Super logement, propre et rangée. Le logement est à côté du tram et d’un centre commercial. Super séjour, top !!!

L'appartamento si trova in un bel complesso residenziale situato nei pressi del quartiere Isola, non distante dalle fermate Zara M3/M5, Sondrio M3, Gioia M2, dal Palazzo della Regione e dalla Stazione Centrale. E' ben arredato e ci si sente subito a casa. Pulizia ottima, letto comodo, Wi-Fi veloce. Gli host Salvatore e Alberto sono stati molto reattivi e gentili nel risolvere qualche piccola difficoltà iniziale e nel venirci incontro per un late check-out. Segnalo che l'apertura delle porte è elettronica, quindi è necessaria una minima dimestichezza con gli smartphone. Nel complesso, un soggiorno soddisfacente!

Mi estadía en Milán fue increíble, el alojamiento de Ariane es espectacular, tal cual las fotos, muy cerca del metro y la zona es tranquila. Hay supermercado y restaurante cerca! Sin dudas me volvería a alojar ahí en otro viaje por Milán! También destacar la flexibilidad de Ariane, llegamos muy temprano a Milán y se encargó de que el departamento lo limpien rápido para poder ingresar antes del horario del check in!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Toller privater und sicherer Parkplatz. Saubere und ruhige Wohnung. Zur Metro gut 10 Minuten zu laufen.

We had an amazing stay at Davide’s place. He was flexible with check-in/check-out times and made us feel so welcome. The apartment is immaculate with everything you would need. Great location and subway station a 2 minute walk which is so easy to navigate on! Great local cafes. Highly recommend

Great location, a few minutes walk from Camo Lago station and few steps from lake como. Felt right at home in a cozy 2 bed apartment.

Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

Marco is the ultimate host. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. The apartement has been tastefully renovated and is very spacious! Marco not only handled every request we had he did all with cordial and prompt action. The only downside is the area. Although it is close to a metro it is not an area where you can find a restaurant or walk around in. It is necessary to take the metro to other stops to find restaurants. Although they are only 2 to 3 stops away it is an inconvenience. In all-the property is a hidden jewel in a questionable location!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located just north of the main city center, about a 10 minute walk away. Federico was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions as well.

Le logement était impeccable et la vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse, et également depuis le salon grâce aux baies vitrées. Monica a toujours été réactive par message, et était très accueillante lors de notre arrivée en nous donnant des recommandations. Il faut compter environ 30€ pour un taxi depuis le centre ville de Côme jusqu'au logement. Sinon l'arrêt de bus est à 10 minutes à pieds du logement (il faut monter une côte), et le bus vous amène également à Tremezzo, Menaggio etc où vous pouvez prendre un ferry pour les autres villages. Merci encore Monica pour les petites attentions !

The place is extremely clean and well maintained. The view is stunning. Its a very comfortable place to stay. We hired a car from the airport and spent the week exploring the lakes and made a couple of visits to Milan. The whole area is beautiful and Delia's place is a great location to explore from if you have a car. Delia and her son Marco were very helpful and friendly and gave us good suggestions of places to eat nearby. Its a very peaceful location definitely not the place for a stag or hen do, but ideal place to relax and explore the lakes from.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Gastfreundlichkeit war ebenafalls sehr zuvorkommend. Die Eigentümer waren bei Fragen hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geeignet für eine grosse Gruppe und ist auch dafür ausgestattet.

Our stay at Paolina’s home was absolutely blissful! As beautiful as the listing photos, they could not do justice to how gorgeous the home is. Every detail is so thoughtful and beautiful, from the windows to the linens. Paolina was so lovely, kind, and helpful during our stay and picked up our bags at the train station so we could explore the town before the house was ready for check-in! She also took all 6 of us to the train station when it was time to leave, gave us local recommendations, and spent time talking with us all on check-in. She was always very responsive via text, and connected us with a friend of hers who runs boat tours of the lake (a highlight of our entire time in Italy!). Every moment at the Green House was so peaceful, and the only thing I would change is that I wish our stay could have been 10x longer! I highly, highly recommend, and can’t wait to return someday!

We've traveled extensively around Europe, and this place ranks among the best accommodations we've ever stayed in! Kathi and Ivan are exceptional hosts—so welcoming, incredibly helpful, and full of local knowledge and tips on what to see and do in the area. The unit itself has everything you need, with thoughtful extras like a coffee bar and fridge. But the true highlight is the patio just outside the room, offering absolutely breathtaking views over Lake Como. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at sunset—photos simply don’t do it justice. Just down the stairs at the bottom of the hill, you'll find the ferry for easy lake access, and around the corner, there's a picturesque swimming spot. At the top of the stairs, there’s a bus stop, a couple of great and affordable restaurants, a charming little deli, and a mini supermarket that makes the most amazing sandwiches. We will absolutely be back one day. Thank you, Kathi and Ivan!

Our experience staying at Anna, Umberto, and Luigi’s place in Milan was truly wonderful. They are excellent people—super friendly, kind, and supportive. Our flight was delayed, and they were incredibly understanding and helpful, providing clear instructions and allowing us to do a very late check-in, which we truly appreciated. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, and perfectly located just a short walk from the metro, making it really easy to get around the city. We felt very welcome and cared for throughout our stay. They are not only great hosts but also great human beings. Without a doubt, we would love to stay at their place again on our next visit to Milan!

I had a great stay at this apartment, great location and Samuele included a number of nice touches to make me feel at home. The Metro station is only a short walk and it felt like a very efficient, safe way to get around. Easy to reach from and to the airport on the Metro if you do some research before you arrive. Wonderful stay at Casa Gemma! The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute drive from the Duomo, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet setting. A perfect balance between city access and relaxation. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very modern,clean and easily accessible. Was hard to find a place to stay in Milan during designer week and this apartment was affordable and about a 20-30 min drive to Duomo. Check in process was easy. Overall loved our stay.

Carla's place is one of the best we had in Italy so far. Beautiful, clean, with high ceilings that give impression of an even bigger space. There is also a cute terrace and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The host provided us with a lot of recommendations, which was really helpful.
