Great host and great house!

Tracie is kind and very forgiving. The weather was terrible when I arrived and she let me use the main entrance for a short time so I wouldn’t get hurt slipping on ice. Could not ask for a better host!!

An absolutely fantastic overnight stay in the charming countryside! We are huge animal lovers so it was very fun to hang out with the friendly cats, dog, and alpacas! The space is a perfect blend of rustic charm and top notch modern amenities. It has a huge personality and is incredibly accommodating for comfort and fun! We LOVED it all!

We enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse. It was cozy warm in the snowy month of February. The views from the property were stunning, peaceful, and such a treat over our morning coffee. The beds and linens were good quality and very comfortable. The shower was hot with plenty of nice bath towels. The heater was super and kept us cozy at 68 degrees whilst it was 11 degrees outside. It was beautiful….not another house in site and beautiful views as far as the eye could see. The farmhouse is very special and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had an amazing time at this absolutely beautiful farm house. The property was beautiful and the house was clean and cozy and decorated so cute. It had everything you could need or think of and a ton of charm! We enjoyed getting to see the resident cows as well!

Super private and nicely established cabin with outstanding amenities. surpassed my expectations. I'd definitely stay here again & have already begun recommending my friends to stay here.

We needed a large place for family to gather for my brother’s funeral and there was plenty of space for us to sleep and also sit together. Only 1 shower was tough, though we understood that before arriving. Our host was extremely communicative & helpful- especially given specific needs of some of our guests that I’d articulated prior to arrival. Location was great, though we weren’t really there long enough to explore. St. Joseph’s is a charming city just driving through. A small suggestion- I would have liked to know which amenities to plan for prior to arrival- like TP. All in all, it was a good stay, in spite of the circumstances.

We were in town for some college baseball. We wanted a location close to downtown, and this unit fit our needs. This is a spacious 2 bedroom rental. Communication with the owner was great.
