Superb cottage for our short stay. Extremely clean and clutter free, with lots of charm and all the facilities you might need. Jo was an excellent host, greeting us on arrival and settling us in. Felt very “at home” and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Bridget’s cottage was absolutely tremendous! It felt homely, warm and welcoming! It was private and out of the way without being miles away from what you needed. We stayed with our 18 month old and dog who had a lovely time too. The stair gate on the bedroom was great as it gave our son freedom to wonder about upstairs whilst we got ready. There was also plenty of room for the travel cot too. Bridget was excellent at giving local recommendations and instructions for the cottage. We tried Rye in Frome which served excellent coffee! So thank you for that too. A perfect Christmassy getaway! Felt like the holiday! Thank you so much xx

We had just three nights in Bath, and I can’t imagine a more picture-perfect accompaniment to the local ambience than Alison’s lovely flat. Alison’s directions were detailed and precise, as the property is on a street that curves around a bend. The kitchen had everything we needed, including fresh milk for our morning coffee and tea. The weather had just turned chilly, and Allison thoughfully dropped off some wood for the wood-burning stove, keeping us cozy throughout our stay. Would not stay anywhere else in Bath!

We absolutely loved the enchanted mill, it is located in a lovely secluded location, overlooking a small lake. The host was super friendly, check in was simple and the beds were very comfortable. The mill was so quirky and immaculately clean. I would definitely recommend.

La maison de Lyn est superbe, propre, joliment décorée, confortable et, somme toute, très accueillante. Il y a beaucoup de place et la maison est située pas loin du centre ville. Lyn est une hôte accueillante et attentionnée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner et sa gentillesse en général.

This was hands down the most wonderful holiday property I have ever stayed in. It was beautifully clean, spotless even. It has every single amenity that you could possibly need, and then some. Everything from the layout, to the furniture, decoration, the really lovely basket of treats and the warmth of the hosts makes this a magical place. The hot tub was a huge hit with me and my son, a perfect temperature constantly and great for stargazing, and owl watching after dark. Thank you so much Lisa and Tim, for the most relaxing and most comfortable break I've ever had. Can't wait to book again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better situated apartment - absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway in beautiful Bath. The flat was also beautiful, spacious, and spotless. We had the best weekend and would recommend to anyone.

A stylish and very clean apartment in a fantastic location in Clifton. Although the apartment was very quiet it was only a short walk from cafes, restaurants and pubs. Ric and his mum were very friendly and helpful and Ric replied quickly to my messages. Thanks for the excellent experience!

We had a great stay here- right in the centre of town so easy to get around. We had our baby with us so it was great that a travel cot and baby bath was provided- one less thing to pack! The flat itself was homely and clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely return back. Thanks again

Lovely stay in a great part of town. My wife and I loved being so close to Colonna and Smalls, Society Cafe and Corkage. Perfect for few days away.

Another perfect stay at this amazing place. Peaceful but within walking distance of the city. We were lucky enough to have glorious weather with easy access to the Bath skyline walk. The Place is so beautifully appointed, it really is our favourite place to stay. Thank you, can’t wait to return.

Schönes Appartement. Hell und zeitlos eingerichtet, absolut geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns alle sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Küche kaum genutzt, sie war aber perfekt ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (Waschmaschine vorhanden). Es gibt in der Wohnung Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern. 2 einzelne Betten, ein Doppelbett und obwohl wir nur zu Dritt dort gewohnt haben, wäre durchaus für eine weitere Person ausreichend Platz vorhanden gewesen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Patrycja hat im Vorfeld den CheckInn gut erklärt und war immer erreichbar.

Alison’s place was beautiful, clean and in a very peaceful part of Bath - finally had some peaceful sleeps after a week in London- but within a few minutes walk you were in the hustle and bustle of Bath. Great location! Would definitely stay here again.

we had a lovely weekend stay at Katrinas place. She was there to greet us on check-in and was very friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful, amazing private garden, clean and comfortable accommodation with a spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen area. There was even a little hamper containing tea, coffee, crumpets & cereal plus milk, butter & jam in the fridge - a lovely touch! The bathroom is spacious and the shower has good pressure. The bed is a double size so a little smaller than our usual kingsize but still very comfortable. The walk into Bath is about 15-20 mins and is quite steep. We did this a few times (coming back is a bit of a work out and decent footwear is recommended) We took an uber into town and back one night which costs around £7 each way so not too bad. Bath is truly lovely and we would definitely recommend Katrina's place as a lovely base.

We stayed here for my hen weekend. The house was perfect for all 14 of us. Plenty of room and great fun. I would highly recommend

I truly believe David’s home “calls you” when your soul needs peace as well as David’s intuitive advice. I have never stayed at a place where the host is nearby (never mind in the same property) and yet, at David’s house I felt extremely comfortable and safe from the start. The house, amazingly located at the feet of Tor’s grounds, is beautiful inside out. It has everything I needed for a pleasant stay, such as, comfortable beds and linen, as well as, a large family kitchen to cook. Yet, its energy, specially in the living room, and garden grounded and soothed my soul. David, the host, gave us the space and privacy needed when one’s on a break. However, he also was a wonderful listening ear and amazing source of advice. Overall, it was a truly amazing stay and I cannot wait to return soon again.

This is a wonderful house for a family gathering; very welcoming with great spaces for eating, cooking and relaxing with lots of games and smart tvs. All in a great location within walking distance of beautiful Bath as well as the canal and surrounding countryside. Highly recommended!

It’s difficult to convey quite how beautiful and unique this property is . The photos hinted at something special, but they don't really capture its magic. We emerged from a winding, tree-canopied driveway so see the fountain and the villa ahead framed in September sunshine and our jaws dropped! It's an incredibly peaceful setting, perched on Bathwick Hill, with stunning views over Bath and the surrounding valley. The villa itself is vast with high ceilings and an abundance of light. The décor is exquisite, filled with art, photos, and lots of cool musical references, and yet it's also incredibly comfortable and was the perfect location to spend a few unforgettable days celebrating a special birthday with friends. Steve, the house manager, greeted us at check-in and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating . His thoughtful suggestions really enhanced our stay. We also met the owner, Andy, at check out who shared some fascinating insights into the villa’s history.

An excellent weekend was had to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with family. The property had everything we needed and there were few issues. The weather was excellent and our grandchildren loved the hot tub, large gardens, pool table, badminton, table tennis which gave them many hours of enjoyment. There was plenty of opportunity for relaxing with the extensive book shelves and TVs in both properties. An ideal property for a multi generational gathering, very well equipped kitchen/bathrooms with copious crockery, glasses and cooking facilities as well as many towels. Highly recommended.
