Absolutamente perfecta la estadia en este hermoso apartamento, donde la ayuda permanente y asistencia de sus dueños se hace notar en cada detalle. Pasamos 8 días extraordinarios, muchos de los cuales incluso debimos pasar largas horas de trabajo home office. Todo perfecto y ampliamente recomendado! Volveremos!

Staying at Alan’s apartment was a seamless experience from start to finish. It’s an easy commute to and from New York City, especially if you plan to spend time in Midtown Manhattan. The apartment itself was very large, clean, tasteful, and quiet at night. Additionally, Alan was very communicative and responsive, which we greatly appreciated. Instructions were also very clear. I would definitely recommend this arrangement, and I plan to come back again!

Lou was the most fantastic host! Very responsive, friendly and helpful! The house was exactly as pictured. Check in was a breeze. The home had all of your basic necessities. Both beds were Purple mattress’s and were very comfortable! Quiet home and neighborhood, which is a huge plus for me because I’m usually in bed before 9pm. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to New Jersey! Thanks so much Lou!

Beutifull cozy with all you need

This gem felt like home! Soon as you walk in you can feel the beautiful vibrant energy. It was very clean and had everything you want/need. It’s walkable to everything! Community Park down the road is so peaceful. Vlad was awesome! He communicated very well and helped me out weeks before I even flew in and the whole time I was there. Will be back Vlad! Nous étions 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants) pour 6 nuits. Le logement est très spacieux, joliment décoré, à 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus. Les enfants ont apprécié les jeux mis à disposition. Jamie a toujours été très cordiale et très réactive face à nos différentes demandes. C'est un vrai point positif qu'elle habite à proximité. Notre avion a été fortement retardé, cela n'a pas été un problème d'accéder au logement de manière autonome dans la nuit. A savoir, pour les éventuelles familles qui souhaitent réserver : prévoir un budget pour les transports en bus vers New-York (en supplément de la carte métro illimité de Nyc) + le temps de trajet à inclure dans votre planning. L'avantage est de pouvoir profiter de la Skyline durant votre trajet ☺️

It was great place to stay just 7 mins away from airport and was on point location to go anywhere else in the city. It gave us home feeling for 4 days. We would really like to book as well as recommend it to friends and family in future.

This is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with a driveway directly across the street from the beach. It’s in a quiet part of the Rockaway Peninsula, a short walk or drive from a supermarket and a handful of restaurants and coffee shops. The nearby beach is popular with surfers.

The place is beautiful specially for night city view . Quite place . House is very clean everything and host is very friendly and respectful and responsible. I recommend it’s best for summer because you can enjoy river view on board and fresh air . Winters it’s very cold for close to river for air . We had fun and we enjoyed. Pretty quiet place. Lovely . Great stay, Very easy to find via car and have a bus stop in front that goes into NYC Port authority. There is a decent market near by and some restaurants near. House is very clean and comfortably can host 3 couples. Hosts are very friendly and reply very fast when needed.

Ready for an escape? Look no further! Dan’s place is a walk through history in a beautiful, scenic mix of beach and wilderness. I am a local and booked this stay over the week between Christmas and new years as a respite while we renovated our new home about 30 minutes away. Dan’s place is amazing, the scenery is surreal. The sunrise and sunsets are a do not miss. The lighthouse is your backyard and the bay with afternoon seal sightings are your front. 5 minute walk to the pub, easy access to all trails for bike riding and walking. Our kids and dogs had a blast. Lots of deer, foxes, birds. Truly felt like we were worlds away but only 30 minutes from our doorstep. Can only imagine the summertime here, but we soaked it up in the winter too. The house has preserved historic charm with modern updates, everything you need. We will be back!

This place is awesome for what it is - a large home that can accommodate many people with a ton of space. It also doesn't have the Airbnb special room of 4+ beds that sleeps 8 to pump up the amount that can sleep there. This listing is straightforward. The keyless entry is awesome, everything in the house works, and there is plenty of parking and amenities. It is older and dated, however, and lacks a few finish details but for what it is, this house is very, very worth it. Each room was separated enough to have privacy, the kitchen was functional, and the dining room, living room, and entry/sunroom all offered enough room for everybody in our party to feel comfortable. I would stay here again, especially with a large group. We were 7 adults and 6 children (all under 8) and this was 1000% better than a hotel or other living arrangement. Thank you Ashley! You were a great host!

A nice and beautiful place to stay. It truly feels like home. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I went in with my wife and 5 kids. Everyone got a bed, and Adel still had a twin mattress in one of the closets we didn't even use. Adel's aid Veronika, lives at the basement. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. All the kids were super happy, and we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this place for everyone especially people with big families.

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing winter holiday in these apartments while visiting NYC. The location is very convenient: a bus stop is right outside the door, and it takes only about 20-25 minutes to get to Manhattan by bus. Estefany and her mother, Athia, are some of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve ever met – always friendly and incredibly responsive. The apartments provided the perfect place to relax after long days of walking through the bustling city. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, our trip was truly memorable. Highly recommend!

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

Great location for a short stay in NYC. Lots of things to do in the area. Easy access to underground and other transportation

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

I fell in love with this area close enough to the city but yet a peaceful community. The host provided world class customer service and ensured my stay was as simple and satisfied. I’ve never had a host call after I checked out to provide feedback or address any concerns I think this is above and beyond and anytime I’m in NJ I will stay with this company and can highly recommend them! This is a walkable community and you will feel safe. The apartment was spotless and beautiful!

This was such a welcoming and warm room. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us making our lives so much easier. The room is easy to access and close to transit into the city. Everything is close by and the town is beautiful. We had some of the best sleep weve had in a while in the bed! That comforter is no joke! lol! Host was responsive and friendly! We will definitely be staying here on our next trip out! 1 tips is the parking spot is very narrow so if you are getting a rental keep that in mind. other than that it's a fantastic stay! The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to the Hudson River with amazing views across to the manhattan skyline. Transport links were great too - we were able to get across to manhattan for all the sightseeing trips we had booked quickly and smoothly. AJ was an excellent host. Very quick to respond and so helpful with our enquiries. All his responses and instructions were very clear. We would recommend this property to friends and family.
