Everything was precisely as described and prompt communication was on point. This location was quite lovely and just a mile from the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider booking here again in the future.

Beautiful home, my fiancé and I took our nephews for a little weekend getaway. Cute little yard, the kids loved watching movies on the inclosed back porch. Definitely not walking distance to the beach if you have kids with you but only about a 10 minute drive either way.

My (now) husband & I got married here!! It was absolutely wonderful beach front property with plenty of space for our small group of family & friends! The host was amazing with communication & everything about our stay went smooth! We had our 2 dogs with us as well and they had an absolute blast here with plenty of space to run & play! Would definitely stay again & highly recommend!

Great place to stay and great host. My group booked for a golf trip and could not have asked for a more perfect place for our group. Check in was easy and we were even allowed to get in a little early to drop our luggage off before a tee time. Overall great experience!

We can’t thank the owner for sharing her beautiful house with us! We absolutely loved the views and serenity of the home. Ohana Place is definitely THE place for families. The close beach access made getting to and from the beach so easy with our littles. The owner is also incredibly friendly, responsive, and proactive. Her professionalism and kindness really topped off the trip and ensured we will be back in the future!!

Very nice place! The host was friendly and very helpful. The home was clean and looked just like the pictures. Very spacious and comfortably accommodated me and my family! Definitely recommend this place.

Great spot and Vinny was so responsive. Family and I enjoyed the space and location while visiting the beach. Location was perfect, instructions were clear and detailed, and literally right up the street from the beach. Only a one minor issue but overall it was an awesome stay. Other than that we enjoyed the Flamingo decor and we will definitely be returning!

Very nice property, great location, nice pool & hot tub and close to great restaurants. 10 mins from the beach and other activities close by.

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was perfect for our long weekend in Wilmington. It is in a perfect location to explore downtown. Corey was a great host and we will definitely stay here again next time we come to Wilmington.

This charming condo was close to our family - which was the reason for the stay. But it was also close to a lot of great restaurants, shopping, golfing etc. We really loved the beach theme and all of the little extras that were included in the theming as well as every day needs you sometimes forget to bring. It was very, very clean, inviting and comfortable to stay. Communication with the owner was pleasant and access to the condo was super easy. I would highly recommend Evolve and would 100% stay here again. :)
