We had a crew of 16 people and this place fitted us all with ease. The 2 separate living quarters was perfect - the teens had their own pad while it gave the adults a quite space in the main home. Old worldly charm with classy styling that was so on point - nothing worse than going to a place that feels like someones left over furniture has filled the joint (well done boys, all the mummas have this a huge tick). Kitchen well equipped for large group cooking, beds super comfortable, landscaping immaculate, pool area perfect (even for a winter swim), and the stunning fireplace that made you want to laze around all day. Our original concern was that on the map the highway looks close, but inside we couldn't hear a thing... the property is a private sanctuary in which we'd stay again for sure.

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

Great stay in a lovely place! It would be even better with a few large pots in the kitchen for cooking meals for a big group.

Jude was very friendly and responsive, and her place was tidy and had the basics. It is a very good location, a very short walk to a nice beach

The property was incredible,views, location, and a stunning home. So much space in the home for larger groups as it has lots of rooms and it has two balconys with views to enjoy. Host were so nice to deal with and fast replies to my messages. The beach below is one of the best in the area, crystal clear and calm beach. We will book again ASAP!

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Bawley Point! It was perfect for our family of four—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The house was spotless on arrival, and we really appreciated Toby's flexibility with an early check-in. The pool was a great addition and kept at a lovely temperature, making it perfect for a relaxing swim. Highly recommend this place for a stress-free beach getaway!

We loved our stay at Sandy Place, Long Beach. 5 bedrooms made it a super comfortable stay for a large group. The house has lots of different spaces for people to entertain themselves and not get in each other’s way. A high point was the kitchen that, unlike most rentals, is brilliantly stocked with everything you could ever think you might need and more. In lots of cases much nicer than home! There are so many beautiful things in this property that it made it a joy to be in, while still being down to earth enough to feel like a chilled holiday house. We had a brilliant and relaxing time.

A really beautiful spot - if you’re after a very private spot but with all the amenities you need and only a sort drive to shops etc this is a great choice. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely sanctuary on the river.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bawley Point. The house is generous in size. I’m very well equipped. The only point worth mentioning is that there are only ceiling fans. If you were going there in the hot season, there is no air-conditioning…

Wherehavyabin, was a great house for a travelling group of adults. We all felt comfortable in the space, withplenty of room to sit around and chat, and room to stretch out when we needed to. House was well equipped with new appliances. Great location close to beach and shops. Will all agreed we would return again if available. 🤗

A lovely two nights, at a great value place. The area is wonderfully quiet, even for this part of the coast. An easy walk to the beach, and Roos on the doorstep. Perfect.

Perfect location for an extended family getaway. We had a fabulous time and loved that we were so close to the beach. The views from the upstairs communal dining area are fabulous. The secure yard for the dog was much appreciated.

Chris was a fantastic host and his house was perfect for our needs. He was super responsive and had easy to follow instructions for check-in and using the features in the house. We had a wonderful week long stay. The views from the deck and inside were amazing and so peaceful. A short walk to the beach and walking track with a coffee shop and restaurants close by. The local IGA and bottle shop is also only a quick walk away. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful airbnb.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Rosedale! The place very large, very clean and the view was like a postcard! Never got old! The house was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all of us, and the outdoor shower was so nice. So much exploring right from the house, with the bush walking trails and the all the beaches to enjoy. The shells were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Robert was a fantastic host and gave us plenty of local ideas to check out. Our family enjoyed the Mogo wildlife park a lot! Hope to make it back here again one day.

A wonderful, spacious, well stocked home that was perfect for our group of two families (4A, 5C). Super close to the beautiful creek and beach, which is perfect for families. Self contained upstairs and downstairs gave some privacy for each family while still feeling like we were all together. Peaceful garden setting backing onto the creek (bonus; kayaks provided and it's very easy to kayak from the house to the creek by the beach). Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Quality inclusions throughout, which were just right - good quality but not so fancy that you have to worry the kids will break something priceless! No air conditioning and linen, but this helps keep it affordable. Driveway is steep and requires some skill to navigate as there are three driveways together and neighbours have asked that guests don't use their driveways to turn around. This was ok for us but if you were towing a trailer or not confident reversing it would be difficult. Would love to stay again!

A great place to stay close to Malua Bay beach. Malua Club a three-minute drive away and lots of other beaches to try. Walking tracks give you a work-out as it is a hilly area.

I stayed at Sharon's property with four friends for a weekend and we had a wonderful time. Sharon communicated with us ahead of time and was able to answer any questions we had in the lead-up. The house is a two-minute drive to shops and restaurants, but set back from the road and feels quite private once you're inside. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a few appliances, and basics like tea and coffee are provided. There's also wifi and a Chromecast attached to one of the TV, as well as a selection of games and toys. There are multiple spaces for people to relax, and everything was clean and tidy. We couldn't have asked for a better host.

A very well located place to stay in Bawley. House was very nice and comfortable with plenty of room. All bedrooms were a good size, especially the master with the ensuite. Bathrooms were lovely, modern and clean. Kitchen was well appointed. Outdoor area was amazing, with BBQ and outdoor setting and lovely grassed area. Certainly a bonus having the cafe at the front.

Had a great time in the house, great location from the beach and shops. Would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful house with a short walk to lovely beaches. On a quiet street, very private, but close to everything in Bawley. Loved the board games and cooking on the BBQ. Katie and Deborah were very responsive and helpful. Has an EV charger which was great too. We would love to stay again.
