Brand new apartment, I felt very comfortable staying there. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. The host took care of every detail. Very good communication, attentive and kind host.

The location was excellent. We could walk to Jefferson Street which offered restaurants/bars/shops. We enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Francis’s place in Lafayette! The home was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Francis was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. The location was perfect for exploring the area, especially if you’re interested in the local music and food scene. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Great location, close to restuarants. Host is very responsive and easy to work with. Airbnb has a nice comfry bed and huge bathroom. We messed up our booking initially and the host was very accommodating and checked up on us while we were there. Its a very quite area. It is located right behind thier home, just a note for easy location.

Sparkling clean. Many amenities to use especially if you have dogs with you. The fenced backyard was very helpful for our dogs. Very clear instructions and quiet neighborhood. Would come back again if I’m in the area.

What an excellent place to stay in a great little Louisiana town. The house is so much bigger than it looks from the outside. Very comfortable furniture and beautiful renovations in this older southern home. There is some street noise including freight trains during the night but we thought it added to the charm of this quaint neighborhood. Lots Cajun restaurant options and cute little shops within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rayne.

Definitely a great place to stay. It’s a quiet, ducked off place with a Super One about 1 minute away.

What a perfect house for what I needed! I originally looked for a home large enough for my bridesmaids and I to get ready. Then after finding this, I decided to also hold my rehearsal dinner here. All of my guests were locals, and everyone was so impressed with the amazing find- this home was beautiful and such a great space. Some of my friends are already thinking of the “girls weekends” we could have here. The porch was absolutely beautiful as well, lined with old church pews. I will no doubt use this place again in the near future.

Judd is a wonderful host. He is helpful and answers promptly. The neighborhood is great . There is a nearby school with drop off and pick up of children in the area just be mindful of these times 7:30 am to 8:30 am and 2:30 to 3:30 pm during the school year. It is not bad it is just something to consider if you have a time contstraint. I have stayed at Judd's multiple times. Always a pleasure to stay and speak to him.

Everything was as described. She made a point to lay out all instructions about the home and amenities as well as the area. This is a very cozy condo and we would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

My wife and I go to Lafayette at least once per year for family, friends, dancing and eating. Gerald's property is our go to spot when in Lafayette. Gerald communicates well and is always available for questions and or problems. the location is close to Lafayette General Hospital, downtown Lafayette, the Lafayette airport and many good restaurants. the location is in a vey safe area. Again Our next trip to Lafayette will include our staying in this property. Ralph and Agnes Bowlin
