check in/out. If you like pizzas I'd recommend La Pergola (stone baked pizzas) which is a five minute drive away and they do take away pizzas to collect. Looks very good place to eat in as well.

Gorgeous, well equipped house in peaceful surroundings. We wanted somewhere that we could unwind as a family after a busy few months with work and exams and this was perfect. Access to the pool was the cherry on the cake. Catherine and Sarah were great hosts.

We had a lovely weekend here as a group of friends. The house had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen and a lovely garden, and plenty of spaces to relax and hang out. It's well located to explore the New Forest. On a rainy day we especially enjoyed the pool table and watching a movie on the huge TV. The lounge space is very cosy and sociable with a wood burner. Arabella was very responsive and communicative. Would definitely come back, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

Fiona was a great host - really helpful instructions to help us find the place and on hand during our stay for any issues. We had no issues in this beautiful location. Amazing garden and views of the river just beside the house - very easy to walk to. The annexe has been set up very well with everything you’d need. It’s very comfortable and particularly lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the sun come up over the river. Beds are comfy and both showers are good with plenty of hot water. Sofas are comfortable and plenty of room for 3 or 4 around the table. We visited Winchester - lots to do there for adults and a great city museum for kids. We also went to the science centre. Both about 10mins from the property.

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

We had such a restful weekend. There is a very special atmosphere in this house. It’s organised so well. Everything you need to relax by the sea is thought of and the host and hostess Andy and Rachel were so helpful providing information on everything one could need. We highly recommend.

What a beautiful home. It was home away from home. Thank you Angus and Ann for opening your home to us. We will definitely be back. what an amazing first Christmas trip with my family, special Grandson and our fur babies.

My friends and I visited the property over a weekend to catch up as we all live far away from each other these days. the house was a perfect for our needs and the town centre location meant we didn't need to use our cars for the entirety of our stay. restaurants, pubs and supermarkets were all within waking distance, and yet within 10 minutes walk you can be out in the countryside enjoying the fresh air. The host was really helpful and responsive and the house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was really well stocked with utencils and cooking implements etc, and having things like dishwasher tablets and coffee pods available made our stay really easy. Would definitely recommend and would use the property again if I was staying in the area.

Great property in a great location. House was as pictured and well kept. Great for larger group. Sarah, the host, was very responsive and quickly answered any questions. Very comfortable house and the underfloor heating was amazing. This spoiled my wife a little and we may have to look into getting some. House was always warm and it was cold outside. Kitchen was well stocked and the welcome goodies were lovely and thoughtful. Will definitely use again when going to the Isle of Wight. A lovely stay. Thank you Sarah.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The town centre is a perfect distance away that you can walk in in about 10-15mins but far enough away to not feel like you're staying in a busy town centre. Louise sorted us parking permits out and we easily parked 3 cars in the local streets, not right outside but this wasn't an issue. The house is great, 4 good sized clean bedrooms, a lounge, dining area and kitchen. Louise had left us a few goodies and some milk as a welcome gift, Tesco is a short walk away to grab any other bits you need and we had a lovely meal out locally too, plus lots of recommendations of good places to go. Thank you for a very lovely weekend.

Lovely little place in an ideal location. Beautiful decoration & appliances. Gorgeous little terrace/decking. Excellent communication with host. Nice & clean. Very comfortable bed. Sofa would benefit from a throw or cover as it looks a bit tired, but is also v comfy.

We stayed here as a group of friends. The house was perfect, plenty of room for us all. We loved the inside/outside layout, enjoyed cooking on the BBQ and lighting the outside fire in the evenings. Five minutes walk into town. Tristan was helpful and quick to respond. All good!

Caroline was an excellent host. The house is lovely and was perfect for our large family gathering. Loved the location by the Priory. Beaches were only a short drive away. The cooker was good and plenty of hot water. But we paid a premium due to booking for half term. Out of holiday time very good value for money.

It was a lovely place, a very good wide space for everyone to enjoy the evenings in. Lovely location for our needs with a very responsive host to answer all questions we had. Will 100% recommend.

Really lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable home. We loved the extras, like games and beach things, so no need to buy for holiday. Some things, like coffee maker and older video games not working, but no worries, there was a french press and plenty to do. Bit far for us to walk to the seafront with the kids. Unfortunately, they closed the road for maintenance work for most of our stay, but the crew was nice and we managed to get in/out, even if our sat nav didn't like the detours.

Excellent host, really good and clear communication. We booked this the day before so didn't get time to read all the instructions so had a few questions and got the answers from the host. House is very clean and plenty of beds so ideal for big groups. Main reason we booked this place was the hot tub, hot tub was great we used a it a couple of times, its in the garden and has a cover so even if its raining you can use it. Over all good place, value for money.

We absolutely loved our stay in Seaview, having visited Seaview many times in the past, this was definitely the best place we have stayed. Across the road from the beach with a sea view from the balcony, we couldn't have asked for more. The house is the best equipped of any Airbnb we have stayed at in the past which helps so much when you're only away from home for a week. The kitchen had all of the equipment we needed and a cupboard full of herbs, spices etc. The house is beautifully decorated, with a lovely garden. Seaview is quiet, its not got any of the hustle and bustle of some other seaside towns, so is perfect for a quiet stay on a lovely beach, great for exploring rock pools and fishing, or a walk to Priory bay! The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, it's comfortable, relaxing and well equipped for the kids with enough TV stations and board games to keep them entertained when we got them in from the beach! We loved our stay, thanks Crispin!

Victoria’s house was beautiful, and perfect for our 2 families (8 people in total!) The wood burner was a lovely addition in the cold evenings. Bedrooms were an ideal layout for us and having 3 bathrooms was great and extremely helpful. The kitchen was stunning with fully equipped cupboards with everything needed. Very detailed information on house rules and expectations. Victoria was a perfect host and was very responsive to any questions. I didn’t have any issues for her to resolve as the house was perfect. The location was great for us as all the outings we had planned were a car drive away, we did go on a walk that was detailed in the information folder that was in the house, it was a lovely 2hrs in the countryside and something we wouldn’t have known had Victoria not put it in there. The local pub which is as 1 min walk did a lovely meal and Sunday roast. I would highly recommend this property, and Victoria as a host was amazing.

Myself and some friends stayed the weekend and was made very welcome in Sarah’s home. Sarah’s home is quirky, clean and very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was lovely too. We will be booking again Thank you for having us

If your looking for a hidden gem you have found it !!! The accommodation is very large, cosy and extremely well equipped. We arrived last minute due to another air BB being sub standard and Sarah was so brilliant, we were checked to house within 30 mins. The inside of the house simply beautiful, spotlessly clean and so convenient to walk to Fordingbridge. The host sarah is absolutely amazing you really could not ask for a better host. Unfortunatly she could only accommodate ourselves for 4 nights, but then she went above and beyond to find us another air BB that her friend had available I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic location especially for walking the dogs, there was a very local park area and beaches very near. Enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs and amazing sunny spot. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely come and stay again :) thank you
