Great and beautiful place! The driveway is a steep round about and I recommend coming with a larger vehicle because the gravel is not compacted. They do have wifi now. It was a perfect spot for my group of family that came for a one night trip. Main bathroom has reverse polarity at the sink. If you bring littles, please make sure to do a full sweep of the house and close ALL the closets. Overall I would come again.

What a delight to stay at RuthAnn’s little cottage. She literally thought of everything to make our stay easy, cozy, and relaxing. We were in town for a show at the casino which was an easy 7 minute drive away and followed her suggestions and enjoyed Romo’s Italian and Panaderias Velligas. We also swung through the Choctaw Cultural Center and look forward to a more thorough visit the next time we’re in town!

My Fiance and I loved staying here! With the close proximity to Denison’s Main St and the big backyard that we could let our dogs play in, it was a great stay. The home has plenty of space for a couple and was very clean. Overall a great place for the price!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was cozy and clean. We had family in the hospital and this was great in proximity. Communication was quick, responsive and accommodating. Will definitely consider staying again when we visit. Thank you!!

My 3 week stay was great! The host was very accommodating and kind. The house itself and location are great. Nearby casino/downtown. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Such an awesome loft! In downtown, but quiet, walking distance of shops and restaurants. very easy access, no mess no stress no fuss! the Loft was beautiful and so cozy, felt right at home. our little boys (5, 3, and 1) had a BLAST. not to mention, super helpful! The owners were willing to bring us a remote and batteries if we couldn't find the one for the main TV. 10 or 10 would DEF recommend!

Overall, a large and spacious place. 2 nice bedrooms, large living room and kitchen. We really loved how private and close it is to everything from the local grocery store to Eisenhower's birthplace to good restaurants. There is a fine dining restaurant right below the room but we never heard a peep or smelled anything from the kitchen. Lastly, Sara, is great to work with. She definitely brings the Denison friendliness and charm as she works with you. One word of advice, bring some ear plugs for the trains that go by your room which aren't very frequent but can surprise you at night. Denison is a railroad town with references to trains all over the town which is one of the reasons we stayed at Katy Depot. We loved it! That being said, 5 stars all the way around.
