Beautiful house and surrounding property. It really feels like you're a million miles away from it all while only being a 5-10 minute drive from town. It was great for our group (5 adults, 1 kid) - we had plenty of space to stretch out but also never felt sectioned off from each other.

I cannot say enough kind words about my stay at this Airbnb in Nevada City. I messaged late in the evening to see if they had availability for that evening and taylor worked with me so that I could come by in the next few hours and save the week. The space was cozier than the photos even allow. It’s such a short walk from all of the lights of downtown. The bed was comfortable. The bathtub is amazing and watching the projector by the fireplace was one of my favorite things to do every day. When I had an issue, it was fixed within minutes! It had so many cute little touches in a lovely tiny library. I hope to be back soon!

We had such a wonderful stay at Clare's home. The hosue is comfortable and the pool was perfect for beating the summer heat! The door to the pool is off the family rooom area but it is easily closable for keeping young kids away from teh pool if needed. The house is tastefully decorated with some homey additions like books and toys. We found it difficult to choose where to sit-- outside on the front porch or our by the pool lounge area. Although the house is not close enough to town to walk the location is very central and wooded. The view out the back is really wonderful. This is a great place for a family or anyone looking for an authentic Nevada City stay. Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay at the View House! Beautiful scenery, relaxing vibe, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.

I absolutely recommend Paul’s place! It was astonishingly peaceful and great forest views. The bathroom was clean and had a decent amount of toiletries , as well as kitchen for cooking. the bed frames do creak a bit but that’s normal I believe since they are made out of wood . But everything else was superb! He is a very attentive host and will even give you info on trails, for hiking, and lakes for fishing! Overall 9 out of 10 and would come back . Thanks Paul ☺️

Secluded quiet retreat with a well-appointed cabin. Grocery amenities 10 minutes away. Had a great experience!

We had a great stay in Coloma in the cottage, the river setting was beautiful and relaxing and the house had everything we needed!

All the previous reviews are spot on! Quality everything. Bedding, appliances, cookware, etc. .. It was hard to tell if the home was newly built, or if it was just super maintained. Extremely well priced! These are hosts that truly care about their guests. Amy & Don

What a beautiful location! Horses, cows and chickens right outside of your door. Room to roam and be with nature. Fresh eggs for your stay! It was so peaceful and laidback. We appreciated how responsive and friendly the hosts were.
