Hosts were super responsive and the home was great. Perfect for a few friends getting out of town for fall break. Very walkable for downtown and the river.

Mimis place was fantastic. I stayed 4 weeks for work and it was just as advertised. Exceptionally clean, stocjed with everything i could need, very private and quiet. I couldn't have been happier. Mimi even gave me local guides for dining and shopping. She went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay at one of her properties again. Debra J

very much enjoyed our stay! was close enough to walk to the beach if we wanted to. Took a nice bike ride with the provided bikes! Felt at home with my pups first beach trip! would definitely plan a trip back!

We travel to Wilmington a few times a year to see my daughter in college. This was by far the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Yes it can be loud at night but you are right in the middle of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bars, river walk. We had a teenager with us so we were able to walk right downstairs to go to a few bars but not be too far away from her. The balcony back deck is great too. She felt like she was at the club on Friday and Saturday nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was great to override the noise when it was time for bed. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and communicated throughout our stay. She was even there when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. The unit came with two parking spots which was great when my older daughter came into downtown to visit. We would love to stay at this spot again!

Great apartment in an elegant, peaceful street. Lots of available space and amenities in the accommodation.

Caritina's home was great! My husband and I stayed here along with our four dogs, and honestly I have zero complaints. The neighborhood is quiet, the home was spotless, and the fenced in yard is huge! Definitely 10/10.

We loved our time at Marshall’s home! Everything was perfect and as described on the listing page. Very clean, comfortable rooms and a very nice and accommodating host. Marshall was very flexible with our check in and check out, which made it super convenient for the different couples that were staying at the property. I’d definitely recommend a stay with Marshall if you are ever in Wilmington!

Everything about our stay was great. It was centrally located to all the attractions we planned to see. Super quiet neighborhood and very spacious for a family of 4 plus a pet! Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful! We had 9 adults and it still felt huge! Area was perfect and the beach access was wonderful. The host (Jim) was so responsive with questions and extremely friendly. Highly recommend

Egret is a cute cottage right on the beach - as described. You can’t beat the sound of the ocean and the view of the beach from the porch. The cottage has everything you could need in the kitchen, a great bathroom and a comfy bed. Our host, Mike, was very responsive and helpful when we asked him to recommend local restaurants. We stayed there with our dog and there is a little fenced-in area for dogs which worked out great! I would definitely recommend staying here if you want a beach getaway!

Perfect! Just what we were hoping for! Beautiful location, very close to beach and fort fisher (short walking distance). Good sized condo and very clean. The water was cut off during our first two nights for repairs but the host communicated this to us and all was well!

This was our first time at Kure Beach and loved the slower pace. We came to celebrate our 50th Anniversary and totally loved the view!! The color of the water late afternoon was actually teal looking. We loved the walking trail over to the rocks up near Ft Fisher and how that coastline reminded you of the rocky coast of West coast with the crashing waves and water sprays. Coffee brewing, a sunny morning and seeing and hearing the ocean waves from the kitchen/LR….. does it get any better? We watched the sunrise every morning, ate lunch on porch watching the waves and picked up a few shells. I love outdoor photography, so I came back with some great pictures 😊 We had a sweet and wonderful Anniversary and would definitely come here again!

We were in Ocean Isle for a very short time, for a wedding down the street. Anne quickly accommodated our request for an early check-in, was fabulously responsive, and made our trip so easy! I wish we'd been able to stay longer.

This was our second visit to this property and once again, it exceeded our expectations. This location is perfect for trips to Calabash, Sunset Beach, Myrtle Beach, Cherry Grove, and of course Little River. The hosts are extremely responsive and friendly. The area near the condo promotes a relaxed atmosphere and having use of the pool on property is an added bonus. The condo is exceptionally clean with a modern coastal vibe. If you are planning a trip to this area this condo is the perfect getaway for you!

Very nice stay at the condo! Was within minutes of my job and also a lot of fun activities between Oak Island and Southport. Would recommend this place for people or families looking to visit the North Carolina Coast! Condo itself was perfect and on the third floor. All the neighbors in the other units were extremely polite.

Loved our stay! Condo was in just as pictured, beautiful view from living area, well equipped kitchen—had everything we needed. The rec area pool was a nice bonus. Had sunrise for our porch and sunset right nearby at Ft Fisher park.
