We loved it! So peaceful and beautiful! Stocked with books, games, activities for the kids. Hot tub was huge! My absolute favorite is the porch swing😍 Beds are hard for me liking but everyone is different.

We were a group of 4 old friends and our younger kids. Everything about this place was perfect for our get away. There are essentially two sides of the house with 2 kitchens. So when some of the kids wanted to be wild, the others could retreat to the other side of the house for more peace and quiet. The hot tub was amazing for everyone. The swing is all it's cracked up to be - a must try. We LOVED the beds - I am very particular with beds and these were wonderful. They are not too firm, but firm enough with what felt like a bamboo foam topper - perfect. Kitchens were perfectly stocked with all the supplies we needed. This really is the best place to go if you want to unwind and relax with friends and family. Remote enough to feel like an escape, but not too far removed that it's hard to find. The only thing we regret is not staying longer! We will definitely be back. Thank you Ken!!

What a great place to stay! Cute, convenient, everything we needed for a short stay. The photos do not do it justice. Just wish we could have stayed longer. The hot tub had an amazing view and was so good that I didn't get to use the claw foot bath tub. The downstairs games room is fantastic for a cold winters day. The host was super responsive when we had a small problem with the light over the pool table.

We were in the area for our daughter's wedding and needed a place for the rest of our family. We couldn't have been more pleased. Michael was very friendly and his home delightful. Would love to come back for another stay!

We had an amazing stay at Robert and Tom's place! The place was very spacious and clean and a couple of members of my group got to meet the hosts and said they were very nice! Eventhough they live in an attached house we didn't see them much (although we definitely wouldn't have minded!). The hot tub is HUGE and was perfect for the chilly evenings. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed staying here to watch the Eclipse. the house was nice, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for several families to cook and enjoy time together. Mike was extremely great with communication. I would definitely come back!

This place was perfect for our IU football weekend activities. It was close to the campus, stadium and many restaurants and the college mall area. We will definitely stay there again!!!

Very clean, represents as in photos. Great location, right on B-line trail and 2 miles from downtown Bloomington. Very good comms with host, kindly provided coffee and dry goods/condiments. Comfy beds, good shower. Only downsides were slow (but usable) internet, and a bit drafty (it was cold/snowstorm while we were there) but heat worked well once we turned it up. Would stay again if in town.

Our stay here was wonderful! This is a hidden gem in Bloomington, a cute little quiet neighborhood-feel.

Great spot for a weekend getaway in Bloomington. Everything you need to relax and recharge. Conveniently located and just a short drive to IU Campus and downtown Bloomington. Will stay here again.

The property was absolutely beautiful! Came for a wedding that was close by and enjoyed a wonderful night around one of the two fire pits. Wish we had more time in the morning to explore more of the property. Our dog really enjoyed the expansive forest. Alexandra was amazing and super communicative with anything we could have needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Kent has been an exceptional host each year along the way, communicating quickly what I can expect — and immediately notifying me if my party forgot anything (which we did). Kent is a total professional and I'd be glad to reserve this property for many spring breaks to come, if it's convenient for him and his other guests. Stay here. You won't be disappointed. Loved the house! A lot of history! We walked everywhere, we ate good food. Bed was comfy, the place had everything we need. I loved the antiques in the house. Added to the aesthetic! We felt at home. Elizabeth was prompt with communication. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at the Allison house. We visited for a long weekend getaway for my parents and family. The home was very cozy and had all the amenities that you could ask for. We enjoy just lounging around the house, playing games and sitting by the fire. Tons of room for sleeping for our family of 10. Great location right in the heart of Nashville. Tons of shopping and restaurants to walk to. You will not find a better host. Danny was awesome and came by to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back to stay at this property

I enjoy staying here, the water and the pond keep the overall vibe in this cabin's background very quiet and peaceful, and easy to just hang out either inside or outside. It is really close to campus if you have things to do, and also to the center of bloomington -but because it is just over the 45 (I think?) it has a more isolated/oasis type of energy that is so nice after a long day running around in the town! it's a special place. :)

Great spot with easy access to Lake Monroe. Host was very helpful and responsive.

The place was very cozy. I lived the couches by the windows for reading. it's has a nice lived in feel without feeling dirty and cluttered. The wood made it feel sorta like a cabin. lots of different furniture for relaxing on. the lights in the shower were really cool. only downside for myself was the bed but that's more a me and my back problem. Also, there is no TV fyi. My husband and I didn't mind but felt it was worth mentioning to others. We loved staying here. Marina was so sweet and helpful. The breakfast she made was delicious. Already making plans to come back and stay again.
