This is our second time staying here, and we love it so much! Perfect location and it's just as the pictures/listing describe the place. We hope to continue to visit each fall!

Great place, perfect location tons of walkable shops and restaurants. Loved that the space had kitchens, stocked coffee, refrigerators, etc. Comfy beds. Super cute decor. Perfect for our girls weekend! Host had detailed and clear instructions!

The hot tub was super close to the room and it was a nice efficiency-perfect for what we needed

Franklin Square was a wonderful place for our stay. It was everything as described. The location was as good as it gets. We stayed 2 nights and went to two shows at Brown County Playhouse. It was so close that during the show’s intermissions, we walked back to the unit, stayed a few minutes and walked back to the show with plenty of time when we returned. The host had everything in the unit you could need and went above expectations. I will absolutely stay here again. Ty

The loft was a cute little stay for my husband and I. We came during some bad water (flooding) so was limited on things to do since a lot of the shops were closed. The loft was very comfortable and gave us the relaxation we needed. Very cozy’s stay.

It was a perfect spot for my bestie and I’s girls weekend. We parked the car and were able to walk everywhere we whole weekend. Such a cute little place!

This place felt like home. It was quiet, beautiful, and a great location. It had absolutely everything I might need and I loved decor. Parking was easy. This has been one of my favorite stays.

Kara’s place was beautiful and spotless. Walkable to all of downtown Nashville. We had a peaceful and fun stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was amazing! Kara did a great job of having everything super well stocked, all the amenities you could think of. We experienced a city wide power outage the weekend we were there and she did everything in her power to help us navigate that. Brought us a generator to save our food and charge devices. She even had flashlights and lanterns stocked in the house. One of the best AirBnb’s I’ve stayed in and will definitely be back. Kara was extremely responsive and so helpful!

My husband and I and our one year old had the most amazing stay at the Barn Burner. The Airbnb was stocked up on everything you could need and it was right in the center of town. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio and the beds were super comfy. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

This location was clean, easy to find and had nearby parking options. The entry process was very simple. We loved being able to walk from where we stayed to all the fun stores and restaurants that Nashville has to offer! The host was very attentive to responding when we had a slight internet issue.

We walked in and felt right at home we definitely plan on staying there in there in the future. My husband was in love with the kitchen the set up was perfect the extra blankets in the basket in the living room definitely made it home-like. The location was perfect we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend

Peter and Suzanne are great hosts! Easy to get in contact with, had clear instructions, and the location is in a great spot to get away from the noise. Big plus for the hot tub and the continental breakfast ◡̈

This was the perfect location to explore Nashville and all the shops and restaurants. Just minutes away, but still feels private. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fenced in yard for our dog!

Very clean and cozy. The view from outside was also very nice. The owners downstairs kept to themselves and were very quiet so we didn’t really notice they were there.
