Fantastic place to stay for a month! Kitchen had everything you need. Washer and dryer were in great condition. Good wifi for working. Bathrooms well stocked with towels etc. We highly recommend!

Our stay at the Lighthouse was amazing! Everything was exactly as advertised from the fishing just steps from the house to the sunsets at night. We were able to catch a variety of fish, caught a blue crab, saw multiple dolphins while kayaking, took a short drive to see the manatees, and enjoyed every aspect of the property. The house was very clean and there is plenty of room to host larger families. The entire stay was so easy with the clear communication from the owners. We will definitely be back!

We loved that the rental included coffee, creamer, a few things in the cupboard to get up by until we could get to the store. Loved that shampoo, conditioner and bath wash was provided. These were things we didn’t know about prior to our booking. We were very happy with our stay and appreciated our quick responses to all our questions

This is a great place to stay - we hope we will be able to stay here again next year. Everything is very clean and the house is very well stocked. Everything is clearly marked & Marc is extremely easy to work with. The house is in a great location - easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The only minor complaint I would have is with the sectional in the living room is well used and not as comfortable as the new furniture in the lanai. We would have used the lanai, but it was too cold while we were there. Of course Marc can't control the weather - if he could have I am sure he would have as everything else was perfect!!

We really liked the setup. Grandma and grandpa liked the privacy occupying the smaller adjacent living area. the grandkids could come over often but when it was time, we could send them back by their parents in the larger section. We liked having the swimming area on the first floor which made it easy to prevent the kids from sneaking down. If we kept them off the deck unsupervised, they would not have to worry about pool safety. The 6 grandkids had a blast playing in the pool and hot tub. The kitchen facilities allowed us to cook most of our meals in house. The families enjoyed the nearby beaches and other activities. All in all, everyone agreed that we had one of the best family vacations ever and that this Airbnb was fantastic. Brian and Jane Smith

Brad's place was really great for location, very clean and bathrooms and shower was excellent. golf cart to lake sumter and back was nice, really fun experience. Communication from Brad was great. Has video on TV and that's a big plus since everywhere we stay seems to give us problems figuring it out compared to our house internet. Nice that he had xfinity streaming on it so we could watch regular local channels and main networks. Definitely will be back sometime in the near future. Nice quiet safe feeling neighborhood also.
