O apartamento fica em uma região ótima, próximo de tudo, acolhedor e muito confortável. Bem equipado e a Gaby deixa produtos para facilitar a hospedagem. Muito fácil de fazer o check in. Recomendo bastante!!☺️

Fomos em grupo de 6 mulheres e o apartamento tem total condição de atender os hóspedes mesmo com 2 quartos e 2 banheiros… Pedimos cama extra inflável e Natalie nos atendeu.. Apartamento com estoque de toalhas, lençóis e cozinha completa… Natalie sempre muito atenciosa e respondendo quase que imediatamente… passamos 10 dias como se estivéssemos em casa… obrigada Natalie 💐💐

Sehr, sehr schöne und großzügige Unterkunft, immer noch neuwertig und wie beschrieben. Pool und Fitnessraum im Clubhaus sind sehr zu empfehlen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Fahrzeit zu den Stränden (obwohl nur 10 Meilen entfernt) dauert allerdings in der Regel über 30 Minuten, da sehr viele Ampeln dazwischen liegen und der Berufsverkehr sehr stark ist. Sicherlich eine Unterkunft, die wir in der Zukunft wieder wählen würden.

We just left yesterday and can’t wait to return! The room/resort were perfect! Everything you need. The pools were great and such a quick walk down to beach. Right accross the street from amazing fresh juice, smoothies, and açaí bowls which we made trips daily for. We walked to Publix and Walmart. Quick uber to food or we walked next door to playa for great food. The beds were cozy and we slept great. The view from the porch was beautiful and peaceful. We couldn’t ask for more! No long elevator waits and room is right off the elevator! Thank you so so much for an amazing week!

Outstanding Views from every room. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Very comfy beds. Great restaurant on property. Pool area very festive. Right on the beach. Will definitely return.

We were very pleased with the condo. It looked exactly like the photos, the kitchen had clearly been redone not too long ago, the place was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet, daytime and overnight. We never heard any of the neighbors and, being on the top floor, no one was above us. It's very close to all the stores and restaurants in Plantation and also the Sawgrass Mills Mall.

Nuestra estadia en el departamento de Ninoska fue perfecto en todo sentido. Ninoska siempre estuvo atenta para hacernos sentir como en casa y que disfrutemos a pleno nuestra estadia. Se ocupo de detalles increibles con mis hijos. Fue una anfitriona sumamente generosa y sin duda volveremos a alojarnos en su casa en nuestro próximo viaje a Miami. Gracias Nina!

Esta ja foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos em Fort Lauderdale no apartamento do George, e foi excelente, como ja era esperado. Local bem localizado, apartamento excelente, com uma otima vista e muito bem cuidado. Com certeza uma otima opcao para quem vem passar alguns dias em Fort Lauderdale. George tambem foi um otimo Host , com informacoes claras e respostas rapidas.

I recently stayed at a beautiful apartment in Miami, hosted by Dmitry and Maria, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The apartment offered stunning views of the water and boats, making every moment feel like a picturesque escape. It was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Dmitry and Maria were incredibly kind and flexible, always available whenever we needed assistance, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Miami.

Lovely place to stay in Aventura! Things we loved were access to a 3 mile walking trail right out the front doors! It was beautiful walking every morning!! It is a very wealthy neighborhood, the mall was exquisite and felt very safe to walk around! Lots of pricey restaurants nearby but also just a quick drive down to the beach for more affordable shops and restaurants! The deck off the apartment is quaint and very private, shaded by a huge tree! The pool is wonderful and warm but not a ton of seating out in the sun so you really have to get there early to get a spot. The hot tub was closed the whole time we were there, which was disappointing but not the owners fault at all. The apartment itself is just as described. Not a ton of extras but has everything you would need. It was easy to access, entry was simple and the owner was always checking in which was sweet! I would definitely recommend and would return!!❤️

The Wyndham Palm Aire is right in my community so it was perfect for visiting friends and family. The amenities are great. Shopping close by and a new entertainment center will be opening in a few years across the street. Anna was great in communicating and making necessary adjustments. Check in takes awhile and they try to get you to sit on a time share presentation but just say no

Resort condo was a great fit for our family of 4. Condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed utensil wise. The amenities of the resort were awesome. We enjoyed the time at the pools, mini golf and basketball court. Close enough drive for us to enjoy the beach and explore the area.. Overall our family had a great getaway.

We had an awesome, relaxing vacation. Erick was very responsive and extremely accomodating with our flight changes. The heated pool was fantastic and the one minute walk to the beach was wonderful. House was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely come back!

I enjoy my stay the place is amazing and clean plenty space. Jeline is the place to be I recommend it to anyone who looking for a family get away vacation

The Funhouse was very nice and was plenty big enough for our group! Karen was super kind when I’m sure I was a pain trying to get checked in early. The neighborhood is ok and we did walk to Dunkin a few mornings with no issues. Some items could use attention like burnt out light bulbs, electronics not working, cookware is beat up. But overall it’s a nice place and I would recommend it for someone staying in Sunrise.

Amazing place it was spotless and so clean . We had a great time and the host was so accommodating. They greet you when you check in and show you around the house . I really thought that was really nice of them . I would book with them again .

I had the most memorable birthday trip at this home. The hosts responded immediately to all of my needs. The outdoor space is incredible and my bed was more comfortable than my own at home. It was a close uber to all my favorite restaurants and the finishing touches they created made our stay above and beyond. Highly recommend and would love to stay at this home again in the future

Will always try to come back here when in the area. We were here for 6 weeks for work and the place was amazing as was Nichole. We feel we got so lucky with this accommodation. 10/10. Area is great, walking distance to a bar/restaurant, coffee shop, and Publix. Nichole was beyond responsive and helped us feel at home during our time there. We also had our dog with us and she loved the outdoor space and Nichole's dog became our pups best friend! Thanks for a great stay, Nichole!

We have stayed in many airbnbs but never once like this. I would probably start by describing the host as exceptional. By far the most friendly and inviting person we had the pleasure to deal with. During our conversations, it felt like we are staying at a friend’s place vs just an Airbnb transaction. No doubt Irina is putting the maximum effort to make sure we feel welcome, even left us a gift basket with gifts for our kids.. never had an experience like that before! About the house, absolutely wonderful! The first thing to notice is how clean and well maintained everything is. The beds , sheets, towels, kitchen all felt like brand new and clean. Overall I would rate the experience 11 out 10 (not a typo). Wouldn’t highly recommend and stay again.
