Great spacious house which was clean on arrival and lovely inside. we had a great stay here and will certainly return again soon. the neighbourhood was lovely and quiet and had a beautiful green space right outside. check in was simple and easy and jamil eve allowed us to check in a little earlier. rooms were very spacious and had all the items needed towels, bedding even a travel cot for the little ones. Great amenities, maybe a mirror may help but other than that everything you need. thanks for a great stay, great communication throughout.

Fantastic Holiday with this place.

We had a fantastic stay at the Granary, the location was perfect for our needs. Julia and Rob were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make sure enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculately presented and had everything we could need. We would recommend this accommodation to families and couples looking for a how lifts and stay in and around Bedford and Milton Keynes

Great family home in a quiet area. Would highly recommend!

Our group of five couples stayed here for a weekend reunion and this large house was ideal for our needs. The large kitchen was really well equipped for prep, cooking and eating (although everything initially took a some finding as there are so many cupboards!) and the two tables together made a great eating area. The main sitting room is huge and everyone felt the bedrooms were comfortable. We didn't use the garden at all, it was small relative to the size of the house but there are plenty of lanes and paths locally to walk on. We found plenty to do and a choice of places to eat within driving distance we managed to fit 5 cars into the parking area although it was a tight squeeze. Anjala was quick to respond to our only query during the weekend and overall, we'd have no hesitation about recommending this property for a weekend stay for a large group.

We absolutely loved staying at Spinney Cottage. The host, Caroline, was superb and kept contact. They live next door so was on hand if we had any issues & they made sure check in was easy. The house was incredibly clean, well presented & beautifully laid out. The bath was incredible after a long drive & the front room was so homely. We loved the chickens who came to say hello. We’d highly recommend staying here, lots of lovely walks & things to do locally. We will be back again I’m sure ☺️

Lovely stay and great communication throughout when. Stayed as family of 4 and whilst kids had to share a sofa bed it was perfectly adequate as a warm, comfortable and inviting space. Would definitely stay again when back visiting family in nearby Leighton buzzard which is around 10 mins in taxi.

The house had everything we needed for the 1 night. Off-road parking , easy to find, plenty of space, beautiful inside and out, and spotlessly clean. Thankyou
