Andrea is an excellent host and the accommodation was top-notch. Dogs were allowed and well-catered for, which was a deal-breaker for my father and his constant companion! Everything we needed was there, and it was lovely to relax in the sunny living room with a view of the river.

We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Cate’s place. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, great facilities, spa was excellent and really well appointed. It’s also in a fantastic location with lots of eateries close by. Cate and Tom were also very responsive, I can’t recommend this place highly enough, hopefully we come back!!

This was a great stay for my family and I. Walkable to Richmond’s cafes and shops, whilst feeling like a private holiday space. The house and rooms were well appointed, with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. We loved the hot spa!

Stunning. The outlook was absolutely magical. The shack was so thoughtfully furnished, we felt welcome and at home the moment we arrived. The crocheted throw rugs, the wetsuits and surfboards, each bed was comfy and warm, it was so hard to leave. Our favourite airbnb yet!

Excellent location. Door in upstairs bathroom needs fixing as difficult to open. Hosts were excellent with communication. Good place for a large group

This is a fantastic property. Lovely kitchen that has everything you need. Beds are clean and comfortable. It was incredibly helpful to have a washer/dryer and I loved the tub in the main bathroom. My kids enjoyed having their own bedroom on the second floor. The back deck is amazing, overlooking a verdant vegetable garden. Walking up the path, there is a formal garden that is just breathtaking. Julian was great as a host. If you go, say hi to the Mayor of the neighborhood, a Maine Coon cat by the name of Dusty. S/he (never figured out what Dusty was) is friendlier than most dogs.

Very nice place with a beautiful view over the harbour. Clean and easy check-in. Would love to stay again :))

This is the most beautiful AirBnB place we have ever stayed. The view is breathtaking and the cabin was cozy and well decorated! We really enjoyed the stay. Even after 3 nights, it still felt too short!

What a beautiful place to stay. Love the stone cottage, so peaceful with everything you could need. So much wildlife right at the back door but best part was sitting on the back deck quietly watching the white wallabies each night. The double spa was relaxing and the cottage was a great location - close to the beach and attractions. Liz was a fantastic host and very responsive to any questions we had. She provided lots of prior advice about what to do and see which was very helpful in planning our first trip to Bruny. We will definitely be back!

Wow is an understatement. Following a path of shells you enter via a wonderful garden filled with flowers, olive trees, fresh tomato's, bamboo and a years supply of fire wood. The house is designed beautifully and has been decorated to match - incredible pieces of art, records, books, comfortable cosy bedding, high quality towels. All the amenities you could ever want. I was ecstatic to find a hot water bottle. The outdoor shower/plunge with sauna is a work of art in its self and the craftsmanship is impeccable. What a treat it was to enjoy these in the privacy of the backyard. The location is brilliant, out of the hustle & bustle but less than 15 minutes to Hobart centre and even less to get to MONA. Nick was wonderful. Responded quickly, provided all required information and even some additional questions about some of the artwork in the house and some gf/df recommendations. I will treasure the time I got to spend at Vista Verde. It instantly felt like home.

Such a peaceful and relaxing place to end our Tassie trip. Gorgeous little cottage in a beautiful area. Thanks so much to Karen for being so friendly and making us feel at home. The kids really enjoyed picking your yummy fresh fruit with you and playing frisbee and finska on the lawn. Definitely recommend!

So happy! My friends and I had a great stay here! The air conditioning was turned on at the time of check-in to make the temperature in the room very pleasant, and the aromatherapy was lit. Anna & Tim are very enthusiastic！I was so happy to receive the handwritten letter they left us and the food they prepared to welcome us in the refrigerator! The view outside the window of the house is very beautiful, and the environment inside the house is very clean and comfortable. We were also lucky to see a very beautiful rainbow and sunset glow.

Beautiful little house in the hills! Such stunning views to wake up to, and the outdoor bath was just a treat! Lovely little kitchen and bathroom had everything we could need. Was initially worried about how close we were to the main property but wasn’t an issue at all, felt private and undisturbed. Hot tip, watch out for mozzies, we got bitten in the night as we left the window open, whoops! Would stay again, for one night or longer to explore the surrounds more.
