Amazing time at St Andrews Lake. It was everything I expected and more. The views were amazing was so peaceful and quiet. The lodge was very cozy and clean. The host Laura was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Came as a couples retreat and will definitely be returning and with the kids too.

This was an amazing property. It was very peaceful and beautiful! It was close enough to London driving but still in the countryside where it was relaxing and away from the busyiness. I would recommend this property to others!

Fabulous cottage in a very quiet part of Kent, this was the ideal location for my son’s 30th birthday weekend. Gluten free brownies and wine to welcome us, and Fran added some little touches for his birthday. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. The Greyhound pub also made us extremely welcome and there were added touches for his birthday there as well. The hot tub is a brilliant addition and was well used over our weekend stay. We would highly recommend this cottage, Fran was the perfect host and the whole experience was brilliant.

We stayed in the Mulberry cottage at Bore Place for a weekend getaway. The location is nestled in the countryside and is exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful walks and nature all around. The cottage itself was spacious and perfect for a weekend away with our dog. Would happily stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, Abi’s place really is a home from home. Everything is super comfortable and her house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It’s walkable to Cobham high street which is perfect and it has plenty of lovely walks close by. Abi is also a wonderful and friendly host, very responsible and was flexible with check out time which made all the difference as we were staying with our young daughter. Could not recommend Abi’s home enough. Thank you Abi for a lovely stay x

We spent a lovely weekend at Old Wood Cottage. The house is set in a peaceful location overlooking the village green, which was ideal for our grandchildren. Having an enclosed garden was also a big plus. The house reflects its 17th century origins and so you have to expect tricky stairs and uneven floors. The rear extension to the kitchen is a light, airy space and the small "snug" room off it was great as a playroom. Full Sky tv was a pleasant surprise. One slight problem was the towels put out on the beds were small. We found only 2 bath sheets to share between 4 adults.

We’ve just had another lovely stay in Apple Cottage. Lovely and clean, super comfy beds, and Charles left us lots of goodies, fresh eggs - bread- etc and treats for our dog. Very kind and well received ! We would definitely stay again.

Second time of staying, as good as first time, James and team sorted out a few problems left from previous guests quickly and efficiently without fuss. Great stay. Thanks again

I highly recommend to book with Emily and George. The communication before arrival is perfect. The reception at check in is fantastic and the house is clean and cosy. Emily and George are the perfect hosts and their communication during our stay was perfect!

Lovely little cottage just a few mins from the local hills and tons of things to do nearby. Stayed for a short break and it was perfect.

Truly a unique house in an amazing setting - a view of the tides on the Thames! A home 400 years old, with quirky steep staircases and full of charm! The views and people-watching opportunities were amazing, and it was so close to the Underground that we could go anywhere in London easily. The neighborhood was lovely for walks, and had convenience stores a few minutes away. Our host responded immediately to questions, and provided everything we needed to feel at home. There were also many recommendations for eating out and visiting nearby attractions. The only drawback for us was a nearby pub that kept later hours than ours on the weekend, but the bedroom downstairs was always very quiet. For an immersive experience of living in England you would get nowhere else, this is the perfect place to stay. We loved it.

Well words fail me on this outstanding gem of a holiday stay. My idea of perfect. I’ve only stayed at 2 airbnbs that meet this level of standard. We adored everything about it from the front garden approach to every detail inside. I honestly can tell you this host has gone above and beyond to make this place stand out for all the right reasons. Woodside Park underground wasn’t walkable with luggage but is a short 7 min drive to the station. St Pancras station from Woodside Park tube is between 25-31 mins (time of day dependent). So easy to get into central London. The garden is the perfect chill out zone and I never heard a single sound from the neighbours. Just the birds gently tweeting. Anyway you get the picture. The cava in the fridge and the little welcome note was a lovely touch. We will be back and thank you for such a wonderful 3 days

Everything was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful with numerous restaurants and shopping close by. The apartment was just as pictured and lovely! We can’t wait to stay again at Henry’s place.

We stayed at Mountfield Cottage for the first three months after relocating to the UK. Arriving at the cottage after a 14 hour flight and waking up to green fields, cows and an apple orchard was so idyllic and beautiful. Jacqueline made us feel so welcome and was an amazing host. The cottage is modern and super comfortable whilst also beaming with rustic charm. We really couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay or a better host!

Matt was very responsive to all requests , the cottage was as expected and check in very straightforward. The cottage is well placed with easy walk to High Street and Billericay railway station … wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in future !!

My family and I were in Esher visiting friends for the holidays and we couldn't have been happier with this cottage. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays and was a warm and inviting retreat from the British cold. It's very private, spacious (for our family of 4) and has all of the amenities that one would need for their stay. The communication process through the entire booking process and stay was excellent. If you are in the area and looking for a great rental, this is the place. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
