Beautiful place, would definitely stay again. And the host communicated well the expectations. With the recent rain Brownwood had, they let us know the boat dock was still usable, but some of the path to the dock had standing water to walk through. They were more than willing to reschedule our stay if it wasn't going to meet our expectations.

amazing home right on the lake! private dock! fully stocked kitchen! Every mattress was Devine. We really enjoyed the dock it was calm and felt secluded by the spillway. We'll be back, we are already planning out next trip

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This is definitely one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. The home was beautiful and felt like an actual home, not just a built house to profit on. The rules were simple, and there was not a massive chore list for check out, nor was there any hidden fees. The host answered every question we had quickly and was incredibly kind. The price was completely worth it and I plan to stay here again. Also it was wonderful to see all the animals. I took the mini vacation to get some peace and relaxation and I feel completely recharged. I can't recommend this house enough

This place was great for our needs! Very clean, quiet, and relaxing. Water was up so it was nice to sit out and enjoy the view of the water. Would definitely recommend a stay here. The host was very responsive and helped out with everything! Even answered a few questions before we asked.

I escaped to Brownwood for a quick Spring Break retreat. The caboose was a unique experience. I could have sat in one of the swings forever- so peaceful and nice. Great place!

The place was exactly as described! It was a little off the beaten path, but that was ok. The dock access was excellent and well taken care of. The house was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay!

Ted's place is great! He is very friendly and the place is super clea! Everything was just as it is in the listing. If you're looking for a peaceful place this is it. We will definitely be booking this one again!
