We loved our stay at this property. The house is much more historic and lived in, if you are after a pristine and modern stay, this might not be the place for you. But the house more than made up for it in character and cozy vibes, and it fit in perfectly in the charming historic neighborhood in Marblehead. The area has a lot of wonderful spots you can walk to, and the host provided historical information about the area and the house as well! We were so grateful for John’s proactive communication, we didn’t have any issues but I’m confident if we had he would have quickly resolved them! Overall my family had a wonderful weekend and we spent the drive home saying home much we’d love to make another trip in the summer to enjoy the ocean more!! Thanks John for a memorable weekend!

My groups stayed at Trang’s home for 2 night and our stay was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing and was very clean and spacious. Check-in instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Would definitely stay again in the future if we ever find ourselves in the area.

Excellent lugar , viaje con mi equipo de trabajo y la casa está muy bien para un buen grupo de personas grande , todo limpio ordenado muy cómodo es como sentirse en casa y el parqueo muy amplio tiene buen acceso a carretera principales , el ambiente es súper tranquilo algo que me pareció espectacular y sin duda volvería a elegirlo en mi próximo proyecto por el área . Marybeth is the most accommodating of hosts. She granted our request for an early check-in following unfortunate air travel difficulties that left us tired on day one of our adventure. She extended our checkout time to further accommodate our schedule of events while we’re staying at her house. She was quick to respond to my inquiries and was eager to make us most comfortable as guests in her home. It was our first Airbnb experience and she set the bar high. Excellent service, beautiful/comfortable/clean home. Highly recommend this host and her property.

Karen’s home truly is cozy. We were here two weeks before Christmas and it was decorated and beautiful. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, nice big fluffy towels and I loved the shower! We have stayed in several,places in the Boston area and this is one of the best. Even my dogs loved it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eric's comfortable AirBnB Victorian home in Medford, Massachusetts, and I can't recommend it enough. The location is unbeatable—a mere 15-minute drive to downtown Boston, a short stroll to Medford’s own downtown, and just a brief drive away from Somerville. With several supermarkets within close proximity, everything you need is right at your fingertips. This property isn’t your typical modern-style rooftop accommodation; it exudes an incredible sense of character and history. Every corner of the home has a character—immaculately clean, exceptionally safe, and wonderfully spacious, providing an inviting and comfortable environment that truly felt like home. Eric has proven himself to be an outstanding host, always responsive to any questions or requirements I had. His attentiveness and warm hospitality enhanced the entire experience, making my stay both enjoyable and stress-free. Without a doubt, I will be back for my next show in Boston

I absolutely loved staying at Darryl's place for our trip to Salem. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was amazing, with being so close to downtown the space was so quiet even with the windows open. This is a great stay and I highly recommend anyone coming to Salem to book this place!

Super clean. Very responsive. Hard to find 2 bed 2 bath. Perfect for me and my sister. Kitchen was stocked with spices and such—a great perk even though we ate out! When she and I travel together we usually bring our own honey and Kubra’s kitchen even had honey—-yay! Very quiet building despite all the beautiful doggies around. Never heard a bark from any of them—never heard any neighbors at all in fact!

We had a great stay in Marblehead. We love the area and the cute shops and restaurants. Amy was an amazing host. Always responsive, very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend booking a stay with Amy as your host. I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and help. Her communication with us was very helpful and made the whole experience effortless.

We have been using short-term rentals as a family since 2011. This is by far the best appointed house we've ever stayed in. Plenty of everything -- basic groceries, towels, dishes, parking, beds and baths. It's a classic New England home with thoughtful updates. Love the vintage touches! Everything was first rate and we were comfortable for our short visit. We will be back!

This has to be the neatest little place on Airbnb in the Boston area, and that's something to be said. Paige and Dara described the place and the experience perfectly, were a dream to communicate with, and were overall humorous hosts. Their in-house shop was very entertaining for us. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

Host was great at communicating and making sure our needs were met. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Location is excellent for a family with children. Everything you need is close by and the train stop was literally down stairs. Excellent experience all around.

Great place to stay in a super convenient location for driving places. There was event a snowstorm during our stay and the hosts made sure to have the walkway and driveway clear for us to get in and out with ease!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

Such a perfect place. Super soft towels, comfy bed, perfect little kitchen w everything we needed. Gave us great ideas for things to do during our stay and even tips to avoid the traffic coming into town. Would recommend!!

This place is a gem if you don’t mind walking to get to the general Harvard area. We didn’t use our car for our entire stay. We loved the neighborhood and being close to a great place to walk the dogs. Victor is a wonderful friendly host with great food recommendations and things to see. We can’t wait to come back to Cambridge and stay here in the future.

Our stay at the Somerville home was really great. Both hosts were lovely and responsive the entire time, and the home was very nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, and was spotless. All three bedrooms had the comfiest beds, and don't even get me started on the chair in bedroom C. I could have slept in just that. So incredibly soft. The house was full of charm, and provided a really nice location. Whether you're looking for a home to see the city, or a place to get some work done, you'll find a lovely home with great hosting.

My two adult children and I stayed here with our two dogs while my wife was having surgery in Boston. The location was great. Car ride to the Longwood medical area was about 25 minutes. The neighborhood consists of single family homes on small lots, not at all fancy but entirely safe as far as we could tell. We were just a few short blocks from a school playing field where leashed dogs were welcome, and other dog-walkers were often on the street in the morning and evening. The house is a bit quirky. There is no seating in the kitchen, but the dining area is very spacious although located down a short hallway from the kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms was more than ample and very quiet at night. We slept well. As we stayed more than a week we were grateful that laundry facilities were present in the basement. Roosevelt was an excellent host and quick to respond to my requests. I would definitely stay in his place again should a similar situation arise.

We had a lovely time staying at Julie's unit. My husband and I and our small dog enjoyed our stay. Julie is very easy to communicate with and responsive. The bed is comfortable in a spacious bedroom. The other areas are comfortable and nice. I used the office area to work and appreciated the additional monitor and spacious desk. The unit is conveniently located near two large grocery stores, Star Market and Shop N Stop, and numerous restaurants a few minutes to get to. We ate outdoors with our dog at the seafood restaurants by the beach and also enjoyed a lot of take out from the numerous Asian restaurants on Hancock. It was handy to be able to use the washer and dryer downstairs. We appreciated the on premise parking space. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. We took frequent walks with our small dog and the neighbors are friendly. There are many appliances to use including two coffee pots, spices, and condiments. Julie is a great host. We would stay again.
