Beautiful location with everything you need. The park amenities are perfect to entertain the kids without having to leave the grounds. Our villa was perfect with fantastic layout and everything we needed. The closeness to the wildlife was amazing and the kids were so enthralled watching the kangaroos at arms length distance as they grazed and hopped around. Will definitely return for another family holiday

Great place to stay whilst checking out the area. A beautifully curated and clean house. Great kitchen and well stocked with ingredients. The host had snacks for us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Friendly host who showed us through the house. There is a nice walk 30 mins up the road to The Rock of Ages site where you have a panoramic view of the area and can watch the sunset. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Had a most wonderful stay here - the pictures don't do it justice! The space is absolutely amazing with huge windows looking out into gorgeous bush and the rock formations in the distance. It was peaceful, full of wildlife and an incredibly lovely space to spend a weekend, we definitely wanted to stay longer! Kitchen was well equipped, and had a spacious fridge for lots of people's groceries. We made use of the outdoor dining area which was divine to spend mornings and afternoons, and the living room, though looking small, easily accommodated 5 adults for movie nights 😊 Jane was responsive and graciously allowed us a later check-out, and was there for any questions we had. The only thing that could have slightly been improved was the cleanliness, the bed quilts a bit dirty and the house a bit dusty, but nothing that got in the way of our stay overall.

Just a perfect little place for a quick stopover, and some exciting scenery and animals to keep the kids entertained in the morning. We were greeted on arrival by the friendly old farm dog, who even checked up on us the next morning with lovely pats. The extra breakfast ammenities were lovely. Proper ground coffee to percolate and cute little cereals that the kids loved. Would recommend, especially for families like ours (2 kids; 2 and 5 years)

lovely apartment, great kitchen with all utensils needed to cook up a meal after a day exploring. Really, I'd stay again at my earliest opportunity. My wife's brother and sister loved the kangaroos that sauntered past in the evening. Beds were clean and comfortable, bathrooms spotless.

Our stay at Adam and Peps was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and all 5 of us agreed! It was an absolutely beautiful place with heaps of room, very clean and tidy, and the hot tub and outdoor fire pit was a highlight! The beautiful vineyard and scenery around made us not want to leave to go on the amazing hikes around the Grampians which were all a very close drive away! It was private and extremely good value. Adam was super responsive with any questions and willing to help out with suggestions if needed. We are already planning when we can come back next! Highly recommend!

Strongly recommend a stay here! The accomodation is so charming and homey and also very clean with modern amenities. The hosts were very welcoming and provided extra breakfast provisions (eggs, bacon, muffins) on top of the tea and coffee. We were really excited that a bucket goat feed was provided so we could feed and pet the goats on site. It is a beautiful place to come home to after exploring the area and lots of places nearby to visit so you don’t need to drive far! (Wineries, cafe lunch only very short drives). The night sky is beautiful and plenty of seating provided to enjoy the views.

We chose this property to end our busy Great Ocean Road trip and it was the perfect way to end it! The property was so quiet and had all facilities to make a real experience out of our time there. Kookaburras on the balcony and wildlife galore. It was my favourite part of our trip. Will definitely be back in springtime.
