Bruxelles : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Nous y étions en semaine pour me travail avec une équipe de 5 personnes, le logement était très peu cher, spacieux et confortable !

Omarův byt je skvěle umístěn uprostřed evropské čtvrti, takže je ideální pro všechny, kteří míří do některé z institucí EU. Byt je velmi pěkný, prostorný, čistý a jako bonus nabízí terasu.

Très bel appartement et propre. Ainsi, qu'une sup hôte, amical et réactif ! Je ne peux que recommander ce logement 🙂

Cecile and Koenraad were friendly, responsive and very helpful. *The apartment was clean and tidy. *The shower had great water pressure. * There were lots of cabinets and drawers throughout the apartment to make you feel at home and have a place for your items. *There was a full set of pans for cooking, dishes, cleaning supplies etc. and they were high quality. *The washer/dryer was a great benefit and they even provided detergent. *Lots of little "extras" like seasonings, oil for cooking, wash clothes etc. *I felt safe walking alone at night in the neighborhood. *The train and metro/subway are only a 5 minute walk away. *There were fruit stands, small grocery stores and restaurants within a few blocks. It's not in the center of the city which we found as a plus. Less hustle & bustle. Cecile even helped me when I could not find the proper train to come home. This is the best AirBnB I have stayed at. I highly recommend it.

El alojamiento era perfecto para nosotros cuatro. Alejado del centro pero bien comunicado. La comunicación con los anfitriones ha sido fantástica, resolviendo todo tipo de dudas. Recomiendo su estancia. Gracias por todo.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Gavin. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist gut - hier und da könnte allerdings gründlicher gereinigt werden (verkalkte Armaturen im Bad, fleckige Spiegel, teilweise staubig). Das Treppenhaus ist sehr schmal und die Treppen sehr steil. Das Wohngebäude macht von außen und im Treppenhaus nicht den besten Eindruck, die Wohnung ist allerdings renoviert und modern. Die Lage ist top. Ca. 30 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Brüssel-Nord und ca. 15 Gehminuten von Brüssel-Zentral entfernt. Ruhige Nebenstraße in einem belebten Viertel mit vielen Bars und Restaurants.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Caroline. Elle est une hôtesse très accueillante. Son logement est extrêmement agréable, bien aménagé, moderne. Bien situé pour visiter Bruxelles. Nous recommandons chaudement

We had a lovely stay at Emilie’s house. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. There was a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor and a bathroom that we shared. On the top floor was a sofa bed and then another double room but we didn’t need to use those. The garden was great for the children with a play house and a sandpit. The pool was a lovely size and there were inflatables that we could use. It’s not heated though so we tended to use it in the afternoon once the sun had warmed it up a bit. The neighbourhood is quiet with a few playgrounds and woodland walks nearby. There’s also a lovely restaurant called Auberge du Kasterlinden that is walkable from the property. We got the tram into the city centre which was easy to do. Public transport is great in Brussels. We’d recommend Mini Europe, the Automium, the Lego Discovery Centre and Pairi Daiza if you have children. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Olivier’s place was perfect for our needs while passing through town. Great communication, ample space, beautiful location.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft in der ruhigen Natur und gut abseits gelegen von Brüssel. Alles ist vorhanden, eine tolle Küche, schöne Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein toller Garten mit Terrasse. Auch wenn die Anfahrt spannend ist (sehr unebene Straßen) lohnt sich der Weg! Die Umgebung ist toll mit der Fondation Folon und dem Chateau de la hulpe. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was es braucht. Man merkt hier und da, dass es etwas verlebt ist und auch Haustiere zuhause sind - was uns aber nicht gestört hat! Danke, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette maison ! Tout était nickel, parfaitement propre et conforme à l’annonce. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus pour un séjour détente. L’hôte était très accueillant et disponible. Je recommande à 100 % et reviendrai avec plaisir !

Très belle maison familiale 🥰 très fonctionnelle, tout est très bien agencé.. Il y a tout sur place pour pouvoir se préparer de petits plats et savourer de bonnes bières dans un super cadre 🌺 le coin est très calme et verdoyant.. La maison est assez proche de la station de train qui mène à Bruxelles, il y a un supermarché en sortant de la station.. La communication a été super avec Carlo Alberto tout au long de notre séjour, il a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions et inquiétudes.. Nos enfants ont adoré cette maison et la belle Alba 😻 ils voudraient y retourner ! Il y a plein de jeux pour les enfants, un beau château dans le couloir, une trampoline.. Merci 🙏

Marie was extremely thoughtful and considerate in ensuring first that her place met our needs, as we have two little children. She was welcoming when we arrived and communicative throughout our stay to make sure all was in order for us. The place is well located to public transportation and cafes, all in a calm neighborhood. Overall great stay and wonderful host!

We stayed here for new year and we loved this apartment so much. Would highly recommend. The apartment was so homely and beautiful. Flooded with light but also had great black out curtains for nighttime. The wrap around balcony was also gorgeous. The interior was beautifully decorated with modern furniture. Great location with close transport links. Colette was super friendly and helpful, had quick responses and provided so much information prior to us arriving which made everything so easy on arrival. Will definitely be returning! Thankyou so much Colette ❤️

L'alloggio offerto da Michèle corrisponde esattamente alle foto mostrate. Michèle era fuori città nel periodo in cui abbiamo prenotato la sua casa ma ha prontamente, anche da lontano, fornito informazioni utili sulla zona e coordinato il tutto a dovere. La sua casa è accogliente e ammobiliata con gusto. Il bagno è la cosa più bella della casa, largo, spazioso e con tutto il necessario. Si vede che Michèle ama prendersi cura dei suoi ospiti. Purtroppo siamo venuti in un momento in cui Bruxelles era davvero fredda ed ha anche nevicato! Ma la temperatura in casa grazie al riscaldamento era sempre comfortevole. Abbiamo chiesto un late check out perchè avevamo un volo tardo e Michèle è stata molto disponibile. Grazie mille per un bel soggiorno, Michèle!
