From the moment I booked until after I checked out, the hosts were very responsive and helpful! The house itself was great! Very clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay!

Nancy was very responsive as a host. Beautiful backyard looking over a lovely creek setting. Comfortable and spacious home. I’d definitely recommend for anyone staying in that area. Neighborhood streets took some maneuvering to get to the house, but was quiet with good parking.

We loved this house so much it was so cute inside beds were very comfy and the pool was awesome! But the host was actually even more amazing we had some problems with the fridge and he came out within the hour to fix it he was very sweet! Definitely worth the stay can’t wait to go back will definitely stay again!

We chose the King Ranch for a 50th birthday celebration. It was absolutely perfect. Kristen was a thoughtful host and great communicator. We had a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of space. The indoor and outdoor areas are well appointed and very comfortable. The pictures look great on the listing because the place really does look that awesome. We had a chef come in for a birthday dinner and he was in heaven. You’ll want for nothing while you’re there. If you need a place for a crowd that looks and feels like luxury living, this place is for you.

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

The place itself is great! Everything you may need for a nice stay. Both beds were very comfy. Only downside was the burned down apartment complex behind the Airbnb (which obviously they can’t help). Our stay was great and we had no complaints!

We found this place to be exceptionally clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The abundance of towels and extra linens made using the pullout bed very convenient. The kitchen was a definite plus, with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, and we especially appreciated the filtered water in the fridge. Having a washer and dryer was incredibly handy for keeping our clothes fresh. The location's walkability to the Amtrak station and Whole Foods was a major advantage. While a couple of Uber drivers had a little trouble finding the exact location, it all worked out in the end. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we'd highly recommend it, particularly for anyone wanting to experience the vibrant 6th Street area of Austin.

This is a great apartment. We found it to be very comfortable and it is just as it was described. The location is convenient to shops and there are several nice restaurants literally right out the main entrance. The secure on site parking was a definite plus. Joey is an excellent host, very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Paul and Erin’s place was perfect for my little mini vacation in Austin! I was here two days early for a wedding and wanted a comfy little place to keep all of my stuff, sleep, and have a comfortable home base. This was just right! I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to, there were so many close by coffee shops, stores, etc. Perfect spot for exploring South Congress! The hosts themselves were very responsive. They also were super flexible with checking in and out, which was much needed! I would love to stay here again!

Wonderful house. Looks exactly like the pictures. Modern, sleek and enough space. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen fully stocked. We had a wonderful reunion of friends there. Only thing to be mindful of is how steep the driveway heading in is.

We enjoyed our staycation here. It’s only a 40 min from our house in Austin but it was a great getaway. We were very comfortable. The design of the villas is really nice (friends came over for a swim and they complimented the space) and we enjoyed the views of Hill Country and the pool from the balconies. The stars were more visible than what we’re used to. We brought our 4 mo old puppy and was easily able to entertain him. There’s lots of open grass and a dog potty area. We really wanted a place where we could teach our dog to swim. But no pets are allowed in the pool. Also the listing says a 9 min walk to the lake, but when asked, the property owners said it’s not walkable and that it is a feature Airbnb automatically puts on the listing. So just be aware if that’s of interest. I was told by someone that you can drive to a beach and swim with your dog close by. The Internet isn’t great. TV shows buffered. But we were able to check email, do a video call n watch streaming movies.

The grandkids loved it. Youngest one loved the ping pong. Mid Grandkid loved the fitness center, basketball and pickleball courts. And the oldest loved the pool. Convenient location, local grocery store and eateries. Close to Austin and local sites.

Our men’s weekend retreat at this Airbnb was incredible! It was the perfect place for ministry, community, and good old-fashioned “dudes being dudes.” The home was clean, well-stocked, and welcoming—ideal for deep conversations, prayer, and fellowship. It gave us the space to step away from life’s busyness, take a break from family responsibilities, and reset to be better husbands, fathers, and leaders. We enjoyed great food, outdoor fun, and plenty of laughs. We left recharged and encouraged. Huge thanks to Kimberly for an amazing stay—highly recommend for any group looking to connect and refresh!

Our stay at Stone Home Ranch was fantastic. Wendy was an excellent coordinator, offering great area suggestions and quickly arranging firewood after our request. Her son Colby also set out firewood for the pit and Wendy even offered to mail a forgotten item. The property is stunning and comfortably fit all 9 of us. The large kitchen was fully equipped, and Wendy provided farm fresh eggs; some guests even harvested their own. The river access, kayaks, and paddleboards were major highlights. The spacious back patio was perfect for games, and the multiple balconies and master suite’s private sunroom were lovely. The bathrooms were well-designed with excellent water pressure in the showers. Enjoying coffee while hearing the rooster crow was a charming experience. We had a memorable stay and plan to return. We highly recommend Stone Home Ranch!

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

Kathy was an amazing host!!! the house was in incredible condition when we got ther and she was super communicative the whole time! We drove down from OKC and had some car troubles when we arrived and needed to stay extra days, she was very understanding and willing to help us while we figured out our plan to get back home!
