Had a fun weekend here with friends. The location is close enough to gas stations and other places to quickly grab whatever you might need, but still feels remote. Lots of space on the property but unfortunately due to heavy rain we couldn't use it to its full potential. Would recommend if you're looking to enjoy nature while still being close to Bloomington (about 15 minutes from campus.)

stayed here for a month of work and it was the best place I've ever stayed at so far. host's are super responsive and always checking in to see if you need anything. would definitely recommend staying here.

Our group loved our stay and the pool! Plenty of room for all of us- lots of beds/sleeping space, plenty of seating options in the living areas, enough room for us to all eat together. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Richard and April are amazing hosts! We had a girls weekend for my daughter’s birthday and they got a cake for her 💓 they really go above and beyond. The condo was supplied very well. We really enjoyed our time at the Tree Top Hill. Definitely returning!

This is a must stay with the Kiddos (ages 8-13). Between the Pool, Arcade Room, and Hot Tub, we had nonstop entertainment all weekend! Tom could not have been a better host, very responsive and very accessible if we needed anything or had any questions. Lucabe Coffee in Columbus was great breakfast and coffee spot just 10 minutes up the road. Thank you for such a memorable stay, we will definitely be back!

Convenient location to visit IU for the weekend. Check in was easy and Colleen let me know that the place was ready early if we wanted. The 2 baths were helpful for us and expedited the ability for 2 couples to get ready in the morning. The complimentary bottle of wine was nice. We rested well in the comfy beds. We had what we needed! Colleen was good with communication.

This house is beautiful and well stocked. They even provide towels for the hot tub. There were so many beautiful areas to lounge and enjoy nature. It stormed all weekend and the view was amazing. They even called to check on us. My only con was that my GPS could not find the address, thankfully the written directions were spot on. I advise following those instead. Check out instructions were easy and detailed. We really appreciated the 11 a.m check out time. I would stay here again, especially in the fall. I can't imagine how beautiful this view must be then.

Great place to stay! Been here a couple times in the winter and the views are still great along with a great wood burning stove and hot tub.

Very nice place. Cast iron pan for cooking and a big stack of beautiful seasoned firewood in the garage! What more can you want! The fireplace kept us so cozy on those so wet days!

The place was beautiful. We had a great weekend relaxing. The door to get in is on the deck and didn’t realize it at first. Only complaint was the bathtub/ shower temp gauges were a little confusing to work.

We had a great stay. Though it was a little remote the driving instructions were very detailed and spot on. We had a little difficulty with the lockbox, but in the end we got it open. We were amazed, for being in the woods that there were no bugs of any kind. If we ever revisit the area, we would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent time at Heritage House! It was clean and tidy. Everything was very comfortable, we loved the decor, especially the wall of pictures in the dining room! Also, thanks for the quick response on unstopping the toilet. We were absolutely amazed at how quickly that was taken care of. Only one suggestion we had. There needs to be a better railing to the upstairs, there is almost nothing to hang on to. I imagine you don't want people pulling it out of the wall or something, but for an older person, still in pretty good shape, it felt a little scary going up and down. Thanks to all of you!

The cottage was terrific. Peaceful and relaxing. Wonderful location - close enough to get to town and the Park easily, but off the beaten path and very private. Loved the hot tub!

Patty was an awesome host. We had an issue with our hot tub and they had maintenance there immediately to fix it for us. We really enjoyed our time. Very home vibe. The dollar scavenger hunt was a cute little game too. ☺️

Wonderful woods location. Beautiful deck and patio area. Very remote location. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and clean. Very Spacious house with room for our whole family to be together and separate. We had 6 adults and 4 kids stay here. The pool was closed for the season when we were there, but I am sure this is a great home to vacation in the summer time as well.

House was very cozy and a wonderful area close to town, all around good time celebrating an early Christmas.🎄

Nice area, comfortable and private place. Garage is filled with games. Loved that there was a horseshoe pit. About 12 minutes from the brown county music center. Awesome venue.
