Pete and Kate's guesthouse is nice. I stayed 5+ days at their guesthouse. The guesthouse is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The Wifi connection is Strong. Pete and Kate responded quickly to my questions, and they were helpful! I enjoyed my stay!

Wonderful private carriage house. Susan and Rick were very responsive, great communication and fixed issues quickly. Great location in the Prospect community of southeast Longmont, CO - quick walk to restaurants, bakery (Babette’s) and coffeehouse (Cavegirl).

Great spot, walking distance to brunch spots, breweries. Also ideally located in driving distance to Boulder and Denver. Host was very responsive and ensured our stay was pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay! We are a small family business and it had every thing we needed to rest peacefully after a hard days work.

Louisville is so charming, we felt very safe walking around the town exploring the wonderful restaurants and quaint neighborhood - it was so peaceful and quiet! Our beds were VERY comfortable and we felt right at home! The location was perfect! We will definitely stay again!

This spot is a gem! Everything was seamless and the space was wonderful. It was about a 15 minute walk to restaurants and breakfast spots and the late-March weather didn't disappoint. We would definitely return.

Ben’s communication from start to finish has been excellent . The unit is exactly as posted and when we walked in, it exceeded my expectations . Cleanliness is top priority for me and his place is so clean ! Location was key for me as I wanted to be close to my daughter’s residence . I look forward to staying here on future visits out to see my daughter .

Nice layout. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Great to have laundry inside. Neutral decor. Responsive host. Plenty of storage space in closet and dresser.

We had a wonderful stay at Mike’s place! He was very responsive, check in was easy, and the apartment was in a great area with lots of restaurants to walk to near by. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay! Even though we were in somebody’s back yard, we had lots of privacy. The Neighborhood is safe, with a small police station right behind it. It was quiet and peaceful, and the people we encountered out and about were very friendly. We were a short drive from downtown activities, an easy drive from the airport and centrally located for longer day trips to the mountains. The host was very responsive and clear with instructions. The tv had streaming services. The full kitchen was well stocked and easy for me to prepare meals for my family. The mud room was nice too. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

The loft was not only clean, but stylish and welcoming with extra touches like snacks, coffee, fluffy towels, filtered water and comfortable beds. We felt relaxed and at home!

This was the perfect peaceful refuge for our stay. We had long days working with organizations serving the unhoused and at-risk communities in Aurora (all worthwhile work we were glad to be a part of) and some rest and recoup in the evenings was much appreciated. The space was clean and indeed stylish, with windows in the living/dining room providing nice sunlight. Cookware and kitchen space was sufficient and beds were comfy. Space heaters helped with chilly mornings and the patio was a lovely area to get some refreshing time outside, most days. Overall our stay was wonderful and our host was excellent at friendly responsive communication. She even came down to help us when I got the entry code wrong once and thought it wasn't working! We definitely recommend. Side note, if you go for a jog around the neighborhood just know there is another house on the block that looks similar, double check that it's the right gate before you approach, haha! Love this cute airbnb! Urban living on a quiet street close to coffee shop, restaurants, parks. Comfty furnishings and love the decor and touches to make our stay enjoyable. Come visit Longmont in the heart of Prospect- you will love it!

Another Great stay at Mike's guesthouse! The guesthouse is clean, comfortable, and well stocked (spices, linens, blankets, etc.). Mike's guesthouse offers a Great location, strong Wifi connection, and quiet workspace if needed. I enjoyed my stay!

Space was great and comfortable. Only concerns we had going was street parking, but as the host mentioned there was always parking available either in front of the place or directly across the street. Very convenient location as well.

Heather’s place was great for us to explore Denver. It was great having a full kitchen available for saving money by eating in. There’s plenty of good restaurants around as well. The description of how to access the unit was helpful and she gave us a heads up for where and when to park. Great place!

Joshua responded to any questions quickly and completely. His pace was as described. Bed, linens, pillows and blankets were heavenly. Only caution is the outdoor stairs leading up to the place. They are steep. Walk with care.

Rick's guesthouse was a great place to spend a week in Denver! I commuted downtown a few days for work and the 32 bus made it easy to get to Union Station. I loved how spacious the unit was, with high ceilings, and how it got lots of natural light. The bed was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the kitchen was equipped with just about everything I could imagine. If I'm ever back in Denver, I'll stay here with pleasure.
