Had a fantastic stay at Anthony’s place! The space was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to amenities and the beach. Super convenient and made our trip so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Estilia was a wonderful , responsive host. As I was coming in late, she had brought in a little dinner for me. Arrived on one of the last cold days in Fla and not sure apt was heated. Estilia had a little heater in condo and bought me a heated throw the next day. Apt very clean and uncluttered , but with just the right amount of needed amenities. Thank you for a lovely stay. Hope to be back.

Our stay was great!! The unit was just as described, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful ocean view and enjoyed the amenities, specifically beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids. It was a quick walk to the beach and the entire unit was quiet - everyone in the building respected quiet hours. Just what we needed for a quick beach getaway for our family.

Local bem localizado, apartamento excelente, com uma otima vista e muito bem cuidado. Com certeza uma otima opcao para quem vem passar alguns dias em Fort Lauderdale. George tambem foi um otimo Host , com informacoes claras e respostas rapidas.

At first look the building looked like it was frozen in time from the 70's. But the place was located perfectly in between restaurants on one side and the beach on the other. Location, location, location. coming back next year

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is the perfect location on Ft. Lauderdale's strip - right off A1A with some distance from the Spring Break area. The unit was great - perfect for our family. Very spacious and clean, and right down the hall from the Residence pool. Having access to the resort amenities was also great. Salil was extremely responsive and easy going. Very easy to work with. Would highly recommend if traveling with kids. We hope to be back!

The location and apartment was great. Everything was within walking distance which was a great plus. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Had a great time staying here.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. It was spacious and the amenities were great! The location is right by the beach, which is convenient. It is not by the Hollywood broadwalk but we knew that when we booked. There are a couple places you can walk to to eat but far less than if you are staying close to the strip. Allison was a great host and very responsive to any questions and was helpful in providing instructions. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!!

The place was clean, and well laid out. Nice quiet neighborhood. Large fridge and nice kitchen for meals at home base. 5 minute walk to the beach with chairs, umbrella and towels ready to go. 5 min walk to lighthouse park. Nice place to watch inlet boat activity. 5 minute walk to Nonna’s Bistro and Cafe is amazing. Yamu Thai was great. There is also an Italian restaurant (didn’t try) all right there. Mac Donalds c-store as well. All in all a great spot. Thanks Kyle!

This was a well-kept, nice place that is a condo but quiet enough not to bother me during my stay in terms of road and neighbor noise. When it rains, the skylight is loud. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. I stayed for a month by myself, but I think that more than one person staying here might be tough because the bedroom is a loft bedroom and you can hear everything upstairs or downstairs. The sheets on the bed were too small for the bed and were ripped on the corners because of it when I got there. A few of the kitchen bar stool chairs needed fixing. But overall I was very happy with my stay here, it had everything that I needed.

This property is true to the photos, well stocked with little details that make your stay more comfortable. Beautiful view, great location including a great coffee shop (Melbean's Coffee on the circle), grocery store (Publix) and we found 24 hr. pay parking across the street as well as public garages in walking distance if you wanted to be off street for a lower fee. The bed is comfortable, there is a full kitchen great for cooking and his washer dryer combo in the apartment worked well for us. We had an issue come up at the apartment and he was attentive, available and supported us through to a resolution. He provided advice, recommendations for local activities, and was warm and responsible. Couldn't have had a better host.

Maria and Calvin were fantastic hosts, they were very attentive and responsive, and their rental on the intracoastal side of Pompano was a perfect fit for our 7 day stay. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and walking to the water taxi stop which brought us to Los Olas. Excellent spot with easy local access to restaurants, shops, the beach, and more. Highly recommend this gem of a rental!!

Had great stay at the Latitude Key location. We took the largest unit with the best water view and it was well worth it. The unit was spotless, well appointed, and everything was spelled out in detail. Latitude Key was extremely responsive - although we only had small typical vacation issues to clarify. The location is perfectly located. Can walk to the beach, several beautiful parks nearby, and plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. You could drive within 10-15 minutes to Lauderdale by the Sea and Los Almos. I would highly recommend. Two big thumbs up.

El departamento se encuentra dentro de un barrio, donde hay residentes estables y otros departamentos de alquiler turístico. Al ser un vecindario hay reglas claras en cuanto alquiler uso es espacios y servicios comunes, como la piscina y la eliminación de la basura. Cuenta con un garage que se encuentra a unos 100 o 150 metros del departamento, se debe caminar de regreso por un sendero entre los departamentos. Se indicaba que el auto debía quedar guardado a partir de las 21:00 hrs, para evitar que sea remolcado, aunque estaba lleno de autos de los demás departamentos que quedaban allí por la noche. El departamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Parece recientemente remodelado. La cocina está totalmente equipada y hay algunos elementos como sal y pimienta para su uso. Además María nos dejó una botella de vino. La habitación es matrimonial, y la tercera persona debe dormir en el sillón del living que es enorme y cómodo. María respondió las consultas al instante.

Enjoyed our stay. Chris answered any questions I had. It was very easy to access the property. Just a few short steps to the beach as described. Loved the time we spent there. Plenty to do and can walk to most things. If you go check out the park next to condos a very relaxing walk.

Beautiful and clean condo. Wonderful area with super friendly people. Walk to beach was a little further than expected, more like 5-7 minute walk. Would definitely return!

James’s place was fantastic! Super short walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. Apartment is on a quiet street and the apartment is tucked in the back away from the road. Clean, spacious, lovingly decorated, had everything my family and I needed. Thanks so much!

I recently stayed at a beautiful apartment in Miami, hosted by Dmitry and Maria, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The apartment offered stunning views of the water and boats, making every moment feel like a picturesque escape. It was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Dmitry and Maria were incredibly kind and flexible, always available whenever we needed assistance, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Miami.

There's sooo many good things to say about Tamara's place. Absolutely love the private parking in the back, gives a sense of security. The condo was very spacious, clean and has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect. Close to many restaurants, banks, the beach and highway. Couldn't ask for a better spot! The host is always responsive and very helpful. Thank you Tamara for being so awesome! :)

Had a very nice week at Tolga’s condo in Pompano. The location is within walking distance to many good restaurants and to the beach. (We walked to the beach every day). Publix grocery store is only a block away. The condo is very spacious and well equipped with kitchen items as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, and fresh smelling beach towels. The pool is really nice with lots of lounge chairs to relax on. This area felt like a very safe area to walk around at night too . Tolga was a great host! Definitely will be coming back!

Paula is wonderful and love this place comfy and can’t beat the location, walked to beach so close 3 minute walk 1 minute run aha, clean and very fairly priced.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Es hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünschen kann (sogar ein Haargletteisen und ein Föhnaufsatz für Locken). Es ist perfekt mit einem Kleinkind, es hat ein Babyhochstuhl, Plastikgeschirr usw. Die Wohnung war sauber und Carla war immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Sie gab mir sogar den Türcode früher, da wir eine sehr lange Anreisezeit (über 12 Stunden plus die Zeitverschiebung) hatten und nachher kein wifi bis zum Check in. Wir danken Carla für die schöne Zeit und würden immer wiederkommen. The apartment is a dream. It has every amenity you could wish for (even a hair straightener and a hairdryer attachment for curls). It is perfect with a toddler, it has a baby high chair, plastic dishes, etc. The apartment was clean, and Carla was always available if I had any questions. She even gave me the door code early, since we had a very long travel time (over 12 hours, plus the time difference) and no Wi-Fi until check-in. We thank Carla for the wonderf
