Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Tons of space, super close to town and to the beach. Nancy helped us book a taxi and came to the house to help us when we were unable to get the safe open. The pool is really nice. We had everything we needed! There was a music festival in the baseball field across the street which was loud, but you cannot be closer to town and hope for anything quieter. Thank you!

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

Would 10/10 recommend staying at Casa Olivo! Homero was extremely responsive and accommodating an early check in and late check out to allow our toddler to nap before our flight home. The location can’t be beat as it is walking distance to the restaurants and shops in town, but also peaceful and quiet. We loved waking up to the birds and waves and drinking coffee on the top patio with jungle views. The pool was the perfect temperature and very clean, we used it multiple times a day. We used the portable speaker that came with the house, too. The kitchen had everything you could imagine needing, including Tupperware! There was even a high chair and pack n play. Beds were clean and comfortable. We are already discussing our next visit!

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Nikolai's place was fantastic! Great location- walkable to the city center, but quiet enough at night. There was plenty of space in all the bedrooms and everything was very clean. The hosts were very communicative and helpful when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a truly enchanting place to call home for 10 days. The private courtyard and pool made for an idyllic and relaxing retreat. Our 7-year old delighted in splashing around and cooling off in the refreshing water. Not only does the casita embody the romanticism of traditional Spanish architecture, but it is located only a few blocks from an authentic Parisian bakery, Casa Tropical (restaurant with live music most nights), a gorgeous beach, and the lively town square. We were lucky to have timed our visit to engage with the Dia de los Muertos festivities and release some baby Olive Ridley sea turtles during our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Casa Mango is up in the hills with beautiful Mountain views. The outdoor/indoor concept was so relaxing. So many outdoor spaces to lounge, relax and enjoy nature. I’m glad we rented a golf cart as the hills are steep. The house is equipped with everything and communication with Michele was quick and easy. Pool was amazing to relax by and swim. The only thing I wish I knew is that the three bedrooms are very separate. One room is downstairs in main house. The other two are outside, up the stairs and across an outdoor patio space. This is great for couples as stated but as an overprotective mother who likes to be in earshot of her children, it was an adjustment for us. I ended up not sleeping in one of the bedrooms and slept with my daughter. This is a personal issue for me and nothing against the layout. I just wish some reviews were more specific so we could have based our decision off that. But I would definitely recommend Casa Mango and come back and stay again! (When kids are older)

Amazing apartment overlooking marina, balcony was great place to enjoy breakfast and look out over the water, restaurants and beach was all in walking distances, was a perfect place to get away from the busy tourist spots, Diego was awesome met us with keys and gave us great information and very welcoming, David was very accommodating with all check in details.

We had the best time, the place was very clean and well kempt. We felt right at home. The beach, restaurants, and shops were within shopping distance. The hosts provided clear instructions and recommendations.

We immediately felt at home, the apartment is so bright and spacious, and the furnishings, etc. were comfortable and the decor was tasteful. You can tell thought went into it! The kitchen was actually the best I’ve experienced on AirBnb: proper appliances, utensils and dishes so you could actually cook a real meal! We grocery shopped locally the first day, stocking the fridge to cook breakfast and make dinner salads in the evenings while trying out new places each day for lunch and coffees as we explored Puerto Vallarta. PV is very walkable and interesting from the apartment… there are hills, but the rewards of exploring up and off the flat main roads is totally worth it! We felt safe everywhere, and people were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Only note is that Eunice may be slower to respond than some hosts, but she was always helpful when we needed her, including allowing us to store our bags before we left on our last day. Much appreciated!

Villas del Rio is a lovely place to stay. It is as beautiful as the photos, and comfortable as well. Located toward the west end of town, it has easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops, but is just at the edge of Centro, so the traffic and noise are somewhat less than a few blocks away. Still, Sayulita is a party town, so expect to hear music late into the night, and it’s best not to bring a car. Our host Ruben and the property manager Will warned us that street parking would be dicey, and when we found a spot around the corner, we didn’t move the car for five days. We certainly did not need it. Walking is the best mode of transportation. Stepping inside the gate feels like escaping into a tropical paradise. After the joyous chaos of the crowded streets, it is a welcome, peaceful retreat. Ruben and Will provided excellent information before we arrived and were always accessible, but we didn’t have any problems. Book a stay here if you can find open dates.

