Brovello-Carpugnino : locations de vacances avec piscine

Très bon séjour en famille, la maison est très propre, très jolie décoration, bien équipée, la vue sur le lac est magnifique, vraiment magique et c'est très calme. Très bonne communication avec Albert, conseils pour accéder à la maison et recommandations lieux et restaurants à découvrir. Un problème à l'arrivée et durant la semaine avec le petit portail d'entrée qui était capricieux pour s'ouvrir, au bout de multiples essais. La piscine est très propre et très grande! Magnifique pour nager. Pensez aux bonnets de bain, balles, masques tubas pas autorisés. Profondeur mini 1,50 mètre) Nous avons passé une belle semaine à découvrir les trésors du coins, Ceresolo tout près (attention à la route si vous y allez à pied), Laveno Monbello où nous avons mangé de très bonnes glaces à la Gelateria L'imbarcadero, pris le bateau ferry pour aller à Intra et accéder aux magnifiques îles borromées en partant de Stresa ou au très joli village de Cannobio, ou encore au Lac d'Orta. Das Haus hat eine grossartige Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Bei schönem Wetter hätten wir den tollen Aussenbereich noch etwas besser nutzen können. Die Kommunikation mit Hannes war sehr nett und zeitnah. Gerne empfehlen wir das Haus weiter.

Io, il mio compagno e il mio cagnolino, abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Marco per circa una settimana! Ci siamo trovati davvero bene! la casa è come nelle foto, molto pulita e ben organizzata. La cucina è grande e con tutti gli utensil e le camere belle e ampie! Inoltre c'è uno spazio "giochi'con una bellissima sauna ed un giardino curato con una yacuzzi ampia e calda. La casa si trova in un piccolo borgo a soli 6 minuti di macchina dal lago, dove è bellissimo fare passeggiate e prendere il sole. Marco è stato molto disponibile e reattivo a tutti i messaggi. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie di tutto!

Casa Larga liegt oberhalb von Brissago und kann vom reservierten Parkplatz zu Fuss in 2 Minuten erreicht werden. Die Aussicht ist sensationell und es ist extrem ruhig. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist eine angenehme Bettwäsche vorhanden. Die Küche ist so gut ausgestattet, es fehlt auch dem ambitiösesten Koch nichts. Die Räume sind allesamt sehr gross und hell und sehr einladend. Man muss jedoch bedenken, dass es sehr grosse Fensterflächen hat und es somit bei intensiver Sonneneinstrahlung warm werden kann.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus. Alles wie auf den Bildern , Pool war auch super , Grill war vorhanden , genug Platz zum parken. Andrea war sehr freundlich die Kommunikation war hervorragend und ansonsten sind wir auch sehe zufrieden gewesen .

Das komfortable Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore hat drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Wohnzimmer. Das Haus ist gut erschlossen und absolut ruhig.

We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf. De vakantiewoning is rustig gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht. De binnenruimte is ook ruim en blijft 'koel' tijdens het warme weer; wat uiteraard zeer aangenaam is. In het zwembad waren telkens slechts zeer weinig tot geen mensen aanwezig. Zalig ! Met zijn afmetingen van 20 op 8m heerlijk om enkele baantjes te zwemmen. Op 10-15 min wandelafstand ben je bij "Spiaggia di ceresolo". Voor wie houdt van de rust zeker een aanrader om hiernaar toe te gaan: een fijne plek om te zwemmen in het meer. Parasol wel meenemen, want er zijn geen schaduwplekjes. We verbleven er met 2 tieners (16-18j)

