This was my first stay at an Airbnb and it went better than expected for my family of 5. Chubba’s home was spacious and tidy and like seeing a time capsule with certain items around the place. I was able to make full meals in the kitchen and use the huge desk to work from home. Chubba was kind enough to provide a variety of beverages and lots of snacks my kids really enjoyed. Plenty of toiletries as well. Beds were good and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking in the area. Thanks again Chubba!

Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Having a dedicated parking was a huge plus. Looking forward to future stays.

The place was fantastic, and we loved our stay! Check-in was quick and easy. The home was clean, and the interior—especially the mirror—was beautiful. There’s a bus stop nearby for easy access to the Coney Island train station, or you can walk there in about 15–20 minutes. Communication was great, and we got some helpful local recommendations. Overall, it was a wonderful place and an even better experience!

Great stay in a great location and it's exactly as seen in the pictures. The place was spotless upon arrival and the host responded with any questions I had in a promptly manner. He checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we didn't need anything and I would recommend this stay 10/10.

Danny's communication is excellent. We appreciated the convenience and the cleanliness of the apartment. It was very comfortable after sorting out some minor hiccups at the beginning. Danny's place is located in Dobbs Ferry, on the border of charming Hastings on Hudson. It IS walking distance to both towns. Add 5 mins to his suggested travel times for everything listed. It's a 10-minute walk to the station. We enjoyed the walks along the trail, the restaurants, and the comfort of being local. He provides laundry pods which was great, and the kitchen has everything you need for. a cozy stay.

Mike was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable during the stay. Place was cozy, view of the lake from the backyard was nice and the area was quiet. Would recommend!

Joseph place was very tidy, warm and clean. location is great as well, 45 minutes from Manhattan and plenty of parks and lake in the area.

The property was spacious and enjoyable away from the chaos of being directly in the city. The property was the perfect balance of being close to the city but not directly in the chaos of it which was nice for tourist and 1st time people visiting. Hosts were greatly with making sure all needs were met.

Erica and John are outstanding, sophisticatedly pleasant and thoughtful hosts. In a zany city, the private apartment was a perfect and welcome quiet oasis. In fact, this AirBNB experience very effectively propped up an otherwise high intensity subspecialty mission at St John’s Episcopal Hospital, only 7 minutes away by car. Furthermore, the experience was so good, that the next subspecialist just opted in for the next couple of months. The bed and sheets are very comfortable; the kitchen has a state of the art coffee machine, brand new fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. Water and shower were hot. Air flow and temp adjustable from a modern digital thermostat Air outside was fresh (not far from the beach). Also very walkable 5 minutes to the A Train to Manhattan. Parking on the street - I always had a spot. I never needed anything the 16 days that I was there. Nothing beats the graciousness of the hosts! The neighbors are also very nice. Forget a hotel… this is really better
