We had a wonderful day at Susan‘s place! She was incredibly friendly, greeting us upon arrival and was quick to respond to any questions. The space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and bars—yet tucked away in a private, quiet neighborhood. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great spot for solo traveler or traveling duo! Convenient to lots of walkable spots. Easy parking. This place really isn’t for the tall of stature, but that’s spelled out fairly clearly in the listing. Very cozy!

Clean place, responsive host, and easy to get around the city. The listing is exactly as shown and on the top of the building - just to keep in mind. The kitchen was well stocked and the nook area for the couch is adjacent. Not tons of space outside of the bedrooms. it was a bit warmer when we were here and the bedrooms did get warm as the AC unit is only in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Nate's place. It has an authentic and lived-in feeling (unlike some places with that sterile Ikea-Airbnb-kit feeling). It feels like a real home with warmth and character. The beds are comfortable, and there's an excellent couch for watching TV, reading, or lounging. The kitchen has everything you need. It's in a more residential part of Portland, but it's close to everything great in Portland. The location was excellent for us because we had a family member in nearby Mercy Hospital, just five minutes away. Nate's place provided a comfortable place to decompress. Nate was very responsive and just excellent. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Portland! The apartment was adorable, very clean and in a perfect location. Alex had an entire list of recommendations that we found very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Rachel is a superb host! She was very responsive to my questions. Her apartment was pristine and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was excellent. Beautiful surroundings and was close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and many things to do within driving distance. Definitely recommend it!

Exceptional space! Couldn’t believe how great of a deal it was for how nice the place was. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and the walk in shower was such a pleasant surprise. Would love to be able to book this airbnb for when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the beautiful porch area and things within walking distance.

Rebecca and Scott’s place was in a perfect location. We loved being able to walk into Yarmouth and also to the Royal River path. Their place was comfortable and had plenty of room for the two of us. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Absolutely loved this chalet in Rumford <3 An incredible, spacious, and welcoming place. Joao let us use the snowshoes and it was so fun to walk around the land by the river! Definitely coming back to this space!

This was a lovely place and stay. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, with terrific design. We felt so at home, partly because there were supplies such as extra blankets, coffee, and tissues. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Angela's. Communicative host, nice clean place, easy to find. Great for a weekend trip!

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as great as the first! Super clean, well-appointed, and equipped with everything we needed for our 16-month-old. Jennifer even had the high chair and pack ’n play set up when we arrived—a fantastic home base for exploring Portland!

Really nice place, great location. The yard is a nice bonus. We had issues upon arrival and the hosts do take a bit to respond. But they were very helpful in resolving everything, so no complaints. Great stay overall. The bed and bedroom is very small but we made it work!

Very cute place in a great location! It’s a little small, so the ladder is a bit in the way of getting to the kitchen. Think “tiny house” feel, in a fun way. Big people might struggle a bit, but otherwise everything is very functional and practical. Check in and check out is super easy.

Lovely, clean apartment with a terrific location! We highly recommend and hope to return soon--maybe even for Pumpkinfest again next year. Thank you especially for the extra blankets, that was such a kind gesture.

This was our second stay at Dave’s place and we were not disappointed! Very comfortable apartment with great amenities and Dave generously provided toiletries. The recent kitchen upgrade completes the well-thought out homey appeal. The dog-friendly beach is a short walk and there is a nice local bakery across the street. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful! Literally the best balcony with the best view. Massive condo is a plus.

We had a wonderful week with Brian's condo as a "home base" - we truly felt at home. It was chock full of small and big touches (toiletries/supplies! paper goods! plentiful sheets and towels! beach towels! to name a few) and surprises (generous snacks greeting us on arrival) that made us feel spoiled. The condo was a great size with an open kitchen/common area and large patio. We were familiar with the area but not Ocean Park Meadows, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely property and amenities (especially the pool, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole) and how well maintained they were. The condo was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, made easy (even with alot of stuff and three kids) with the beach wagon available for our use. Brian was a perfect balance of being proactive, informative, and accommodating while letting us "do our thing". We loved how "our" beach was quiet and nestled between the more bustling OOB and OP areas; the neighborhood, too. We'll be back!

First time coming down to maine. Right in the center of everything. 10-20 minute drives (not bad). We ate at Pine Point Grille the first night and it was amazing. Second, we tried Dunstan’s Tap and Table. Had to wait 30 minutes, but was worth it. Great area, felt very homey. I would come back.

It was a perfect sunny weekend where we spent most of our weekend on Munjoy hill enjoying the restaurants and shops! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the peace and views at Jeffreys place. We were upset we could not extend our stay and take advantage of the late check out that Maggie offered! Easy in and out of the condo! One of our favorite stays in our favorite part of Portland!
