Amazing location with free, easy parking. The apartment is steps away from the commuter train to get you into Boston. Mark provided clear and easy instructions for getting into town. The place had everything I needed. Very easy check in and check out. I appreciate that check-out didn't involve jumping through hoops like so many hosts required!

Had the chance of spending a few weeks at Mark's place as a temporary accommodation. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything needed. Location is great, close to the train station, river walks and the famous Moody street. Plenty of parking space. The proximity to the rail line was not an issue as sound insulation was pretty good. We stayed at Ryan’s apartment for a week long trip to Boston. The apartment was lovely. Plenty of room and nice and clean. The best part, super comfortable beds. This is not always true for many of the paces I have stayed. The blue line was easy and close by. Make sure you stop at Luigi’s Pizza! Added bonus, there was a grocery store within walking distance to the apartment. The area was safe and the building was secure.

The property matched how it was described in the listing. It was in a great location and was a five-minute walk from a subway station, so it was easy to get around the city.

This airbnb has 7 beds. None are bigger than a double but for our family of four we just each took a bed. The airbnb is on the 3rd floor so you need to be able to walk stairs which was fine for us. The location has great access to downtown.

The place was nice. We had a minor issue with the garage door opener at first, but they were very responsive and the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! Our host was extremely helpful and quick to reply to any queries and even accommodated us with a late checkout with our late flight! It is very close to the Orange line which made travel extremely easy and right in the middle of plenty of great shops snd restaurants! The condo was just as described and would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

i loved staying here. my friends and i booked this place for our boston trip and it was minutes from the orange line, surrounded by lots of food/shops, minutes from a trader joe’s, and a nice/ peaceful area ! 💖

Perfect place for a 2 week stay. Property is clean and close to Public transport. Have lots of restaurants and close to grocery. Jason is also very responsive with inquiries.

This condo was fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, just steps away from the commuter rail and centrally located. The place itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything you would need. Mathew was a great host. If you’re looking for a high end dinner experience, I highly recommend checking out the Nightshade Noodle Bar, which is just a short walk away. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Amazing! When the tide is in you feel as if you’re right over the water - so great! Well stocked kitchen and super clean. A wonderful spot to enjoy the views and get out to local beaches. Loved the hot tub on the deck.

“Expansive” is the word that describes Ala’s home, from the family room, dining room and kitchen, which are large enough to prepare a meal and entertain 20 people with ease. There are 2 master suites, the upper one with 2 balconies. It was a challenge to adequately enjoy the lower level attractions: pool table, gym, kitchen treats or tv lounge. Finally, we had breakfast on the side patio and evening cocktails on the front patio, both with views of the extensive grounds. The only downside, it was a struggle to leave the house for Boston sight-seeing and visiting with relatives. Sent from my iPhone

Thank you so much The host was great and responsive The house was exactly as expected We enjoyed ourselves and this was the first house we seen with so many king beds. That’s a plus for sure. First time ever in Massachusetts and we had a blast🙂

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting with family in the area. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Very well stocked with anything you would need while traveling. This has been one of our favorite Airbnb’s that we have stayed at. Highly recommend.

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

Anne made you feel like home. She is pending for your necessities and always reachable if you contact her. All the facilities in the apartment are well tunning, clean and properly located to maximize the space available and guest flow. I absolutely recommended her to make your stay at Waltham (in Boston Metropolitan Area) enjoyable and to receive the best service on an Airbnb location for your money.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mark’s home! It was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Super clean, spacious, beautiful views, nice quiet neighborhood, and so many amenities. We really enjoyed the home movie theater and board games! We will absolutely be booking here again soon!
