C’était parfait!!!!

Great spot! This condo is everything it advertises and more. Four of us stayed here for a long weekend - me and my husband and our adult kids ages 18&21. Plenty of room and the view can’t be beat. The inside was pristine. Loved being on the 4th floor as the elevator often had waits. The pool and gym are on the 9th floor so we used the stairs for everything the whole time. I would come back and stay ahead in a heartbeat. Thanks Laure & team.

Fantastic location with amazing views (I could live on that balcony). The building had great amenities and friendly staff. It was so nice being right on the beach (important information - you can get 2 beach chairs but no more than 4 (there were 5 of us), and the building can take 2 of them away if they run out). Laure and the team were super responsive (the garbage disposal and dishwasher weren't working and building engineers were sent over quickly). I'd book the place again (but of note - you have to bring everything yourself - laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, shower gel, etc.; we weren't expecting that based on other places we've stayed but a Publix wasn't too far away). I may also bring my own towels next time (these were tired and stained). I'd book again just for that balcony, though!

Everything is perfect .. except the Saturday night a neighbor made a night party .. 😱.. but the isolation is good 👍

I stayed at Lyfe Resort with my daughter and 2 granddaughters age 17 & 11 for 1 week. The view was AMAZING! The check in was easy and we even got an early check in with no problems. The front desk personnel were very polite and kind. All communication with the owners were quick and thoughtful. We used Uber for all our sightseeing and that went very smooth. Had all our groceries delivered so we never missed not having a car. Restaurants, 7-11, and ice cream shop were all within walking distance. We visited the Hollywood Broadwalk, Yellow Green Farmers Market, Flamingo Gardens, and Coopertown Airboats. They were all great excursions. Le Tub and Nicks Bar and Grille were a couple of fantastic places to eat. The condo had plenty of kitchenware and the beds were very comfortable. l had read bad reviews about the elevators, but we never had to wait at all for the elevator and we were on the 38th floor. The pool and beach were great. We would definitely rent condo 3806 again. GREAT VIEWS!

This home was quaint and cozy. Very clean and private which I appreciated the most. The pool and fountain were beautiful especially at night with the lights. However, the paid washer and dryer leaves something to be desired. Very small room and the machines are easily wonky I couldn’t even wash a small load due to the machine not pouring water out at all since it was apparently leaning. Cool spots in the area and a quiet neighborhood though. Overall good experience minus a few inconveniences.

5 Stars – Great Stay! We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The home is beautiful—modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The pool was a huge highlight and made the trip even more enjoyable. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the hosts were easygoing without all the overly strict rules you sometimes see at other Airbnbs. A couple of small things to note: the water pressure in one of the bathrooms was pretty weak, which made showers a little less ideal in that one. Also, the listing says it accommodates 12 people, but realistically there are only 4 beds and a couch. If you’re coming with a larger group (we had 9), be prepared to use an air mattress or bring your own bedding solution. One recommendation would be for the host to leave more towels. With 9 of us, we only had 8 bath towels and a couple of pool towels, so we were doing laundry daily to keep up. That said, everything else was excellent and we had a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

I just want to thank you so much to my host! They were amazing and on it! Any issues or questions my family and I had, they were so fast in responding! The place is so close to the beach, it was so roomy! We truly enjoyed and if we come to Fort Lauderdale again, we would definitely book again. Thank you so much for having us !

We loved this place! The easiest way to sum it up is that halfway through our stay we already booked it again for next year! It’s literally seconds from the beach on foot and minutes from many restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

Great stay

Our stay at this house was perfect and the house met completely the description : “ Luxurious and close to beach Little Palace”. House is large, comfortable and has all the amenities to spend a lovely vacation in it. Kenneth was always available and responded instantly to any requirement we had. The only problem we had was that upon arrival we could not access the house with the given code. We called Kenneth and in seconds the issue was solved. We strongly recommend this house, pretty comfortable for 8 people.

Had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which was really helpful. The place was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable experience. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful place to stay!! Loved my time in Miami and the host were very nice and super friendly 10/10!

Great location- SUPER easy parking. The beach is an easy walk away! We walked up to the lighthouse which only took about 20 minutes or less and we highly recommend. Kitchen was stocked well and plenty of pillows and towels! Do plan to bring your own soap and shampoo.

The place was spotless and the hosts were always responsive and timely. If you are staying here you are staying for the view, the view and the view from the balcony. Clean. Modern. Welll equipped. Could not have asked for better hosts.

We had a great stay here! Location is fantastic and apartment was perfect for 3 couples with each room having its own bathroom. Would definitely go back!
