Karon's place is the perfect getaway from your everyday hussle and bussle. If you are looking to destress and disconnect from the busyness of the outside world this is the place for you. We had so much fun walking the trails, hot tubbing under the stars, roasting s'mores, and fishing on the property. There was so much to do that we didn't need to leave for outside entertainment. We are definitely looking forward to planning a return trip!

It was so nice and peaceful. The hot tub had flexible hours and felt great. Also, the barn which had so much to offer in entertainment. Definitely a perfect place for a family get together or friends get together. The pond which is cute and a nice little walk which is perfect for the fisherman or woman in your life. A plus is it is 11 minutes to the casino and extremely affordable. The hosts are very kind and told us whatever we needed just to let them know. Very communicative with quests. This would be a place I'd go back to anytime and definitely already plan to in the near future.

Has a wonderful weekend with my boys at the South Cabin! Hosts went above and beyond, and the place itself was spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

This was exactly what we were looking for! A quiet place to let the kids run, enjoy the peaceful countryside, but close enough to easily get to entertainment. The host was responsive and considerate! We were looking forward to a future trip!

Our cabin was great, we had the North Cabin and it opened up to the backyard with the pool and picnic tables. Very clean, staff was exceptional!

If you’re looking for cozy and quiet, this is your place! It was the perfect size for me and my husband for a couple of days. We absolutely love the cabin feel and we definitely are coming back!

The host was extremely responsive and friendly. The location was also very clean and my children had ample space to play. Would definitely book again!

We stayed for a NYE getaway and needed more time after the given check-out time. I messaged and received a resounding yes in a few minutes. Best NYE to relax and enjoy Lake Texoma and the surrounding beauty. This is a MUST stay for anyone visiting in the Mead, OK area!

Such a great place for the weekend. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck where it was quiet and peaceful. All you could here was the sounds of the birds and the wind in the trees. We spent some good time hiking and exploring in Eisenhower State Park. There are some good trails, and it’s fun hunting fossils on the beaches.

The cabin is fantastic! Even though it’s super close to the highway, it feels very secluded. We loved the peaceful surroundings-and deer visited the area next to our cabin morning and evening! The queen bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom offer just the right amount of space. If you need to work remotely or just stream your favorite shows, the WiFi is amazing! We had a great stay at the red cabin and would stay again!

Had fun. The beds were uncomfortably hard. But the view from the upstairs balcony was beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay at Wood Guest Ranch. Such a beautiful and peaceful place with lots of walking trails and natural areas to explore, along with the petting zoo and playground for kids. Laura and all the staff were friendly, easy-going, accomodating and helpful. Appreciated them letting guests stay longer on the land to enjoy the solar eclipse. The cabin was clean and just right for our needs. We can’t wait for our next visit!

I feel so grateful to have stumbled upon this gem for our family Total Eclipse trip. I loved that the cabin provided a clean place outside the city and couldn't get enough of the beautiful secluded surroundings. My family loved the friendly animals and the beautiful nature paths to explore. There was a grocery store and dollar general less than 10 minutes away where we picked up basic necessities. Rachel and Laura were very friendly and accomadating and always quick to respond and had great recommendations to nearby attractions to celebrate our daughters birthday. We had a great experience that we'll remember for years to come and would recommend to anyone that's looking for a beautiful place to unplug and unwind from the chaos of the everyday hustle.

Very nice place. It was right next to Johnson Creek Campground, which was right where we wanted to be for fishing. Donnie was very responsive when we had a question regarding wifi and pointed us in the right direction. Lots of linens and super clean unit. Everything worked just fine for us. To be honest, I think the pictures were not as good as real life....place was pristine.

Awesome spot to stay. Clean. Good price. I would love to stay there again!
