Amazing place to stay. Exceeded our expectations

Просто влюбились в это место! Это именно тот уютный уголок, который хочется найти для отдыха в горах. Всё, начиная от продуманного интерьера и заканчивая потрясающими видами из окон, сделано так, чтобы вы чувствовали себя в гармонии с природой. Машину можно спокойно оставить у дома, и никаких хлопот. До горнолыжки – буквально пару минут на машине, так что идеально для любителей покататься. Внутри – невероятно стильно. Всё в натуральных материалах, деревянные элементы, большие окна, через которые открывается сказочный вид. Кухня укомплектована всем, что нужно, чтобы приготовить вкусный завтрак или ужин, нет стиральной машины, имейте это в виду. Нам это не мешало, но для длительного отдыха может быть нюансом. Отдельное спасибо хозяевам – настолько приветливые и заботливые люди, что чувствуешь себя дорогим гостем. Мы уже мечтаем вернуться!

Wonderful stay. Clean, cozy, and easy to get to the ski area with a car. Restaurants nearby. The two level apartment was more than enough space for the 5 of us. Kids loved the fireplace and having their own room. We stayed for 5 days and main purpose was skiing. Place was big enough to keep our skis but we ended up getting ski lockers on ski site. Busses also stopped right in front of the building to take people to ski, we opted for driving. Markets were close and walkable to pick up food or anything we needed. Five stars for host and her prompt responses for any questions we had. Truly a wonderful host and a wonderful place. I would one thousand percent stay here again and recommend to everyone. Sofia's accommodation was wonderful! Her father met us, offered us rakija, told us everything and showed us. All the days in the house we enjoyed the beautiful views, watched the squirrel near the house, and walked in the forest. There are a huge number of cozy little things inside, the house was made with great love! This is not just housing, but the whole story of Sofija’s family. Be sure to come here to relax your soul! 🧡

Ivan and Natasha have created an incredibly beautiful, welcoming place with a great view of the mountains and only ten minutes from the ski slopes. They are really warm people and incredibly accommodating to all my requests. The spa with a pool, jacuzzi, salt room and sauna was an added plus. Altogether, this place is a real discovery and worth much more than every penny they charged. Thanks to you two!

Proveli smo predivan vikend u ovom smeštaju! Stan je bio izuzetno čist i prostran, idealan za našu grupu od 6 ljudi. Potpuno je opremljen sa svim neophodnim stvarima, što nam je olakšalo boravak. Lokacija je fantastična - supermarket i kiosk za ski-pas su na samo nekoliko koraka, što je bilo izuzetno praktično. Domaćin je bio vrlo ljubazan i predusretljiv, uvek dostupan i brzo je odgovarao na sva naša pitanja. Takođe, bili su veoma fleksibilni sa vremenom dolaska i odlaska, što nam je mnogo značilo. Preporučujemo ovaj smeštaj svima koji traže udoban i praktičan prostor za odmor.

Smestaj je imao sve navedeno, zgrada ima lift, lokacija je odlicna. Domacin nam je izasao u sustret sto se tice dolaska i odlaska. Jedina mana je sto je bojler mali i brzo se potrosi sva topla voda.

Cozy log cabin in an easy to find spot with local supermarket and amenities a short walk. The bus to the centre stops about 300m from the house which is very convenient. We loved that the fire was kept going all day while we were out skiing and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

+ Nice house and great views + Good location for family rest (walks, sled rides,...) + Close to Kopaonik center + Friendly hosts - Problems with car parking - It is not so easy to reach sky center, because sci bus has one hour interval and is not free of charge - There are no places (at least we have not find them) to drop things in Kopaonik sky center, so having own car is still more convenient than using taxi or ski bus, but parking in in Kopaonik is also problematic - There was problems with water in our and nearby houses (may be it was just temporary incident causes by tubes repair)
