The condo was clean, quite, great value and comfortable. Only thing I would recommend is allowing the TV to login to the WiFi to be able to cast off our phones and watch streaming channels. Cable was available, but we haven't watched cable in like forever. :-) Perhaps there's a liability reason why TV isn't allowed connection to WiFi, not sure, but aside from that it was a great stay!

We’ve stayed at several of Mandy‘s properties in the past. Her properties are always very well appointed. They are decorated nicely, but everything you want and need is available at her rentals. We really like this location as it’s very close to all of the A&M activities that we want to attend, but just far enough away to be out of all the traffic and congestion. I can’t recommend her property highly enough.

Great location. Very roomy. Barely fit all 12 of us. Just kidding, Mandy. I would reserve this place in the future without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future. We tried to enjoy the pool but it was still a bit chilly. We can’t wait to enjoy the pool more when it’s the college station hot summers. My husband enjoyed the workout area as well.

We had a great stay. We loved playing the games provided in the living area. The space was exactly what we needed for our weekend get-away. The college campus was a quick drive, and we were close to our favorite restaurants.

Great spot. A bit out of the way from the university if that’s your vibe but overall great cozy space.

Great, clean spot. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and property central amenities were perfect. Mandy was very proactive with information, making it a very hassle free experience.

The place felt right at home and looked exactly like the pictures. There were many things to do extremely close to the place. It was a difficult place to leave, wish we could stay longer!

This rental was quite comfortable and super clean. Our only negative was the beds were not real comfortable as they both sag in the middle. We have already booked this same location in the upcoming months so maybe??

It is a great place to stay. I highly recommend. I believe it’s the best place to stay in College Station-Bryan area. Super clean and organized. Host was very friendly and responsive. I felt like I am in my own home.

My husband and I stayed here visiting our Aggie for the weekend. It was the perfect place to stay and we enjoyed everything about the place. Our son even said that we should always stay there when we visit. The layout was perfect with the bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom. This layout let our son have some privacy when he stayed one of the nights. Having the washer and dryer on the bedroom level was great since I helped him get caught up on laundry. The unit had a nice view out the back of the parkland and being right across from the pool area was very convenient. It was a little too chilly to swim in the pool, but the hot tub was great. We even went into the clubhouse a few times to play billiards. The best part was the comfortable couches and TV set up where the three of us watched the Super Bowl together. It was a wonderful weekend visiting our son.

Beautiful home in a great location. We stayed with a couple of families for our travel sports team. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, on the golf course with great views and outdoor sitting areas. Close to restaurants, stores, venues and Texas A&M. Vivian was also great, helpful, and responsive.

This house was absolutely perfect for a weekend with our son! Ethan and Kelsey were great and they went above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. The hot tub was just what we needed after a long day walking around the A&M campus. We had a great time and will definitely try to book the home when we come back for our next visit! Very beautiful set up. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Enjoyed the popcorn and coffee.
