Michael was amazing at being responsive, just seconds to fix any issue. Would highly recommend to any travelers, and he will welcome your dur babies

This was a beautiful condo at a beautiful location! we have 0 complaints, the only tiny issue we had was the code for the TV never worked but we just used our computer instead. We would stay here again

Overall a great place. The microwave didn’t work but Christopher was so helpful and brought one to us right away. Furniture was great and beds were comfortable. The downstairs bath tub needs updating but the water pressure was awesome and hot! Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked but needs new pots and pans. We stayed with our 3 kids and our dogs. The views were not the greatest because it’s surrounded by houses but we still liked the house. We would drive to hot springs to do activities which took about 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

This home was absolutely perfect for the two of us! The entire space was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay! Much bigger than pictures give off! The bed was VERY comfortable and we slept so well after a few days of hiking around the park! It is an about a 15 min walk to bathhouse row but it gave us a good reason to stretch our legs. Has everything you could need! There is also a coffee shop/roastery up the road (opposite direction of the main downtown) that we didn’t notice until we were leaving and wish we would have checked that out! Our mistake for not checking and don’t want you all to make the same one if you too are fellow coffee lovers! Will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Hot Springs!

It was thoughtfully stocked with everything and more we could need in the kitchen. The special amenities in the bathroom were a nice touch. At the last minute we ended up bringing our little dog and the dog bed and bowls were another thoughtful and much appreciated touch. The location is perfect for walking to the convention center and restaurants. The only negative is the tenants above the unit were the definition of night owls and we heard every step they took all night long despite our loud sound machine.

This place was beautiful, and very comfortable to stay in. Hosts were always quick to respond. Stayed for an entire week, and my only complaints are out of the hosts hands. You’re located next to two busy roads and a hospital so you’ll hear an ambulance at all hours of the day. We stayed during their quarterly pest control cleaning, fortunately we were able to go out for lunch during this time. For the price we paid (60 odd dollars a night) it was worth every penny then some.

Mark is such a great host. This is the 2nd property of this host I have stayed in. The house was private, peaceful, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Check in was easy, and Mark responds quickly to any questions. I highly recommend the Tree House-Cottage in the Woods in Hot Springs Village hosted by Mark.

First, the beds were 10/10.. so comfortable!!! The location and neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. It’s by all good restaurants and shopping area. I’m looking to book again in July.

We couldn’t have felt more at home if we were in our own home! The accommodations were wonderful… So comfortable to be there while we were visiting with my son’s young baby for our visitation. We will be back many more times throughout the year and we plan to use this Airbnb! As I said, it could be our home away from home. We loved every second of our stay.

This was one of the most amazing accommodation. Lisa’s omg, I was blown away with her hospitality and generosity. This place is so beautiful for relaxing. You can not imagine the peace and overwhelming feeling of calm you will experience during your stay. One of my favorite things about dealing with Lisa was that, she so graciously allowed us to book at the very last minute. “However I recommend being prepared and booking ahead”. She was able to accommodate my family and I, without any hesitation. You guys may not believe this but she even allowed us an additional day because we were not ready to part from this beautiful vacation. At No Charge… There was no way that I could have ever expected that, but yes she is that amazing. This really was a one of a kind experience for me. I would like to thank you and your family Lisa for hosting us and making our experience a very pleasant one. I encourage everyone to experience this beautiful lakeside home, the price point is unbelievable.

I had a fantastic stay at Mr. Hoover’s Humble Hangout! The space has great history, communication was seamless, and everything I needed was provided. I booked it for the hot tub, which was glorious, hot water and perfect jets. The historic neighborhood was lovely, and private parking in the back was a great perk. Everything was clean and welcoming, and I felt right at home. Though I traveled solo, this place is incredibly family and pet friendly, with games, books, and thoughtful touches like kids tables and booster seats tucked away. It’s clear a lot of care went into making this space comfortable for all travelers. Thank you for sharing your home, I’d happily stay again!

Well worth the stay. We checked in at approximately 1am and just initiated the stay around midnight. We were traveling from Ohio on our trip to Louisiana. We stopped in Little Rock, and they made it very simple for us to stop and easily get some rest. They were accommodating to our late night arrival, and gave us very clear instructions. Cute home, clean, exactly as the photos. Neighborhood is similar to our downtown Cleveland area. One of the nicer houses in the neighborhood. Thanks for the stay.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was exactly as pictured and described. The location was central and in a good neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It's a corner property with a large fenced-in yard accessible from a side door that goes onto a nice-sized deck. My granddaughter enjoyed the three-story Barbie Dreamhouse and other toys that were there! It's a cozy, comfortable home away from home nicely decorated.

I have nothing but incredible things to say. not only was the space beautiful, but my hosts were amazing, kind and helpful. absolutely recommend and would return if ever in the area again.

Absolutely beautiful condo. From the time I arrived I felt right at home. The setting with the lakeview made for a very peaceful location. Everything about the stay was absolutely perfect. This is definitely on my short-list of places I love to stay! Thanks Kimberly for a perfect stay.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The view of the lake is amazing. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the sunset. Everything was as described and very clean. It is far enough away from the city noise but close enough to get to everything you need. We would definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The whole back of house is windows and glass door for a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton. Nice back patio but we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the cold weather and rain. The king bed was very comfortable. Full kitchen, nice dining area, comfortable couch and chairs. We would definitely stay here again if we are coming to this area.

Beautiful condo, right opposite to the lake! Perfect place for a couple. A home outside the home! There is lot of care that have been taken in remodeling it, loved the decor. (The stairs to get to the apartment can be little tricky if you have any disabilities)

This place was just what me and my fiancé needed for our Valentine’s day get away. All the major destinations were within a 20 minute drive. The view was gorgeous and it was nice to sit on the deck for some fresh air. We can’t wait to tell our friends about this place and we are thankful for the great hosts for letting us book.

Man I’m not the best at leaving reviews but this place was just like the pictures, it was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Relaxing environment and very affordable, Dustin and his wife are great hosts, they talked me through everything step by step and I’ll surely be staying there again!!!
