Beautiful view of the lake! Valia was also very kind when 2 of my sisters decided a few days before our trip to join us for one night each. House was clean. Two showers and an extra .5 bathroom = great! I was concerned about a review from over a year ago that mentioned a cigarette smell. When we first walked in, 2 of us thought there was a slight smell right in the entrance, but it was not present throughout the house and we didn't notice it again. The backyard did have around 100 cigarette butts under the balcony but it's clear no one is smoking inside. I'd recommend bringing some extra blankets if you like more than one per bed. There were plenty of pillows. A fun town with nearby unique thrift stores, restaurants and a roller skating rink. WONDERFUL HIKING TRAILS AND WATERFALL NEARBY! I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

I stayed with my husband and son for a few nights and it was fantastic. We used the house as a base to Cuyahoga NP and it was perfect for getting to various hikes as well as super close to multiple towns to grab whatever you may need! It snowed, rained and snowed the entire time we were there and the home was so cozy. we enjoyed the snowy scene outside from the hot tub multiple times. Also so well stocked! Had everything we needed for our short trip, was so clean and fresh and we would love to be able to come back again! Thanks for an awesome trip!

Visiting family in the area and needed a place to sleep but didn’t spend much time there. Nice, quiet place. Well light. Third time to stay at a property of Michael’s. He is quick to respond to questions. Clean and comfortable furniture. Well maintained. We will stay again at a property he owns if available.

David was super responsive, detailed with instructions, and even thought to ask the ages of my children to make sure his tiny house would be appropriate for our family. He was upfront that access to the lofts was very steep, but the space was overall a good fit for our family. The full kitchen had just the right equipment to prepare our meals. Overall, it beats a hotel room by far, for the same price. I would happily stay here again.

Diana was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The house was in a safe area with blinds and blackout curtains to provide added privacy. The well-maintained house was comfortable and close enough to the park and beach for daily walks with our dog. The home even provided supplies like crate and waste bags for your pet. The noise from the busy street was not even noticeable inside the home. We have heard train noise in all homes where we have stayed (even our family) over the years - it’s just a given in the area. This home has the best insulation and I only noticed the train twice while sleeping. The heat works great and we even set the thermostat 5 degrees lower than we keep it at home. We plan to make this our first choice for future visits.

An awesome experience!! We LOVED the golf sim and various games. Walkable distance to shops and restaurants! If there is an opportunity, we will definitely be back!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The home was spotless, with TVs in every room, making it easy to unwind. Even though we didn’t bring a dog, we loved that it’s pet-friendly. The spacious backyard was perfect for kids to run around, and the fire pit made for cozy nights under the stars. The hosts thought of everything—dishes were neatly labeled, and they provided towels, washcloths, and even a makeup cloth. The beds were very comfortable, with extra blankets and pillows available for added comfort. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like board games and playing cards for entertainment. It made our stay even better and gave us fun ways to relax when we weren’t out exploring. We visited for our son’s second birthday and had several activities planned, but the location was so convenient that nothing ever felt far. This home is peaceful, well-equipped, and perfect for families. The attention to detail made it truly special. We highly recommend it and would absolutely go again!!

Stayed here with my wife and kid during a brief business trip. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy Cleveland more while staying in this beautiful house. Daniel was very helpful and clear, and the place is reasonably priced. If you have a young kid, know that it’s walking distance to a playground and a fantastic library. Recommend.

The property is old but super well maintained. Clean, plenty of space. The only down part was the heater. It made a lot of noise. Its an old heater but other then that everything was great. Loved the antique stove