My family of 5 stayed in Enrique's beautiful condo. It was my husband, 10 yr old daughter, and 8 and 3 yr old son. We enjoyed having the full kitchen, three bathrooms and bedrooms, and living room and balcony. The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. Natcho and Guillermina met us the first day, showed us how everything worked, and showed us around the property. We enjoyed the beach and the warm pool. We were there during spring break, but there wasn't any crowding at all. Temperatures were relatively low, around 70, so we did not need to use the A/C; we opened the balcony doors. Within walking distance is a 24-hour convenience store called OXXO, a pharmacy, and a restaurant. We used Uber to go to the grocery store (20 minutes away), and downtown and restaurants only took about 15 min. I recommend messaging Enrique before your departure to get additional information on the condo's location and pictures so you know where the apartment is.

Jose instructions were great and check in was easy. The host communication was amazing from beginning to end! The condo has alot of space, everything was clean, and the neighborhood felt safe. I would stay here again.

This property was a great option for us. We had plenty of room for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed. We loved staying in the 1st floor because it was easy to get to our room when we needed it. The pools were beautiful and the access to the beach was perfect. I would totally stay there again.

Our stay was great at Bolongo, the condo was better than the pictures. Plenty of space and amazing views from every room. You really can’t go wrong staying here. The complex has plenty of room for visitors so you don’t feel crowded with other families staying there. Would recommend staying here and can’t wait to book again next summer.

We had a wonderful time at Lupita’s place with our 2 boys. The condo is well stocked with towels and kitchen items and we had plenty of room to spread out. Lupita is a wonderful and kind host and was always one step ahead with communication. The condo is quiet and the pool is large and made for a relaxing time. What makes this unit stand out is the access to Vidanta. It is a standout resort with amazing amenities. Getting there takes some patience and learning while you transfer golf carts. The pools at the Grand Mayan have something for everyone and you can easily spend an entire day pool side with activities and relaxation. Highly recommend walking to the beach for sunset, and crepes at the Mayan palace. We found it necessary to stock up on groceries as restaurants and stores are a bit of a hike from this unit. We were able to easily take cabs or Uber when we needed. We are leaving relaxed and grateful for the Mexican hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Amazing condo, the decor very welcoming and made you feel like you were at home. All the amenities that we needed and close to everything. Looking forward to a return visit!!

Ozkan's place is hidden gem with true value oozing out of every room. I can't say enough about this amazing property, Ozkan's hospitality, and the awesome amenities (includes a high end gym, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a washer/dryer, and 2 balconies in the condo). Ozkan is extremely responsive, the check-in is easy, and the instructions are clear. I highly recommend this property in Zona Romantica! This property is on the 5th floor with the secondary pool right outside the front door. Did I mention that this property just may have the best view in central PV? Yes, everything is super clean and well organized. Security is friendly and the location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach, fun bars, or some of the hottest restaurants. Location, Location, Location! This property has 2 full bathrooms that are fully stocked including extra bathroom towels. Everything was comfy including the large sofa where you can connect to the bluetooth speaker. Ozkan has the best 1 bedroom AirBnB in PV!

Our stay in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fabulous. The place is just as described and was very comfortable. The pool and beach access were perfect for our family vacation. It was easy to get to town by bus or taxi/uber. We had breakfast every morning at the restaurant in the condo poolside which was great. Really we just hope to go back soon. Thanks Joe and Heidi for sharing your amazing spot with us!

Peter and Raquel were incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit was even better than the photos and the property was gorgeous. The unit was squeaky clean as were the common areas and pools. I would not hesitate to return!
