The Bronx : locations de vacances avec suite privative

This stay was perfect for us - older couple visiting from Texas. The apartment afforded us the flexibility of being together when we wanted to, and work on our own in privacy when we needed or wanted to. It is located in a real neighborhood, so that the staff of the bodega around the corner gave us a friendly hello when we shopped for groceries, and after a week one of the neighbors gave us a friendly wave. To my mind, it is much better than a Manhattan midtown hotel. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed for a home cooked meal. We used the laundry room, which was as spotless as the rest of the place, and the washer/dryer combo seemed brand new and was easy to use. We stayed a week, but could have stayed longer. Sebastian responded quickly and helpfully the one time we needed help with a random issue. We did not get to meet him, but communication was seamless. We would gladly stay at this apartment again.

The place was great. Had a ton of room and kitchen had everything we needed! They communicated very well before the trip and during the trip if we had questions. I would definitely book with spot again. Thank you!

We loved our stay with our dog! Would definitely stay here again if in the area. There’s access to the backyard which has a small playground and turf for dogs which came in handy! There’s also a park a block away and some great Indian and Colombian food just up the street a 10 min walk away. There’s also mattress was also super comfy!

This was great - a lovely place in a quiet street. Close to trains, 20-30 mins I to downtown Brooklyn, Dumbo, Williamsburg and 40 mins into Manhattan. Some nice cafes nearby, Dublin donuts on broadway. Caffeine Underground < 10 mins walk. A couple of fabulous bagel places 20 mins walk (Miss Bagel on Fulton street was our favourite and Knickerbocker Bagel on Knickerbocker is also great). All in all a real catch, reasonably priced for NYC, and Maxim was very responsive and helpful. Lovely will be back (my daughter fell in love with NYC and will undoubtedly find a way to move here in the next few years :-)

Stunning apartment in a quiet area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and the subway/buses. The rooms are spacious and well decorated, with everything you might need. would absolutely stay again!

Patrecia and Birane's place was very cozy and we felt right at home. They had all the things listed and all the bed linens towels were clean and washed. Sofabed in the living room was large and comfortable enough to sleep, like the other beds in the other rooms. They were also very responsive with our requests and helped us enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Harriet's place is the best place to stay in NY! The flat is absolutely lovely, very clean and spacious. Harriet and her husband were very welcoming and always available to help when we had any questions. Jersey city is very nice and only a short bus ride away from Manhattan, so it was very was very easy to travel back and forth every day. I will definitely stay at Harriet's again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in NY. Thank you again!

Very spacious, airy, unique feel. Good location. Loved all the Jazz books, the amazing bathtub, the writing desk, and the skylight. I didnt read the description as well as I should have, so I was a bit surprised that the space had a somewhat semi-private feel, but that didnt detract from the excellent experience and for the price in NYC it doesnt get much better.

This was a perfect studio apartment for our overnight stay in Jersey City. Anna Kay was an excellent host, very prompt and kind with her responses. The apartment was spotless, well appointed, quiet, and secure. We appreciated the double door security and her assistance with locating parking. Everything was so easy. Definitely would stay here again!

Denise was such a lovely host! The most welcoming and helpful! She got a beautiful little place in a quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous back yard. Would definitely come back some time during the summer to take advantage of that pool!

Nos hemos alojado en el apartamento de Adam una semana y no podemos estar más satisfechos. Nos ha impresionado su impecable limpieza, todo reluciente y bien cuidado. Las fotos reflejan perfectamente la realidad; el apartamento es amplio y acogedor, destacamos la comodidad de las camas y el sofá, además, las toallas, ropa de cama, paños de cocina, etc., eran de excelente calidad. La ubicación es inmejorable, el barrio es tranquilo y seguro, y a solo unos pasos encontramos dos supermercados con una amplia variedad de productos, además de que la boca de metro se encuentra a tan solo 5 minutos. Nuestro agradecimiento a Adam por tener la casa tan limpia y cuidada. Aunque no llegamos a conocerle en persona porque todo el proceso es autónomo, su cercanía, amabilidad y disposición para ayudar hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, este ha sido el mejor apartamento en el que nos hemos alojado, y lo recomendamos encarecidamente a todo aquel que desee visitar la Gran Manzana.

Olga & Wayne were super accommodating and the Airbnb felt like we were right at home. The lounge area was our favorite spot during the stay and it was perfect to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and celebrate life together ! Overall the description and pictures match the apartment everything was cleaned and entry was smooth after I found out the entrance was in the back 😊. For us there was slim to no noise for the pipes situation it is an Airbnb in the basement so the expectations were met. We would definitely come back especially because parking was super easy and the neighborhood was very friendly and peaceful! Thank you Olga & Wayne!

This is the type of host you hope to get. Responsive, kind, helpful and accommodating. Their place was also clean, well stocked and with a nice layout.

This neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, and the apartment is amazing. very peaceful, and having a gym to yourself was awesome! beds are comfortable, shower was nice, so much better than staying in a hotel!

This little apt. is so great and cozy, it is small but the patio makes up for that and it has Everything you need!! The kitchen is stocked well and has everything you need if you want to cook! The location is perfect! You're so close to everything and a bus or train ride from anything else, you're surrounded by food and a Target in walking distance! Thank you James we had a blast in New York!

10/10 would recommend staying here for your stay in NY! Quiet and calm area.

Es el mejor Airbnb donde me he alojado. El apartamento es incluso mejor que en las fotos, súper acogedor y no le faltaba ningún detalle. Todo estaba reluciente y decorado con muy buen gusto. Amazing stay at Yaritza’s place! The place was exactly as described and shown and even included thoughtful amenities that were useful during my stay. There was also a list of local recommendations that were great (try the BEC at Alita Cafe!) The location was great- super close to the train and a wonderful safe and local neighborhood to explore. Yaritza was very responsive and accommodating for my check in/out requests. One thing to note is that the temperature of the unit can’t be controlled from the unit itself. But Yaritza was super quick to respond and turn on the heat when requested! I would highly recommend staying at Yaritza’s!

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was extremely welcoming and communicated with us every step of the way, providing great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Michael’s place was wonderful for our latest visit to NYC. The place was incredibly clean and welcoming. We found the kitchen to be well stocked and equipped. It was great to be able to have breakfast on our schedule each day prior to heading into manhattan. There was a wonderful sitting area to unwind in and the bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was very clean. Communication with Michael was very timely and helpful. We look forward to another stay the next time we visit NYC!

We loved staying at Nicholas and Amal’s apartment! Everything was just as described – and even better than in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet, very close to the subway, and surrounded by restaurants, markets, pharmacies, and cafés. On top of that, it’s an easy walk to Central Park! We’ll definitely recommend it to all our friends visiting NY!

Exceded all expectations. Ann’s loft is exquisite. An oasis in NY. Great barrio, walkable 10/10. Ann communicates promptly and is so kind and accommodating when possible. My family and I shared a very special time in that comfortable and very well appointed space.
