Hoosier Haven is a newly renovated condo within an easy walking distance to Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium (1.2 miles) and a bus line is located near the entrance to the complex. The 3 br Hoosier Haven features new furniture, fresh linens, a full kitchen, and can sleep up to eight people. Escape to a serene condo, where you’ll enjoy complete privacy on a screened-in porch nestled in the woods. Steps from The Golf Club at Eagle Pointe, you’ll have access to a range of amenities, including a restaurant, pool (May-Sept) with bar, 6 pickleball courts, cornhole, bocce ball, and fitness classes. A short drive to Bloomington, the condo is the ideal for visiting IU while enjoying a relaxing weekend. FREE State Park pass, pickleball paddles/balls provided (must reserve a court).

Come escape a hectic schedule at this woodland escape! Located inside Eagle Pointe, this condo is pet friendly, has in unit laundry and a fully equipped kitchen. It is connected to the area's fastest fiber optic cable, for lighting fast internet. It is walking distance to the Sahm's club house, which features a restaurant, bar and pool (when in season). Eagle Pointe also has a gym on site, a golf course, and is minutes from Lake Monroe, walking trails, boating access and beaches.
