Our daughter and our adorable grandkids live in Belmont. We usually stay with them but they had a basement flood and the room we usually use was being repaired. So we looked for someplace close and found Robin’s delightful apartment. Though we chose it for proximity, we couldn’t have been more pleased. It is lovely, quiet, comfortable and trulyfeels like a home, not a rental. We’ve stayed in many rentals over the years, but never before have we found a pantry and refrigerator so well stocked! Robin has obviously put a lot of time, thought and heart into making the apartment a warm and welcoming place to stay. Thank you again, Robin and Jon, for sharing your special home with us.

Very comfortable place, and an easy walk to Harvard and Porter Squares and places in-between. Caroline was a welcoming host and enjoyable to chat with. Tito, the Norwich Terrier, too. (Not Toto, too. That was a Cairn Terrier. ^_^) Just remember to pay attention to the instructions for the alarm system.

Raj and Julia were very welcoming hosts and I had wonderful two weeks stay here. The home is sweet , warm and beautiful. The bedroom is comfortable. Even the kitchen and bathroom are full of sunshine. The house is a very good place to stay in Boston. I had a very good experience here. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay in Brookline! Grace was an amazing host, and her historic home was the perfect base for our Boston adventure. The location was fantastic, situated in a beautiful, safe neighborhood within walking distance to a variety of delicious restaurants and the public transit.

It was a lovely stay. The house and my bedroom very cosy. 10' walk from Harvard University and Red line tube stations. Deborah is a fantastic hostess: the most attentive, kind and discreet person. Marie's organization actually books this home for Grace, the host. Grace runs an "old fashioned" bnb, with a friendly greeting as you arrive and a light breakfast featuring fresh breakfast breads and her homemade granola. We loved staying with Grace! We had plenty of privacy, a comfortable and quiet room, a private parking spot and key to come and go as we pleased. Her home is clean and safe. Grace is not intrusive at all, but she was gracious and helpful with any advice we needed during our stay. We picked exactly the right place for a perfect vacation.

The host sends very clear instructions on how to get into the property, and unlocking the main door was easy with the electronic keypad. The bedroom is located on the second floor, so if you’re carrying heavy luggage that might be a small hassle. The room is exactly like the main photo. The bed is comfy with very tall pillows. The bathroom is small, but with modern amenities, so for a short stay it’s totally fine. We picked this place for its proximity with the airport, which it didn’t disappoint. What surprised us is that we found a nice diner to have breakfast walking distance from the property.

Rosanne and I immediately hit it off. She has an adorable rescue dog. The home is stunning it reminded me of grand old homes I’ve stayed at that were professionally run bed and breakfast inns. The home is in an historic district. The neighborhood is charming. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. I really appreciated having a tub for soaking after my trail runs. I had access to all of the house and was able to do laundry. Despite having a bad neck injury and a dog who’d recently had leg surgery, Rosanne went out of her way to accommodate me. I felt so at home. I already know this area since I used to have a boyfriend in a nearby town. Dedham Square has lots of restaurants and a great old movie theater. The home is also near Legacy Place shopping center, which has the best Whole Foods anywhere. Being vegan, I’ve been to many during my business travels. I look forward to staying with Rosanne again soon.

Room is clean and exactly the same as the host mentioned. Bathroom is clean and the utilities are all provided as mentioned. They have breakfast and very convenient to grab some coffee and enjoy morning. The neighborhood is great and there are good restaurants nearby too! Lastly our host Christie is friendly and very responsive!!! Highly recommended!!!~~~

I really enjoyed my stay with Kate. She was warm, welcoming, and reliable. She is genuinely interested in people and our conversations were wide ranging, from gardening to art to history. I can't wait to return. Kate will always be my first choice of host in the Boston area.

i had an incredible experience staying at Myra’s airbnb. the place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Myra was extremely responsive and made sure i had everything i needed during my stay. the location was perfect, and all the little touches in the home made it feel special. i highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay with Judi. She was very welcoming and chatty when we saw her. The location is nice and peaceful. The Commuter Rail is a short walk away, with the 73 bus to Harvard and the T Red Route next to the train station. The bed was very comfy and the facilities clean and easy to use. Judi left us some breakfast items and plenty of coffee pods for the machine, and the fridge is pretty useful too. Everything you need is provided and Judi was always happy to help if there was something else we needed. Would recommend going out for breakfast/lunch/coffee at Tatte, and the Mighty Squirrel Brewing Co. for the best beer in Boston. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A beautiful craftsman style house near the center of Newton and a short drive to anywhere in the Boston area.

We absolutely adored the Rajah Room. It was a beautiful space to stay for our one night in Salem and we would definitely book again in the future!

Overall this was a very pleasant stay in a quiet location, close to restaurants and other needed services. When I come back to this area I would like to stay here again. It is a clean, comfortable, welcoming home. Also, even though I did not use it this time, convenient quick rail transportation into downtown Boston is located a 5 minute or less walk from the b an b.

Flavia’s place was a great value for the location. The bed was very comfortable, the place was clean, and Flavia was kind and responsive to all our questions.
