I've stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and I have to say that Erin's was definitely one of the cleanest I've stayed in, and definitely THE cleanest I've stayed in in the NMB area. Right away when you walk in you feel like your at a friend's home, cozy & homey, not an investment property (impersonal/cold feeling). Erin & Luke were super helpful, we had a problem connecting to the Internet & Luke came down and fixed it within a couple minutes. It's a great location, close to beach, right on the canal, quiet and lovely. The only that that didn't suit me, which is 100% just a preference, not a problem, the bed is quite soft, which I know a lot of people absolutely love, but in case you don't... Would definitely recommend Erin & Luke's place and would definitely stay again if they have availability on the dates I'm in town

Amy’s place was amazing! It will definitely be a long weekend we cherish as a family for a long time. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and had the BEST views from the patio and even relaxing on the couch.

Thomas’s place is in great location. We stayed 3 nights with our dogs and the place was perfect for us. It’s walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was very well described by the listing and exactly like the photos. We will definitely be back for another short vacation soon and will stay at this place again.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this very family and dog friendly Oak Island home. The ocean sunsets and sunrises were very beautiful and so many pelicans flying over! I have rented many Oak Island airnbnbs for family gatherings. This home, so far, is my favorite....had everything we needed and wanted. Very thankful. Hope to return in the future.

The place was nice and clean. Close enough to the beach. It size was big enough for my family of 6. The only thing I suggest is they get a little bigger couch for a family. We had a great time there and would probably like to stay again.

This was such a beautiful property! Even better than the pictures. The back porch was perfect for watching the sunset on the beach or having a relaxing nap while listening to the waves! The kitchen and rooms were the perfect size for our group of 6 adults. We had a blast. The hosts were so kind and we will definitely be coming back! Oak island is wonderful and the house is close to fun restaurants. We loved koko cabana and shagger jacks!! Definitely recommend staying at this house!

Cozy and well appointed house right on the beach! The view from the deck and short walk to the water can't be beat. The house has everything you could want for a good stay - comfortable furniture, clean, good kitchen - and Michael was a very helpful host! If you like being close to the action, this is the place for you.

The view and proximity to ocean makes this ideal! The sun and moon rise over ocean are amazing. Take a 10 min walk or quick drive down to Fort Fisher for free parking and sunset walk by cape fear inlet. 30 min walk to Kure beach. Loved Jack Mackerel’s for dinner. Used the indoor pool and spent hours on the beach and large deck w various seating options. Internet good for streaming and working remotely as needed. Didn’t come stocked with much starter toilet paper, so bring your own as back up. Other than that! It was good for us but we opted not to cook too much due to the conditions of the pots and pans. We loved the surf vibes and decor!!! Very quiet condo/location and we would love to return someday soon!

This is a great location right across from the beach with a perfect view of the ocean. I couldn't ask for more.

Sandpiper was the perfect holiday getaway for celebrating my mom’s birthday and Thanksgiving with a large family. The amenities were great (kids loved the heated pool) and it was wonderful to be steps away from the beach. The property is perfect for large groups and each room still has the benefit of privacy with en suite bathrooms! Katie was responsive from the get go and suggested a variety of restaurants, activities and supermarkets near the house. I would absolutely stay at this location or any one of her properties in the future!

Beautiful beach home just a few minutes walk to the beach. Stayed for a softball tournament and the house was only 20-40 minutes from our location. The private pool was so nice to come back to after a hot day of softball. The house was as described and the privacy each room provided with its own individual bathroom was the best feature in my opinion. I love a great home where you can enjoy time with friends/family and relax. Definitely would come back and looking to book this property again in the very near future.

Andrea was very responsive with all communication. She is so kind and understanding. The house was beautiful and as described. Beach access was right across the street which was so convenient. The pool was our lifesaver as hurricane Debby dampened our stay, the kids could get out and swim in between the rain. There is many places to sit on each deck and the deck off of the living room was our favorite spot. You can see the ocean just about anywhere in the house. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Juliet’s house exceeded our expectations. The house has everything you need, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and it is in a perfect location. We needed a comfortable, relaxing place close to the ocean and Juliet’s place was exactly this. Juliet was very responsive and always provided the right information. We will definitely consider coming back in the future.

Had a great stay for a golf trip. Perfectly met our needs and was located by a number of great food spots and awesome courses. If you are a golfer, hit tidewater right across the bay!

The property was great. It was just as described and what we expected. Rebecca was excellent providing timely and thorough information. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Michael was so helpful and informative. The home is exactly as show and even better in person. The best home my family as stayed at thus far. 5 star rating cause I can't give them more. My family will be back often.

This our second stay at Sarah’s home! We love it so much! It is a beautiful home, convenient to everything and a quick walk to the beach! The house is pristine with lots of room. We love the master bedroom with the huge shower in the master bathroom! Our older grandchildren loved the very large bunk beds! The kitchen had lots of amenities! The huge front porch is one of favorite spots to just relax and enjoy the sunshine. It also has a tv downstairs with a bar area! We will definitely be back! Sarah is very hospitable and is very flexible! You won’t regret staying at Sarah’s gorgeous home!!!!

We were looking for a spacious and homey place for a multi-family vacation. Jason's town house was exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful home walking distance to the beach!

We were pleased with our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we felt cared for in the accommodations. The view is perfect even in the rain!

We had a perfect week at Egrets Roost. Janet and Mark were perfect hosts. We can’t say enough nice things about the house and the hosts. The house was in excellent shape and even nicer than the photos.

Stefanie’s place is exactly as described. Beautiful ocean view condo with modern decor. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Stefanie and Tim responded to my messages within minutes. The first day of our arrival there was an issue with the Internet. They scheduled spectrum to come out the next day to get it fixed. And because of the inconvenience, they offered me to stay an extra day. Which was amazing! My sisters and I went on this trip to recharge. And the location, the view and everything included in the condo just made our trip that much more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. Thank you, Stephanie and Tim for being such wonderful host! I’ve stayed at quite a few beach condos in the past. This might be the top one I’ve stayed at.