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, es hatte alles, was wir benötigten. Der verhlaste Balkon war super, da wir so, wenn die Sonne geschienen hat, auch im Winter draussen sitzen konnten. Die Lage ist toll, die Bushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt und über den Weg am See entlang, ist man in 30 Minuten in Locarno. In der Nähe hat es einen Spielplatz, welchen man problemlos zu Fuss erreichen konnte. Die Kommunikation hat hervorragend funktioniert, Ralph hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war stets sehr freundlich. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Der Empfang durch Katja war sehr herzlich und sie war auch sehr hilfsbereit, da wir schon am Morgen unser Gepäck bei der Wohnung deponieren durften, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Auch sonst war die Kommunikation äusserst angenehm. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, etwas oberhalb aber doch nicht zu weit oben. Das es in der Wohnung sehr heiss war, lag klar am Wetter und nicht an den Vermietern ;-). Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Все понравилось, фотографии отвечали реальностью . А квартире есть все что нужно и даже больше. Вид з балкона это просто великолепно, утром кофе пить самое блаженство. Все вопросы очень быстро решались. Рекомендую .

Casa Dolce Vita was the perfect 4-day break for my son and I. Fantastic accommodation, provided everything that we needed with very beautiful view over the lake from the lounge and balcony. Each morning started with watching the sun rise over the lake with freshly made espresso. A very peaceful neighbourhood, especially at the end of season, which is exactly what we were looking for. A handful of very cool bars and restaurants in close proximity (a short and hilly 5-10-minute walk into Belgirate or 15-minute walk to Lesa, or Belgirate Train Station). Alberto was the perfect host. He greeted us with a smile upon our arrival and provided us with both practical information and local recommendations. The house was spotlessly clean and provided all the essentials, including a well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend Casa Dolce Vita and I am already looking forward to coming back in the future. Grazie mille Alberto!

Alessio und Valentina waren überaus freundliche Gastgeber! Der Checkin war gut organisiert und beschrieben, was uns die Anreise sehr erleichterte! Der Ausblick war phänomenal. Ich würde einen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft jeder Person empfehlen, welche einen guten Ausblick und tolle Ausstattung zu schätzen weiss. liebe Grüsse an Alessio und Valentina! Die Villa ist einfach traumhaft und ist super zentral gelegen. Verbania ist eine sehr schöne Gegend mit tollen Restaurants und Cafés. Wir haben die Villa sehr sauber erhalten und die Ausstattung war nahezu perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Northitaly Villas war sehr angenehm. Sie waren jederzeit zur erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Great place is Ascona! 1 bedroom is private, the other one is connected to the living room and there's no real seperation. the pool is amazing and generally the house is perfcet just make sure you come prepared with food and toileteries as it's very basic.

My family and I spent a lovely week in the palazzo. It was a truly special experience. The house itself is stunning - beautifully painted walls and ceilings, a wonderful and eclectic art collection and library, professional-grade kitchen, and an incredible property with a pool and gardens. The host, Rosa, was very attentive and even booked us several restaurant reservations at her favorite spots. When we arrived, the house was stocked with fresh fruit, bottled water, and breakfast. Each day, we took short drives from the villa to explore the surrounding towns - Orta San Giulia was a highlight! And we also loved spending time on the patio of the villa enjoying the view of the countryside. I hope to return sometime soon!

Ein Häuschen mit sehr viel Privatsphäre und einem einmaligen Ausblick zu jeder Tageszeit. Herrliche Morgensonne zum Frühstück und angenehme Schattenplätze am Nachmittag. Der Pool ist eine wahre Bereicherung an heissen Tagen und wir haben diesen täglich benutzt. Da die Schlafzimmer im unteren Geschoss sind, waren diese auch im Hochsommer angenehm kühl! Einzig die vielen Mücken stören den Schlaf, unbedingt guten Mückenspray einpacken. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

First of all, Casa Mafalda is a beautiful home and was the perfect place for our holiday. The amenities in the home were great, the pool would have been perfect of the weather was warmer 😅, the outdoor dining area is a dream, the bed was comfy and the location was fantastic. A very peaceful village just short walk from bus stops and train station to get wherever you need, supermarkets, café's and of course Lake Maggiore. We had a car, but i would highly recommend using the train as it was all so easy. Elena is a amazing host. Her communication was fantastic, making it very easy to check in, even though our flight was delayed, nothing was a problem. She was on hand with recommendations for local spots. Overall, we loved staying at Casa Mafalda and would highly recommend it to couples and families. We hope to come back one day!
