My family and I decided to take a last minute trip to the beach before my fiance went back on his deployment and this place made it special! Was so nice to wake up and see the beach right out on the deck and take a sip of coffee! It was also nice that they had the inside pool just because the beach wasnt exactly too warm yet. Love the stay!

Flip Flop house was perfect for our family. We loved the Birds nest and porches. The only issue we had was the outdoor shower could have bn cleaner and grill was unusable.

What a wonderful spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Corey was incredibly communicative. We felt right at home. The home is warm and inviting. The back porch with the oak tree and lights is magical. We will definitely be back.

Made the golf trip even better. House was as described and beds were comfortable. Kaci was responsive to a couple of questions we had and overall things went really well well. Would stay here again.

This was a true home away from home! From the moment we arrived until our departure, my family and I felt at home. The only difference between our own home and this one was the address. The location was even better, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood where the residents welcomed and treated us as neighbors. The interior of the home was impeccable, with everything in its place. I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a home away from home.

Perfect for our gathering of 4 generations. The weather wasn't the best for beach but there was plenty available to do in and "under" the house. The proximity to the beach was perfect for quick beach times when it wasn't raining. The location was quiet and peaceful.

Great location on Bald Head Island. The views from the living area, and deck are indeed much better than the pictures show. The home is perfect for a small family. It is a very short walk to the beach.

Amazing, clean and had everything we needed. To include single serve toothpaste which I forgot to pack. Peaceful neighborhood. Just two blocks from the grocery store and three to beach access. Perfect for families and those that don’t want to climb stairs. Backyard offered comfort seating to enjoy family time and star gazing.

Cathy's place was the perfect spot for a Christmas vacation for 5 humans and 2 dogs! The decor was updated and had all the amenities you could need, with plenty of space to cook meals and play games. The beds were super comfy and I really appreciated having blinds and curtains in the bedrooms that let me sleep past sunrise, I know this is challenging at most beach houses with lots of windows! We were super close to the beach and restaurants (Granny's had the BEST biscuits). The fenced backyard was great for the dogs, and the nearby dog park, greenway path, and state park kept us all entertained. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!
