Just as described would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot for a quick stopover on our way to Ocean City NJ. Comfortable, great place to rest and regroup, and super easy to get back on the road.

This place is great beautiful home. Master bedroom by far the best room the only thing I would say would be the blinds, It was maybe like two missing on the corners, so to me anyone could look inside if someone was in the backyard. Even though we didn't know that there was neighbors upstairs who actually live there, which I thought it would have been a little uncomfortable. So the first night I was trying to make my family whisper but eventually it was okay. Also I would say, Friday night my family and I were locked out for about 20 minutes due to someone locking the main entrance but once I reach to Dereca she was able to send someone to let us in he did apologize. He tried to open it as well with the key we had, but it didn't work so he had to go through the inside of the Airbnb to let us in.

This was the perfect find for our family trip to NYC. Really easy walk to the 2 train to head into Manhattan. Check in process was very simple and the photos provided were excellent. Shelly was flexible and allowed us to drop our luggage off early so we could enjoy the rest of our day before settling in for the evening. We got a little confused by the locks on the door and how to lock them from the outside but we got some help with that and was smooth sailing for the remainder of the trip. The apartment was super clean and was plenty of space for the 3 of us. Would highly recommend this unit and Shelly as a host. Thank you!

Well equipped place for a couple people, full fridge and kitchen with a small electric stove. No issues getting in. Parking is tight as per usual in New York. Also to get warm water from the shower crack the lever about an inch. Other than that l would stay again

This home was a great choice. There were some upgrades within the home, plenty of space for my family and close to my family in the Bronx. it was very convenient for everything we had planned. Thank you for making my trip home peaceful.

C’est une hôte très attentionnée, elle nous a laissé de quoi préparer un breakfast pour le lendemain matin. Je reviendrai très certainement.

My second time booking with him almost a year to the date. The place is always clean and smells great. No problem with communication with him. Location is great. My kids and I will book with him again when we come back in the near future!

Everything was great, the kitchen was supplied with just about everything if not more that you might need during your stay for one or multiple nights......One tiny and only issue we had there was with the AC we didn't know if the individual units worked or were just there but there was another central thermostat but couldn't adjust it luckily we were there in the right season not so cold and not so hot so wasn't that bad. Other than that everything was great and we even managed well with just one and only bathroom in the property and we were 7 guests total.

Had a wonderful stay at Kay's place. It was convenient to restaurants, stores, public transportation. We enjoyed our stay and it was very clean with the amenities we needed for our 2 week stay. it was also a plus to have parking.

Michelle's place was a dream and I will absolutely be coming back :)

The place is so clean and comfortable. Everything looks brand new, and our whole family could lounge in the living room together or have a sit-down meal in the dining area. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking/eating utensils, tools, etc. We made several meals at home which saved us a lot of money. One of the best things about this place is the easy access to Manhattan. It's an easy 5 min walk over to the bus that takes you to the Port Authority at 42nd and 8th in Manhattan. From there, you can easily take the subway anywhere you want to go.

Our family had a wonderful time at Stephen and Ericka's apartment. It has a nice floorplan using the space well with a lot of natural light. The town is very charming and very close to the train station for easy access into NYC. Stephen and Ericka communicated well and made sure we had all the information we needed before, during and after our trip. Will look to stay again when we are in the area.

Fantastic location! Right by all the downtown attractions, and in a safe location. We were minutes away from a subway station too, so we could easily get down to the Statue of Liberty. Accommodations were great! We would stay here again.

This place was better than I expected. the space for NYC is very large. not super close to subways but bus stops all around. host is very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time at JP's place. The place was exactly as described with a beautiful view to Manhattan. It was easy to move to major attractions using the ferry and the bus.
