This was a great place! Exactly as described and pictured. Instructions were clear and place was easy to find. The beach was a literal one minute walk across the street and was lovely. Comfortable and cozy. Balcony had a pretty view and was private. Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms had nice amenities. Easy check out tasks, which I always appreciate. Nicole was a very generous and thoughtful host.

The sea trail condo was an ideal location for getting to the beach, restaurants, shops and the club pool. The MAC pool even had a chapel with beautiful gardens and a library. The decor of the rental was beautifully put together and a comfortable layout for togetherness and peaceful time with yourself. We all need alone time on a group vaca and this place allowed that. The screened porch for morning coffee was lovely, enough couch space for an evening movie and two bathrooms for no long wait time to shower after the beach. Read what the place offers and you will be able to prepare accordingly. Just bring or pick up the rest of what you need at a store. There is nothing left for interpretation. The food lion is also really close. Ps: Highly recommend the walk to kindred spirit mailbox. The walk along the coast and letter to the universe was just what my soul needed and did not know until I was there. Thank you again for a lovely stay. Peace & safe treble to the next

Perfect space for a small family looking for a beach vacation! The apartment was cozy, clean and included so many thoughtful touches like games, fresh flowers, and cupcakes. Marcia and Chris thought of everything to accommodate guests! The location was a perfect walkable distance to the beach, brunch/coffee, and dinner. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a “home away from home.”

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean. Beds and furniture were comfy and the location was quiet with just a short walk to the beach. Chris & Ellie were wonderful hosts. Highly recommend!

Emanuela is professional, thorough, accommodating, and generous. The downtown Wilmington units provided the perfect accommodation for our small group participating in the Wilmington marathon races as well as a spacious and central focal point to regroup with family before spending the afternoon and evening exploring all the rich history, delicious eats, and diverse character of the friendly community. The units are tasty decorated with thoughtful amenities like bedside charging stations, multiple coffee maker options and modern fixtures/appliances that offered all the comforts of home. The 15’+ ceilings, exposed brick, metal street front balconies and original wood floors give the space so much depth and personality. We especially loved the record player! Thanks for an amazing stay. You are doing a wonderful job and we’re always grateful for hosts like you.

This condo is very spacious and nicely updated. Very comfy couch, beds, and good quality linens. The kitchen had everything you need. Much larger patio than I expected. The host (Val) responded immediately to every request. Highly recommend.

Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful stay. The view is spectacular and the sunrises were breathtaking. We really appreciated the extras you included for the beach (chairs, towels, and umbrella). Beautiful place that worked out perfectly for my teens and I. The kiddos loved having their own rooms, and the family room and kitchen made it easy to feel at home. Liked it so much we stayed an extra day. Patty was quick to respond and accommodating. Quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was absolutely seamless! Absolutely could not have been easier. Place could use some simple updating but it is so beautiful that I feel silly even mentioning it. View is stunning. I could not have asked for anything more. I would without hesitation stay there again!

The place was right on a beautiful beach location! Clean and near great restaurants as well! We enjoyed the whole area of Kure Beach, Bald Head Island, Southport, and Carolina Beach.

we had a great stay. Although the recreation/fitness center could use some major updating. the amenities were convenient, staff very responsive, the property was super clean and close enough to town we could bike and travel back and forth by vehicle with no issues. would definitely stay again.

Our stay was amazing at Sea Mountain Vacations. Everything was what it explain to be in the description. It way more then enough space to hold our party of 12. The house was gorgeous and made me feel at home. The host that tended to us she was also amazing if I had a question she responded fast and accurate. I will definitely highly recommend any og their properties and I definitely will rent from them again. FABULOUS STAY...XOXOXO
