Close to the beach, well stocked kitchen - with all spices and dishes you can want. Nice rooms and very large for a 3 bed condo. Would stay again

The house is in a great location and very comfortable. The front yard looks much bigger in the pictures. Basically, you can fit two cars and then sit in those cute chairs right next to the cars. But the backyard is fenced and perfect if you bring a dog. We had an issue with the dishwasher, and they came out immediately and resolved it. They will send you a note about basically bringing most of your own supplies (dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc.) which we did, but we still ran out and couldn't run the dishwasher before we left.

Great place to stay on the island, was a little worried it was too close to the air port but we never heard any planes at all. Host was easy to communicate with and everything went great. We would definingly stay their again.

Location was perfect for our stay on Jekyll island. Very comfortable setting making it very relaxing. We would recommend Jacob’s place to everyone. We look forward to coming back during warmer weather

Great place and VERY close to the Pier Village restaurants and shops. Highly recommend eating at The Nest. The rental was clean, very well finished inside, and the back area with the pool was very private and a little paradise. Host was super responsive with all questions and recommendations. It is about a 5 minute drive to the beach, at Massengale Park. You can get to the pier and water in under 5 minutes walking though. Great location, great rental, great host. 5 stars.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Jake’s place; it is private, quiet, and close to the beach. The house is well furnished, visually pleasing, with a modern, well furnished kitchen. The open floor plan makes for a spacious, relaxing area. Jake is extremely responsive and helpful.

We started our vacation just when Tropical Storm Debby hit the island. Despite the challenges with the weather (out of anyone's control), we had a fabulous time! The house was spotless, very comfortable, beautifully decorated (great attention to every little detail) ; we loved the open plan, no carpet and no stairs (our blind dog quickly felt at home). Also it was perfectly located close to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. We loved the pool and the fenced backyard was perfect for our small dogs. Our host Adam was proactive, very accessible and responsive, he answered all our questions/concerns promptly and provided great recommendations. He sent someone right away to fix the fence that fell during the storm, and also made sure the pool cleaner came to clear debris & treat the pool as soon as possible. We also visited Jekyll island (about 35 min away- driving) for a day and loved it. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and hope we can make it back soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The home was incredibly comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the standout features was the beautiful backyard. Although it was December, making the pool a bit too chilly for swimming, it was still lovely to relax around. The heated pool added a touch of luxury, and I can only imagine how enjoyable it would be in warmer weather. Our host was exceptional, definitely the best we've ever encountered! She was immediately responsive, even on Christmas Day, when we had a quick question. Her attentiveness truly made our stay special. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the village restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy local dining options. Overall, I can't wait to return to this fantastic place! It’s perfect for anyone looking for comfort, great service and atmosphere!

We have stayed in many different places on St. Simon’s and this was our favorite. It is a beautiful, well designed, comfortable home. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the comfy beds - we all slept really well!

We loved this house! It was spacious with plenty of bedrooms and relaxing spaces. The location was wonderful! An easy walk to the beach. The neighborhood is picturesque and quiet. The pool was beautiful and in a nice sheltered backyard. Amy was so easy to work with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here.

Had a very enjoyable stay in Saint Simons Island. About the house - great TV and very easy to use. Comfy beds. Clean. Well-maintained. Jenga! We only cooked at home twice; stove and grill we great. Very clean grill, always appreciated. Outdoor shower was great! Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. My daughter loved the heated pool (we traveled in February). Nice lounge chairs by the pool and birds chirped non-stop, which made for a relaxing nap. Patio out back also great, we did not take advantage of the fire pit, but would if we go back. Walking distance to downtown shops & restaurants, but we took a golf cart. Highly recommend renting a golf cart, parking downtown can be tough. Typical coastal town, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops. Highlights for me - Palm Coffee, Porch, and Tonya's. Beaches are very nice and huge. Great sunset viewing from the pier. Great destination for runners on vacation.

I couldn't imagine a better experience for our group of 10 guests. Lesley's communication was proactive and kind, and she was exceptionally hospitable. The house itself is also perfect for a group of this size. This will be the first place I look next time I'm in or around St. Simons.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the Glynn Cottage! There was plenty of space for everyone to hangout together and also to have our own privacy. The elevator was key. We especially loved the open concept, large kitchen, and the dining table that we could all sit at together. The walk to the pools and beach were easy. The pools are very well maintained and the boardwalk out to the beach was so nice. Our family would and probably will stay here again.

Loved this house. So beautiful and plenty of space for our family to spread out during our family reunion. The kitchen was great and had everything I needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. Look forward to booking again.

Absolute luxury. This home was like a 5 star hotel. Immaculate, had every amenity you can think of both inside and out. The bedroom we stayed in had this wonderful porch that I enjoyed doing my Yoga most days. Extra pillows, blankets, kitchen accessories were provided, and we used the fireplace during the snow day. I would give the Host (Hope) a 10 out of 10 because she responded to our questions within minutes and was very helpful and patient with us during the snow/ice situation. Loved being close enough to walk to lunch/dinners, the beach and St Simons magical neighborhoods. Things we explored; Cumberland Island, Jekyll Island (great bike riding & driftwood beach is a must) finding the Tree Spirits of St Simons, The Lighthouse, Fort Fredrica, golf and So much more! We really hope to be back. Many thanks to Hope who was a wonderful Host.

It is a lovely house that is very well maintained and is a great place for a full family. It is easy to walk (or golf cart) to the downtown area for restaurants, as well as the beach. Maria made everything easy and was responsive. Overall a great place to rent.

What an amazing place! Sapelo Island is so interesting - both the local community & its history, and the unique beautiful environment; Stephan connected us with local people and recommendations to fully explore all of this. We were very sad to leave. The house is a really cool place; lots of space and not too precious - perfectly set up for enjoying this magical place. Thank you Stephan! We hope to return!

Beautiful place, definitely a Gangsta's Paradise =) Very clean and nice. One of the best airbnbs we've stayed at. Traveled with 4 kids and it was perfect for us.

We had such a nice stay. The house was gorgeous and had plenty of space. The house is tucked away in a quiet street but is close enough to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It has a gorgeous covered back porch that is basically another living room. This wasn't shown in the pictures, so the house is even better than the pictures. Theron was friendly and helpful with my questions. We would love to return sometime and stay here again!
