Mimis place was fantastic. I stayed 4 weeks for work and it was just as advertised. Exceptionally clean, stocjed with everything i could need, very private and quiet. I couldn't have been happier. Mimi even gave me local guides for dining and shopping. She went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay at one of her properties again. Debra J

Stayed here for a month while working in the area. Completely unbothered nice quiet neighbors. Close proximity to the grocery store and several nice restaurants.

We booked Mollys place for a last minute family weekend and we were very impressed with the location and home! Would absolutely do it again 🩷

Skipper was so kind, communicated quickly, and the place was perfect. It’s so close to the beach, a cute space with everything you need, and clean and cozy. It’s pet friendly which is a necessity for us. Unfortunately our dog was barking a lot one morning and the neighbors called Skipper to complain. Skipper was still so kind about it in the message and was understanding of our situation which otherwise would have made us anxious. Kindness goes such a long way. Highly recommend!!!

We have stayed here many times and it’s always great! Short walk to the beach and spotlessly clean! Totally safe and quiet neighborhood with great restaurants. Very close to everything! We will be back!

This is my third time staying here and it was amazing as always! I love being able to rent a golf cart and it being a short walk and drive from the boardwalk!

We loved staying here! It was the perfect girls getaway! It was cozy and had plenty of space! If we could have stayed longer we would have. We were able to walk to a little park that was having a spring festival and the area itself was so quiet and peaceful. Amazing porch view too! Absolutely loved the home and would definitely stay again!

I can’t tell you enough great things about our stay. We stayed a week for our annual family vacation and it definitely ranks number 1 in best trips. The house had the right amount of space. We felt at home and it was so welcoming for our dogs as well. I forgot dog bowls of all things but there were some there to use. The game area was well used by our adult kids lol. The neighborhood was nice and it is close to everything. I look forward to staying again soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Heather’s place in Ocean Isle! It’s at a beautiful section of ocean isle with a fantastic sunrise and sunset view!

we will definitely be staying here again! The house was beautiful inside and out. The yard was full of live oak trees which created a feeling of privacy that most other houses lack. The house was stocked with things to use in case you forget something and you simply replace ot when you leave. My daughters loved the space and we all appreciated the short walk to the beach without cross traffic. The hose was super responsive on the couple of questions I had while there and they have a binder with local restaurant recommendations. The food was amazing at every place we tried!

This was the perfect place for our large group of 17. We needed separate bedrooms for each couple and were able to rent out both sides which made it easy and convenient for all. The space was large enough in the living room and kitchen for us to all hang out on one side of the house. We had Hibachi 2 U come to the house for a private hibachi party outside in the driveway. There was plenty of space under the porches for setup. Kathleen was very kind and generous to let us leave the rental table and chairs outside for pick up since they had to pick up the rentals after we checked out. There was also plenty of parking for all of ours cars. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having our own bathrooms to share. The elevator was also very convenient for loading heavier things upstairs. Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay! Would definitely return! Lots of very thoughtful touches, from shampoo in the outside shower to everything you could need in the kitchen, laundry pods, games, etc.! Lots of room, inside and under the house. Even though it's not ocean front, you can see the ocean through the private access walk way. The shell and tooth collecting was as good in this area as it was down at the pier! That, of course, can change hourly! Will definitely recommend this house to anyone going to the lovely Holden Beach!

We had a great weekend at Kure Beach. The condo was the perfect size for our family and a great location. We loved watching the waves from the balcony and the short walk to Fort Fisher. Our son was a big fan of the bunk beds.

We honestly loved the place to begin with, it was relaxed and in a quaint setting, not too many people. The condo was amazing and stepping into it was a breath of fresh air. 10/10 would def come back!

Anne communicated all necessary information in advance so that we didn't have to spend our time looking for what we needed to know. The condo was SO CLEAN! The decor was just the right kind of "beach chic" without being corny or overkill and we felt right at home. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the view was amazing! I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for some time away in OIB.

This one BD condo in Kure Beach is a perfect getaway to getaway from it all. The unit is cutely decorated (looks like the pics) and the kitchen comes with the gadgets, pots, and pans to make your own meals. Stock up on groceries and beverages in Carolina Beach (10-12 minute drive just north of the unit) and you would never need to leave the property during your stay. The ocean is a 90 second walk from door to sand. Hope to be back!

Visited for a short spur the moment trip this weekend from Saturday-Monday and we had an awesome time. The condo was exactly as described with no surprises. Very clean, king bed was extremely comfortable, great views, and great food. Rhonda was super nice, attentive, helpful, and flexible. We had a great weekend getaway and we highly recommend. 👍
