RAS Residence is the ideal place to stay for my work in Brussels. The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. They are more like hosts in a home than impersonal staff in a hotel. But the rooms are spacious and modern with every comfort one could ask for. The location is also excellent. The street it is on is very quiet at night and the rooms are dark (curtains or shutters) - great for sleeping. But the nearest supermarket and excellent restaurants (local, Argentinian, Vietnamese-Thai, etc., and pubs) are only one or two blocks away. A laundromat is also only two blocks away. Different EU offices and banks are also within walking distance - 1 to 3 blocks. Most important, the Schuman train station to the airport, three Metro stations on two different lines are also only 2-3 blocks away. One could not ask for a more convenient, comfortable and welcoming place for your stay in Brussels.

Nous avons été accueilli comme si nous étions de la famille. Bil est attentionné, prévenant et incroyablement sympathique. Il souhaite vraiment que notre séjour se passe bien et se pli en 4 pour ça. L'appart hôtel est lui aussi super avec un très bon emplacement et une deco très sympa. Merci encore.

Jamais eu un Airbnb où il faisait aussi chaud ! J'ai bien apprécié et je compte y retourner.

Moderne woning, propere en ruime kamer, heerlijk bed, aangename gastheer- en vrouw. We hadden een prima verblijf met een heerlijk verzorgd ontbijt.

Het was een fantastisch mooie en schone kamer. Het voelde luxueuze aan. De bedden waren fantastisch. En Ben is super vriendelijke en denkt heel goed mee! Wat een service. Ik zou hier zeker terug gaan! Een echte aanrader!

C’est une petite dépendance très agréable afin d’y dormir 1 ou 2 nuits cependant, il n’y a pas grand chose au alentour de celle-ci. Géraldine était très agréable et à notre service !

Geweldig mooi verblijf met gastvrij ontvangst! Helaas verliep er iets mis met de boeking (1 pers ipv 2 pers geboekt) wat pas laat werd gezien en waardoor ik last minute een toeslag (met korting) moest betalen, wat ik even lastig vond, maar wat mijn verblijf niet heeft verpest. Ik raad deze bijzondere suite met oog voor luxe en detail zeker aan!

Perfecte locatie voor een tussenstop tijdens wandel- of fietsweekend. Ook onthaal en communicatie verliep super vlot. Lekker ontbijt in gezelschap van 2 lieve honden. Heel mooie, rustige plek!

Cristo was great at arrangements and really friendly and responsive. Will definitely be back for a second time.

sobald man die tür zu diesem kleinod geöffnet hat, ist man in einer anderen welt. phantastische farbkombination, wunderschöne gestaltung, endlich ein hotel, das man nicht so schnell wieder vergisst. liebevoll renoviert, bis ins kleinste detail durchdacht. familiär geführt. pieter und sein team lassen keine wünsche offen, gäbe es hier sechs sterne zu vergeben, ich würde es tun!

Amazing location, and surprisingly not noisy during the night. We had a fantastic time here, everything is within walking distance from this location. It truly is in the centre of Antwerp. Feels special to stay in such a historical building, neighbouring the big cathedral.

Initial impression was great, nice reception area and friendly staff. Room was clean and was better than the pictures.
